The location is perfect for catching a flight the next day, especially if you are travelling a distance to Charles de Gaulle Airport. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with room to work on a laptop. The bed was very comfortable too. The separate toilet is a bonus. Breakfast provided an excellent selection - the scrambled eggs were really good - hard to do on a buffet.

I would have liked creamer to be available on the drinks tray, even better, milk in the fridge, and a couple more tea bags. The shower nozzle did not spray to the centre of the shower and the drain was slow in emptying so you stand in a puddle while you shower - not big issues, but detracting a little from perfection. The toaster at breakfast only toasts on one side and there was no marmalade, otherwise it was great.

The room was dark and quiet, the food at the restaurant and at the breakfast was excellent. It had a child friendly feeling to it.

You are reliant on the CDGVAL train to get to the airport. On the morning after our stay, the train did not go and there are no other ways to get to the terminals 1 and 2 (you cannot walk, there were no taxis and the replacement bus didn't arrive). This is not strictly the hotels fault but our main reason for booking there was to have an easy journey to the plane, and I think I have never been so stressed getting to an airport.

A good standard hotel right in the airport at Terminal 3. Access to the other terminals is easy via the CDGV airport train and it only took 5-10 min from the hotel to T2. Good choice for a pre-flight stay-over.

Terrific location easily accessible if you are coming via Train from Paris and need to stay before an early flight. From where the RER B gets out in Terminal 3, you just come up and can walk into the Novotel, you just have to look around and follow the signs. After living in some not-great AirBnB's this hotel felt luxurious and deluxe despite being at a very reasonable cost. Spotless, beautiful, new, with all conveniences and good service at the front desk. If all major airports had something like this (at this price range) attached, it would be amazing.

This hotel was very conveniently located for both arriving and departing CDG airport by plane, and for taking the commuter train to downtown Paris. We arrived in Terminal 2 and were easily able to walk to the hotel in about 15 minutes, all indoors without leaving the airport. The train to Paris is literally in front of the hotel, less than a 5 minute walk. There's also a nice grocery store right in front of the hotel. The rooms were modern, quiet, and clean, showers were good, and buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly. We encountered no bed bugs and enjoyed our stay.

The room was spacious and very comfortable and it was convenient for me to have the restaurant downstairs where I could eat late. And breakfast was excellent.

It took way too long to check in. There was a very long queue and only 2 people managing. This was frustrating after 3 flights that day and once I arrived at the CDG Airport no-one being able to correctly direct me to the hotel

The hotel is ideally located if you need a stopover before or after flights from/to CDG airport. The entrance is located right in the rail terminal for both the shuttle trains between the airport terminals, mainline trains to Paris and the TGV to Disneyland (which takes only 10 minutes) The hotel was really accommodating, allowing us to store most of our luggage with them for the whole day before we were staying allowing us the freedom to explore Paris without having to drag multiple bags around the city. It made our last 48hrs in Paris much more stress free and enjoyable.

We stayed here both after our flight into Paris and before we left 10 days later because our flight times made staying by the airport necessary. During our stay before we flew out of Paris the staff were amazing and really helpful but on our initial arrival, late at night, after travelling all day with with 2 tired children, the receptionist broke off the check-in process several times to have an ongoing conversation with what appeared to be a friend who had appeared next to the reception desk. This not only delayed us getting to our room but meant she was not paying attention to the questions I had for her. I found it very rude.
