Excellent value for money. Large room for Paris' standards. Very comfortable and clean room. We had a great dinner at the restaurant also.

Having to walk outside to reach the hotel from the CDG Val train. It should be specified in the Hotel information that there is no shuttle and how to reach it via the CDG Tram and that you have to walk outside. Not safe for a single woman to talk alone outside in the dark and also not great for people with disabilities. You should state that in the hotel profile.

A very comfortable airport hotel - big spacious clean room, quiet, comfy beds, excellent shower, nice toiletries. Express checkout was a bonus for our early flights. Accessibly by the free CDGVAL shuttle train, so convenient for all terminals.

It's further from the CDGVAL than it looks (maybe 10 minutes walk), and there isn't a fully covered walkway to get to the hotel - fine if it's not raining, but a bit odd since there are intermittent shelters along the path! The signage from the CDGVAL isn't great and we ended up having to ask for directions from the sister hotel, as the hotel sign is only visible from the other side of the road. The bar closes earlier than we'd expected.

I was very impressed by the cleanliness for an airport hotel. Couldn’t see a hair in the sheets or shower which I almost always find even in 5* hotels. The chrome fixtures were shining bright. Just overall was very impressed by the cleanliness for a travel hotel. The staff was very friendly with me and my small King Charles Cavalier dog, and offered me a latte in the morning even though I had not sprung for the breakfast. Very modern and clean hotel. Guests were also polished and polite in the lounge.

So, we chose to stay at CDG instead of Paris to see if it was a better alternative to staying in the city since we were going to other places in France and knew that the train system was well served at the airport. It took us about 45-50 mins to get to Gare du nord (the express RER B Line would prob. take 30mins) from T3, which was closer to the hotel. You can get a free CDGVAL shuttle between terminals and the hotel is located at the Pr station (Parking R) stop. It's about a 8 min walk to the hotel on a mostly sheltered pathway. I honestly don't know why the hotel has only 3.8 stars on google. The price is competitive but for the comfort and cleanliness, you might have to pay 2x or more for one in Paris. We had a great stay and sure, we had to walk and it took time to get to where we wanted but we knew that.

The only hiccup was that the fridge wasn't working and we only found that out 2 days in so we brought our refrigerated goods to the lobby and they kept them for us in their working refrigerator.

Relatively new hotel. Close enough to the airport but you will have a hike to get to the actual airport and your gate which isn’t the hotel’s fault. The hotel was clean and quiet which is really what matters when arriving or departing. The staff was very kind.

We had air conditioning issues and since they happened off and on throughout the night we didn’t bother to complain or swap rooms but we should have. But it was our last day before going home and we were tired.

Newer facility, good sized room, grear breakfast included

They advertise a shuttle to CDG airport, but they don't tell you its a private shuttle (not a Marriott shuttle and it costs $8 per person and must be scheduled beforehand. There is a CDG interairport train about 500 yards from the hotel that you can walk to, but if you have a lot of luggage (as we did) or its raining out, this is not a good option.

From CDGVAL to Hotel some shuttle service should be there. With huge luggage, it was difficult to reach Hotel. Trolley facility should be there at Hotel Also. Bathroom was bit small.

This was the end of a 3 week vacation in France and it was nice staying in a convenient hotel next to the airport. We had an early flight the next day and the van shuttle available (for an 8 euro surcharge) was appreciated. We had a very nice meal the night we arrived and the breakfast buffet in the morning was very good as well. It was a stress free stay which is just what we needed.

A free shuttle to the airport would have been appreciated.

Convenient modern stay within walking distance of CDG- updated and well appointed with lots of amenities. Beautiful bathroom and the hotel allowed for early and convenient check in.

The room was quite hot and unfortunately the fire alarm went off in the middle of night- which apparently happens quite often since the hotel is a new build.
