Ideal location for travellers: good price, clean and silent, bigger rooms than those rooms in city center with a double price, perfect spacious parking for a reasonable price.

It was funny: we found another non-registered guest in our room on the second night who claimed it was his room, reception was confused. We had to move to another room, that room was better.

The property is a fairly new construction on the cusp of the 18ème arrondissement. It feels safe. There is nothing very interesting when you walk out the door. However, it affords easy and fast access to many popular tourist attractions. The heart of Montmartre is a 25 minute walk away, and the metro and buses are a short 5 minutes away. Bus 21 can take you to the Garnier Opera, Lafayette, and the Louvre, the metro to Basilique St Denis in 20 minutes, and with one easy transfer, to the Arc de Triomphe in about a half hour. Because there are so many lovely sites to see while walking, we often found ourselves on foot, and only taking public transit occasionally. The public areas and room are clean. We spent 3 nights and each travelled with a carry-on suitcase. The room is small but functional, but you will be living out of your suitcases (full-size would be more challenging). Two hooks are on the wall near the door for coats, it has a luggage surface with a shelf or two below it and a support for a few hangers above it. We put the second carry-on on a rolling “hospital” table , which worked well. there is a small desk with shelf above. A small round table, with reading light above, is on either side of the two twin beds (pushed together like a king with a pillow on each). The bed is firm and very comfortable and the linens clean. The two pillows are not plush. A small round ottoman is in the room too. The bathroom has a tub/shower with good pressure. The sink area countertop has room for toothpaste and toothbrush. Two towels and a bath mat were provided. We requested and received an extra pillow and towel the next day. We chose the breakfast buffet option at time of reservation, and are happy we did. The dining room is nicely appointed.

The room had limited surface space, for example for toiletries in the bathroom.

We flew from Russia for a couple of days just to see this beautiful city of Paris. To be honest, I was surprised. It takes 10-12 minutes to walk from the metro. 5-7 minutes walk to the grocery store, 10 minutes to the 2nd. So there is a place to buy food and drink in a pretty hotel, friendly staff, we were met by a girl at the reception named Imen, quickly filled everything out, received a key and took the elevator to the 4th floor where our room was. But the room was pleasantly surprised. Everything is clean, EVERYTHING is there for your convenience. The bed is of medium severity, so it is very comfortable. In general, the result: definitely worth going to this inexpensive, but very decent hotel!

Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly on arrival. Our initial rooms given were close together as requested but when we asked if we could have adjoining rooms this was quickly provided with no issues. Mini-Supermarket was very close which was a bonus and the tube station was not far to walk to. There are free water facilities downstairs to fill up your water bottles which is very convenient.

There is no option to have one room for a family of four so we had to book two rooms but few hotels appear to offer a family room in Paris. Price was therefore quite high having to book two rooms and even one room was quite expensive but again prices are generally high for hotels close to central Paris so this was comparable to other hotels.

Great hotel, rooms comfortable, nice looking, staff very helpful (we had to leave luggage in a luggage room for half a day and that was not an issue). There is a foosball table in the lobby, which kids enjoyed playing. There is a water fountain and ice dispensing machine and a microwave in the communal area by the reception for use of guests. The hotel is walking distance to two metro stations: St Ouen and Garibaldi (two different lines). A shop and a bakery is round the corner.

Staff very friendly and helpful on arrival. Little milk caplets much preferabel to the usual (awful) UHT stiff! But they were not replenished, which would have been nice afte a long day out working!

Car parking code system fiddly and didn't work. On the first day I had tomgomback to the desk a couple of times before the code as chnbaged over. On the second day the code didn't work on te pedestrian entrance.

The hotel staff were all lovely, especially the blonde receptionist. She was particularly helpful. Breakfast choice was good. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. A little more coffee & tea in the room would have been nice.

Hot water kept running cold & our heating/air com systen didn't seem to work, but it didn't bother us enough to do anything about it. Bath could do with being replaced as the enamel is off in a lot of places & it's been resealed multiple times, but it's clear it was not done by a plumber.

The breakfast was amazing, it was super clean, the staff was really helpful. It is close to tram and metro, very easy to get to the Louvre, Eiffel tower using public transport. Good value for money, it is hard to find better options for the same amount. I would definitely stay there again.

The area around is a bit peculiar, but I was not afraid to walk around in the darkness.

We had to book a hotel for one night as our flight was cancelled due to the lovely French Air traffic controllers going on strike without notice. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and modern with tea/coffee and tv.

The location was well dodgy. I definitely wouldn't be recommending a stroll in the neighbourhood in the evening. We went for a stroll, and we greeted some unsavoury characters. There's no fault of the hotel, but just something to be aware of.

The rooms were very clean and facilities were easy to use. It was close to the metro making it easy to get into the city center.

Although it was close to the metro it was still a 10 minute walk from the nearest metro and about a 20 minute metro ride to typical tourist attractions.
