We had the most perfect stay. The location was so convenient for us and in close proximity to the start of the Paris Marathon which is why we had booked it. Having had such a wonderful stay, this will now be our go to hotel in Paris. The room was perfect size, with all the amenities needed (the hand soap was beautiful, the bed comfy, and having tea and coffee in the room was an added bonus) however the staff really made our stay so special. Everyone we interacted with was so helpful and kind, offering dinner recommendations and bringing up an iron when we needed and storing our bags for us after checkout while we had a few extra hours to explore. Breakfast was delicious with a little bit of everything to enjoy. Thank you so much! There was a grocery store and pharmacy over the road, and plenty of casual and more upscale restaurant options within walking distance. The hotel is also close to multiple metro stops depending on travel needs.

Breakfast was simple but very good, and sufficient, also they did fresh omelette per request, which was nice. We hade 2 rooms, which were both very quiet, we had a good sleep in the middle of Paris city. Hotel is small boutique-like hotel: very cozy and feels like home (carpets everywhere, etc). Staff was friendly and helpful in regard of our extra requests.

We would like, if rooms were a bit bigger. On the other hand, we understand, small hotel rooms are common in Paris.

the room matched the photos. the interior looked good and all the furniture was quite new. my request for a kettle in the room was fulfilled in advance so the kettle was already waiting in the room. the administrator who met me was very friendly. at breakfast the worker was very caring and attentive. the hotel is near the metro, there are many shops and restaurants around to have a delicious dinner, the triumphal arch is within walking distance

One of the pillows for sleeping had some kind of stain so I couldn't use it, it was unpleasant.

Very close to Arc de Triomphe and metro station around 10 minutes walking distance, very clean room, comfortable bed, hot water and toiletries, staff very accommodating and nice. Also nice neighborhood with shopping and cafes.

Same like all Paris buildings not too much space in the room and soundproofing could be improved, although was quiet enough.

We loved this hotel. We had a comfortable room that was immaculately clean. We stayed on 3 of the hottest days of the year and there were some issues with the air conditioning. The staff changed our room and made sure that the issue was resolved. Breakfast was lovely and had a good choice. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Location could not have been better, lots of carparks nearby and also a metro station. Arc d'Triomphe is in walking distance. The hotel is cosy and on a busy avenue. We had a room on the 5th floor at the street side (it was not noisy), the room got a small balcony to step outside on to appreciate the view. No other rooms had a balcony from what we could see, so in terms of that our room (nr. 53) was the best. For Paris standards the room was roomy, but just not to big or to small. Lovely decoration in a retrofuturistic style, cosy and the bathroom was huge. The shower is relaxing and hot in a few seconds.

The Kingbed selected was still a bit small and was not 1 bed but 2 beds shoved against each other. The topper was 1 piece but the gap is still noticable and a bit annoying.

Great location. Great reception staff. Delicious homemade cake at reception was a lovely touch.

Cleaners were average. Happy to reuse towels, we’d hung to dry but cleaners rearranged them awkwardly (out of their way to clean) which meant they wouldn’t dry. Fresh drinking water each day would be appreciated without needing to request. Likewise, milk for the fridge upon arrival instead of requesting would be lovely.

The staff is lovely. My room for the first two nights was very small and the wifi won't connect (I won't recommend the corner rooms), but then they upgraded my room. Everyone at the hotel was very warm and sweet, special mention for Antonio and Kevin. They'll help you with the luggage, and with any other advice you need about whereabouts.

The closest station is a ten minute walk (approx 400-500 meters) so you should keep that in mind. Uber pick up and drop is easy at the location. My first room (room 31) was very very tiny and uncomfortable. But after the upgrade I loved my new room.

Cost hotel. We really liked the staff. Very sweet people. Very close to the main attractions in central Paris. Arc de triomphe is in walking distance from the hotel. Very nice neighborhood. You meet a lot of the locals. We would definitely stay here again.

A small elevator because it’s an old building. We wish there were some tv channels in English (besides the news channel). The room was a little too small for three adults.
