The rooms and bed were great and close to the airport. There is no hair dryer or kettle etc in the room and the vending machines don't work. We went to the restaurant to get a coffee as the machine was broken and stood for 15 mins and not one member of staff took us on or acknowledged us so we ended up leaving. This was the only downfall of the stay. Other than this it's handy and great for being close to the airport. There's a few small restaurants a 5 minute walk from the hotel also. I recommend Top Pizza. It was delicious!

The property was right by Campagnile, but there was no one at the reception, so when I arrived on Sunday afternoon I had to go next door to Campagnile to check in, to eat dinner, etc.so I would have rather just stayed at Campagnile. I liked the advantages and atmosphere much more at Campagnile.

I couldn't get the lights to work in my room. I had to cross over to the Campagnile hotel next door only to find out the reception forgot to inform me to put my room key into the slot by front door to make lights work. Very annoying and waste of my time when I was tired after traveling.

They have an airport shuttle service, which operated fast and efficiently and from early hours until late. Otherwise it is a bit challenging getting there (on my way there I took the bus 2101 from terminal 1 bus station, which is also an option). The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The check-in/out worked easily despite in another building due to late check-in. The buildings are side-by-side and the instructions were clear. (I arrived late and left early.)

Near the airport and with a very decent price. We picked this hotel because we had a early flight to the US and the hotel advertised with the shuttle.

Unfortunately we could not use the shuttle because the shuttle company which is not a part of the hotel has a terrible website. It kept rejecting our order and even the hotel staff could not help for us. We ended up using Uber which was cheaper and more convenient

Near to the airport

There was a restaurant attached to the hotel. It was very overpriced and very expensive for tbe buffet!!!! Vegetarian food was limited to salad!!! We was on the understanding from the Hôtel reception that if staying at the hotel there was a discount on the food, but we didn’t receive a discount.

Première Classe Roissy - Aéroport CDG - Le Mesnil-Amelot is a very basic place, but it does the job — especially thanks to its proximity to Charles de Gaulle Airport. The surroundings are quite limited in terms of options, but the person who welcomed us was extremely polite and helpful, which made the experience much more pleasant.

It would be great if they could add more vending machines with microwaveable food and other quick options for travelers in a hurry.

I spent one night in the hotel Premiere Classe LE MESNIL AMELOT, 16/Nov2024. At the airport I didn't find a shuttle bus easily but the airport workers helped me, and the shuttle bus driver was so nice and very helpful. He spoke French and English. Unfortunately I didn't ask his name. Who was on duty that day at 9pm?? Pls transfer him my Thanks! The girl at the reception was very nice and helpful too that night. Very good service! Thank you!

The water that comes out through the opening space under the glass door to the bath room when you have your shower. It is a high risk to possible accident by just a slip. It will be a good idea if management could have it fixed to prevent possible accident. Also, the heating in my room wasn't working, I only had cooling and when I went down to seek for assistance, reception had closed.
