The stuff was really helpful - many thanks to Pedro for being so helpful and nice! He allowed us to jump in the pool on our departure day without any prior reservation. Also I booked the room for myself originally and changed the reservation for 2 people after a week, noting that we need 2 separate beds. On our arrival there was no possibility to have two separate beds - so we were upgraded to a deluxe room at no extra cost! Thank you very much for that once again! The pool and jacuzzi area were very nice. Not many visitors, everything is clean and tidy. Also the room was done nicely. The area is very quiet, we didn't hear any outside traffic the room. 2 metro stations are in a reasonable walking distance (if one line closes, you can still use the other one :) ).

The size of the room (even a deluxe one) was rather small.. The bathroom had a lot of space on the other hand due to the bath tab in it. The breakfast was also rather small and limited in choice (no fresh fruit or vegetables), but at least there was a cooked option (bacon, beans and eggs) and a standard option (pastry, jams, cheese, salami).

We loved the area, not far from a metro station and restaurants, cafés and shops all around. Easy to get to all the popular tourist sights. I recommend buying a travel card for all forms of public transport it, definitely, saves you money. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The bar area really nice and they have a very handy smoking room. Our room was small but comfortable. We were out all day so it was everything we needed. Bed comfortable, we slept well. Small bathroom but it was well equipped and the shower lovely and hot. The bathroom was so clean that it was gleaming!! We had the breakfast one morning and we found it to be good value for money. Great coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. Nice selection of pastries and hot food. If you prefer a smaller breakfast there are little cafés all around the hotel who serve a croissant, coffee and juice set breakfast which are good value and tasty too. We would, definitely, stay here again.

Check in was chaotic!! We were early so we left our bags and returned later. When we came back our room still wasn't ready so we had a drink in the bar. When 14:30 (check in time) arrived people started arriving so I approached the desk but the lack of any type of queuing system meant that I was ignored and, as a consequence, actually was the last person to be checked in even though we'd been there for around an hour! I just felt that the reception staff were very unprofessional, maybe more training is required? Another minus point for us was a lack of English channels on the television...an English news channel, for example, would have been very much appreciated.

Staff was amicable, helpful and lively. Pleasure to interact. Room service was punctual and correct. Spa was practical, clean and not crowded thanks to a simple reservation schedule. Big bubble bath. Pool on refreshing temperature. Jets didn't work but the pools big enough to enjoy it regardless. . Room was clean and cosy. On the small side, maybe 10m2 excl bathroom. No noise from other guests or the hallway. Bed was comfy, plenty pillows per person. Good lightning options and switches. Practical nightstands with switches, socket and 2 USB-a. Breakfast had all the basics. Good choice for the price.

Bring your bathrobe and slippers, hotel doesn't provide. We booked a room with airco, specifically. Turns out the room thermostat is turned to 25 degrees in autumn. Could tone it down but it would randomly reset to 25. Result sleep with window open, with the usual nightly parisian acoustics keeping us awake. Asked the desk and you can't use the cooling function from oktober onwards. To me that's not correctly advertised as a room with airco. Bed was shortest I've had (booked queen to have space). Feet out from ankles on. I top out at 1m90. Bath space was exceptionally narrow.

Hotel is beautiful, friendly ,nice and helpful staff, excellent service. Breakfast was good every day the same but it was a bufe, always fresh food . Spa is amazing we stayed there for 5nights and we used pretty much every day, never been any issue to book a slot. Helpful and respectful staff. I would highly recommend this hotel for a couples or frieds for staying or even for work trip , hotel is quiet and relaxing .

Pool was a bit cold for the middle of January but still nice, it could have been clearer if the complimentary swim etc was once during stay or one hour each day during the stay? Range of breakfast options — would have been improved with eg gluten free cereals or vegan butter etc, however, still adequate for the stay

Very nice personnel, clean rooms, well kept, ok bathroom, reasonable wellness area: the 8 meter long pool was ok, did not use the hot tub, sauna was good.

No parking at the hotel, you need to look for space in the adjacent streets, this hotel is located in the middle of a residential area just outside of the Paris ring. The lack of a proper weight rack and bank on which you can do some powerlifting. The old all-in fitness machine...

Stayed for three nights and the staff were always very nice and helpful, bed was comfortable and room was clean, the fitness suite was good and also clean and the selection at breakfast was good and the food was fresh.

Only thing I can remark on is that it's a bit further out from central Paris but its a small detail that doesn't make a big impact on the stay.

It was easy to get to metro and only 30 mi s to central attractions. Small bar but open later which was great. Just down from a great pizza place and across road from a super bioulangerie.

Breakfast was basic, the pool and sauna are small so needed to book a time slot…. Although we did not have to wait more than 30 mins.

I liked the Jacuzzi, it was very nice, breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Staff was very friendly and helpful, when we needed directions to see sights.

Bedroom was a little small and the toilet was very squashed in the corner of the bathroom. If it had been a very big person it would have been a tight squeeze to sit.

I booked with breakfast but went there and breakfast was not included. Breakfast apart it a lovely place to stay with friendly staff.
