Great service at the reception especially from the Front Office. Like to mention his name "Mr. Salim" Also the bartender (Lady) near the reception was very nice she helped me to choose my dinner and my drink .Very polite and very attentive to customer need. Don't know her name but she is from Portugal. Those team members definitely deserved a big recognition from the management . Upon arrival my telephone in the room was not working .It was fixed 10 minutes later from the technician .Great Job. Next day, at 7 am my coffee machine in the room not working .I told Mr. Salim at the front desk about it and without asking he brought me a coffee at the reception while I was waiting for the bus to bring me to the airport. Mr Salim made my day !

The room was big and comfortable. Coffee machine in the room was great if you have to leave super early for a flight and miss breakfast. Shuttle was a little late arriving at airport and had to wait for second round as the vehicle was full but on time to get back the next day for my flight. Staff were great in rectifying the issue.

Perhaps a bigger shuttle and more frequent. Starting earlier than 6pm to pick up guests from the airport would also be helpful especially if you arrive early (my train arrived at 4pm) and have nothing to do but wait. Other hotels had shuttles coming and going more often.

Very beautiful hotel. Easy to acces by bus from CDG Airport. Lovely pool with warm water. Great breakfast with plenty of options. Modern and comfortable room with huge bed! Definitely would choose again.

Hotel shuttle is only provided in the mornings and evenings, if you arrive in afternoon you will need to catch a bus or taxi. In the same time the bus stop is very close and they run frequently.

The room was more spacious than I’d thought, the bed was very comfortable and the hotel did go out of their way to provide a room that was as quiet as possible, which was most appreciated!

Hand soap was not provided in any shape/form, which I found odd. Vending machines are not the most cooperative/equipped, and the hotel bar is quite bare bones.

Pool breakfast rooms, and room service menu. Food is very good here.

The property is very outside from the centre. If you would like to Visit Paris this doesn’t sound as a good option to stay because it will take you 90 mins one side to centre. Also don’t use their in house taxi service, they charged me 3 times the actual price.

Calmness of the hotel & staff. Facilities were what I expected. Staff were very helpful on my check-in and check out. Hossim who managed the bar on my 2 days there was very polite, helpful. He diffused a late walk in with a professional manner & they left. I recommend to anyone looking for a CDG Hotel. Stay here.

Close to the airport for a quick stop over. A few restaurants nearby for a quick bite. Clean.

No airport shuttle between midday and 6pm. I got a taxi and got ripped off by the driver, he was also extremely rude. I know the taxi isn’t the hotels fault but I would have used the shuttle service if one was available.

I only stayed there for 5-6hours before my flight in the morning. It seemed like a nice place, the room was comfortable.

It took me about two hours to get to the hotel due to the shuttle bus - on the website of the hotel it says get on a shuttle from terminal 2F at Charles de Gaulle airport, this information wasn’t correct as the shuttle actually departed from terminal 3. I tried calling the hotel multiple times but no one picked up, so I had to continuously ask staff or drivers at the airport if they knew where the shuttle to Oceania would be. In the end a different shuttle driver told me that in fact I need to go to the terminal 3 stop and managed to get to the hotel ok.

The location to airport is about a 10 euro uber ride or they have a shuttle bus for 7 euro. The pool was fantastic. The staff were extremely helpful.

Room service was the only food available with a 10 euro delivery fee. The restaurant next door does t open until 7pm, so not ideal if travelling with children.

Clean, comfortable with free shuttle service from terminal 2 CDG, morning and afternoons ( not all day) pay for return but still good value for money . Plenty of parking to unload hire car, 3 hours free.

Not just this hotel but all French hotels no face washers and showers are a little complicated
