Near the airport and with a very decent price. We picked this hotel because we had a early flight to the US and the hotel advertised with the shuttle.

Unfortunately we could not use the shuttle because the shuttle company which is not a part of the hotel has a terrible website. It kept rejecting our order and even the hotel staff could not help for us. We ended up using Uber which was cheaper and more convenient

Première Classe Roissy - Aéroport CDG - Le Mesnil-Amelot is a very basic place, but it does the job — especially thanks to its proximity to Charles de Gaulle Airport. The surroundings are quite limited in terms of options, but the person who welcomed us was extremely polite and helpful, which made the experience much more pleasant.

It would be great if they could add more vending machines with microwaveable food and other quick options for travelers in a hurry.

It was so hard finding the shuttle (naivette) after walking for miles I finally asked a security man and he took me to the elevator to get to level 5 (near terminal 2A) but when I got to the pick up point there was at least 50 people all trying to figure out which shuttle was for their hotel as non of them were clearly labeled. Do yourself a favor catch a taxi it would be quicker and easier! It took me 2 hours from my flight arrival to getting to the hotel!

I spent one night in the hotel Premiere Classe LE MESNIL AMELOT, 16/Nov2024. At the airport I didn't find a shuttle bus easily but the airport workers helped me, and the shuttle bus driver was so nice and very helpful. He spoke French and English. Unfortunately I didn't ask his name. Who was on duty that day at 9pm?? Pls transfer him my Thanks! The girl at the reception was very nice and helpful too that night. Very good service! Thank you!

The communications from.Premiere Class providing clear instructions on ways to access the hotel including shuttles, informing about where to find the stop at CDGRoissy airport and procedure for payment. The friendliness and helfulnees of both the shuttle driver and the receptionist. Breakfast was lovely, staff member very kind too and helpful. Continental breakfast style including yoghurt, fruit juice, fresh baguette, ceral bread and croissants as well as cake, honey jam chocolate paste cheese butter etc. All sorts of hot drinks, teas and coffees. Good and quiet location despite a couple of noisy planes however, good double glased windows limited the noise that never lasted over a few seconds. Bedroom with window that could be opened Setting of the room itself, good space around bed and nice desk Very good water pressure and temperature of shower

The water that comes out through the opening space under the glass door to the bath room when you have your shower. It is a high risk to possible accident by just a slip. It will be a good idea if management could have it fixed to prevent possible accident. Also, the heating in my room wasn't working, I only had cooling and when I went down to seek for assistance, reception had closed.

It is basic hotel and great for overnight if travelling from CDG next morning. Quiet and great for sleeping.

Breakfast was overpriced for such a small selection. Just bread, croissant, jam, yogurt, one type of cereal, juice and coffee. Even no boiled egg or cheese. The hotel also charged for child’s breakfast full price as an adult’s. Only one towel for two persons.

Very polite stuff. Super clean and quiet. Very close to the airport and they offer shuttle with 7 euros per shuttle.

The shuttle took us to another Premiere Classe, in the other side of CDG. They are three with same name. After I realized I am in the wrong one, I asked to be back in the airport with the shuttle, and be shuttled in the correct one. Apparently this was not an option. So the only option was a taxi. I paid 35 euros to go to the right hotel. 10 min ride. Apparently it is something that happens often and some people take advantage of. So be aware of which Premiere Classe you are staying in. Also the shuttling is from the Terminal 2B. Just fyi cause in booking is only written terminal 2. And terminal 2 has a lot of exits.

What I loved the most about this hotel was the staff. I want to particularly praise Marilena at the front desk who helped me with great patience and kindness. I was under some stress and she put me at ease and worked hard to make sure I had what I needed. If every hotel had staff as wonderful as Marilena, travel would always be a pleasure. I hope her superiors realize her true value.
