Location is perfect, the nearest metro is just in front of the hotel. The famous tourist spots are 30mins away if you’ll take the metro. There is a park nearby and a church as well. Cafes and restaurants are a stone’s throw away, even a Mcdonald’s just in front not to mention the cafe beside the hotel itself. All serving good food and hospitality around. Security wise, the hotel gives you a peace of mind and makes you feel reassured with their locks and door systems in place.

The room that I booked has shower only inside. So toilets are shared within the floor. But there are other rooms that are ensuite. So just read through before booking. So you can manage your expectations.

Great location - the metrostation is just in front of the entrance. Nice view with Sacre Coeur in the distance and St. Notre-Dame du Rosaire church and a small garden in front. The staff at the cafe are always smiling and create a good mood. Rooms are clean and cozy.

Although with a bathroom in each room, toilet is shared for the floor, outside the room. There is no luggage room. Although very polite, staff didn't speak English almost at all and it was very hard to arrange for invoice. Although I contacted the property in advance that I would require an invoice and that I will arrive earlier, I didn't get an answer (and had to wait for nearly 2 hours for check-in).

The hotel is good for an overnight stay. The room was clean, though a bit small, but it wasn’t a problem. There was only a kettle and paper cups, but no tea or coffee. Our room didn’t have a hairdryer, but there were towels and basic hotel shower gel. The lighting was quite dim, the room was warm. Housekeeping changed the bed linens and took out the trash regularly. The location is convenient, with a McDonald's, various cafés, and a metro station nearby, making it easy to reach the city center. The area is quiet.

It's a bit disappointing that there was no reception, so we couldn't leave our belongings or ask for assistance right away.

I stayed in a room with own bathroom and toilet. I highly recommend this place for those who come to see the city rather than rest in a hotel room. The room was warm, there was a warm duvet, the bed was soft. Hot water is always there. As I value cleanliness in the first place, I rated my stay highly. The staff is friendly and the location is ideal (although the hotel seems to be far from the city centre). The metro station is literally 30 seconds away from the hotel. Right across the hotel there's a bakery where you can get coffee and something to eat. This is definitely good value for money.

The place was a bit noisy but this is something beyond the control of the hotel staff and management. The city starts living it's life in the morning at around 7.30-8 am. As the hotel is small you can't but hear your neighbours. Then again, visitors should think of the other people staying in the hotel.

Nice cozy room with narrow windows and old authentic shutters, balcony above the crossroad where you can feel the pulse of the city but at the same time room is quiet with windows closed. The room was being tidied, towels changed daily what exceeded my expectations. Cafe/pub downstairs, access through separate entrance on the street with the regular French breakfast also several cafes around as well grocery and multiple pastries shops. Access to the city center is perfect: metro few steps apart the hotel. Recommended!

Was not able to contact stuff to adjust stay neither by phone nor by email. No lift. Also I'd like to have electric kettle in the room

For the price we could not believe the convenience of this Hotel. Literally the bus stop is outside the front door and the Metro is 10 steps away. The hosts were very obliging when our delayed flights meant that we could not check in until after midnight.

Noo left and we were on the third floor but the hosts said for our next trip they would ensure we were on the first floor.

This hotel was all we needed for our 3 day trip in Paris. It is right next to the metro station and the bus station from where we took the night bus to Saint-Denis Université Access in the building and the rooms is using a unique code, so no keys to lose. There are many restaurants, shops and even a market nearby.

There is no soundproofing in the rooms. We even woke up one night, hearing other guests shutting their doors. The furniture was also not in the best condition.

Well. It's a good value for money. Metro is just t0m away, excellent location. The room was a bit small for our liking. The wash room was a bit tiny as well. Luckily, we didn't have luggage, just backpacks. Otherwise, we would struggle to move inside the room. Restaurants around the area a Lidl is 10 mins walking distance. .

We loved staying here, our room had really what we needed for our short stay in Paris, great big bathroom, comfortable bed and a really nice small balcony. Given the prices in Paris, the value for this place is really really great. The metro is right in front and you have a beautiful church. Plus, if you are in the room like us, you can end up having a view of the Sacre-Coeur. It is not in the central part, slightly outside, however everything was about 15-20 minutes travel with the metro. The staff were really really kind and nice and helped us with everything and anything, we even left our luggage on the day of departure. Overall great place.

Room was comfortable and clean, as well as the outdoor toilet. It was a bit noisy during the night but not unbearable. I wouldn't say that the location is ideal for visiting the main attractions of Paris, but it's fine combining metro, train & bus. Train line C stop going to Versailles is about 10min walk from the hotel (change of train at Champ de Mars Tour Eiffel station) and also Porte Maillot (Paris Beauvais Airport shuttle bus station) is 3 stops from there. If you are looking for an affordable & clean hotel and don't mind spending a bit more time in public tranport this hotel is a good choice.
