It was my first time in Paris, and wow, this hotel was great, from the location, the service, etc. The people at the reception were always friendly. The day I had to check out, I didn't even know where to leave my suitcases because I had a few more hours before going to the airport. They kindly told me that I could leave my suitcases and that they would take care of them. I plan to return to Paris soon and of course I will return to this hotel.

Lovely hotel, super friendly and helpful front desk staff. Would recommend to others to stay there if you're looking for somewhere affordable and local to all transport within the city. I love the Aircon available in the room, a smoking area in the middle (or back as some would say) that meant not having to go out Infront of the hotel to the street, a big pro for any smokers.

Floor in room could have been cleaner it was quiet dusty and some crumbs left behind. There was no toilet brush, toilet lid was also broken (could use a new one) Shampoo is offered but not conditioner and there was no TV remote

The location is excellent. Close to main streets & public transport. Very very clean, useful internet connection

The room is small for 3 people, no hot water for coffee and no refrigerator. But you can go down to get it for free so the stuff are extremely nice. Very small elevator that doesn’t get exactly to the floor so if you have problems with stairs it’s not easy

Room was fine for the price for a triple. It is on the small side but typical for Paris. They did have a lift which is a plus. Location was good.

We had to check out later in the day due to a water interruption so they could not clean our rooms in time for check in. I understand this is not their fault, so I kept it out of my room rating.

The hotel and room I booked exceed my exceptions I didn't expect a view either which was nice we had a great view a little of the arc de triomphe.

Everything was up to par and exceeded exceptions. Therefore, there was not a thing I didn't like. I very much enjoyed and liked everything. Staff, room and overall hotel were amazing.

Good price, location ok, clean.

Being asked for a 100eur cash deposit (that is returned at checkout), after the frontdesk man personally checked the room. (Some people may not come with cash and this deposit is specified nowhere in the booking terms or in later messages.) Tiny elevator cabin.

Excellent location. Nice hotel. On the expensive side ( like everywhere in the centre of Paris, which still does not justify this ! ;). We had breakfasts in one of many bars/restaurants nearby

Price could be more affordable

the staff were very helpful. both the receptionist were very polite and helpful especially the guy called TARIQ helped me alot and i want to thanks him again.

Location is great. 6 min walking to Arc de Truimph, rooms are of a good size. A lot of restaurants, shops, food places are around.

Be ready the walls are very thin, and you can hear the alarm of your next room neighbor in the morning, or singing happy birthday from the neighbors above. But this is Paris and it is so common here.
