Very small but cozy and comfortable room. The bed is quite comfy, the room is quiet and has blackout blinds. The shower power is awesome as are the wonderful smelling AM and PM shower gels/shampoos. I love the iPad controlled features for everything from the blinds to mood lighting and music. The onsite restaurant is staffed with only happy/friendly servers who couldn’t be more helpful. The food was actually good, too!

It was marketed as “inside CDG airport” when in fact you have to walk shuttle to a Bus station outside of Terminal 3. It wasn’t a problem for us but from the time I got off the TGV and took the shuttle it was a 40 minute commute. It was the same amount of time in the morning to catch the flight in Terminal 2. I think this should be made clear to customers.

This is better than the similarly located Ibis and especially Ibis styles at CDG so when it's the same price or cheaper I always book it and it feels like a little treat. The rooms are clean, well designed, comfortable and even quite stylish, which is more than I ask of an airport hotel. The lobby/restaurant area is pleasant and the food is very decent. The staff are friendly and helpful.

A 5-minute walk outside and a road to cross from the Terminal 3/Roissypole building and tram stop, not too bad but worth bearing in mind if you have tons of luggage. The ”quirky millenial” vibe of the hotel (I'm thinking of the chatty marketing copy on everything) is a bit overdone but it's fairly unobtrusive and doesn't go into full ”Reddit” territory.

After a stressful trip with many flight cancellations and delays, I had to overnight at CDG and I booked citizenM and it was one of the best hotels I’ve been to. At checkin, I met Brian from Canada who was so kind, human and empathetic and his customer service skills went above and beyond, please recognize what a stellar employee he is. The rooms were amazing, with an iPad to change the mood, with lights and music. The beds were so comfy and they have blackout blinds and curtains so the room turned pitch black for sleeping. I really recommend this hotel and without any hesitation, I would go back.

CitizenM Paris Charles de Gaulle was great because you could reach it by taking the free airport tram and getting off at Terminal 3, then walking a short distance. It was easy to find the hotel thanks to clear signage. All hotel staff were friendly and enthusiastic. I was a bit confused at first because guests check in themselves using kiosks rather than having staff do it, but I was able to proceed without much difficulty. I guess France is also trying to reduce labor costs this way. Breakfast was excellent. I particularly liked the sautéed mushrooms and fresh yogurt. Although the room was somewhat small, it had all the necessary amenities, making it very convenient for airport use. I thought it might offer better value compared to the nearby Hilton.

I absolutely love that place. I wound up staying at the hotel twice within one week. It’s so upbeat, inviting, and charming. I don’t know when I’ve liked a staff so much at a hotel! Absolutely everyone I encountered went over and beyond to make sure that my stay was great. And the food was unexpectedly good. I highly recommend the fiery ginger mule, and the tofu curry over rice. Absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t be better. I had a very early morning flight out of DeGaulle. It really is maybe a five minute walk into terminal three.

Hip and modern airport hotel, a must do for comfort, amenities, and access to the terminal at CDG. Lovely common areas, great bar, interesting food options. A room with spacious, comfortable, and all of the necessary amenities, except a desk and a sitting chair, would be where I would stay again as an overnight when catching an early flight.

Room needed a place to put the suitcases other than the bed. Access for Taxi was at curbside which required going down a steep ramp or series of steps with suitcases, which was not ideal but workable.

Very modern. Double electric blinds, awesome hallway carpets that are huge map renderings of the Champs Elysees and intersections, hip lighting, fabulous nest-like bed with huge pillows and crisp linens, bottomless fresh latte at the bar in the morning, great lavish breakfast, cool evening scene in a library feel, easy check in and out. ...and I heard no jet planes even though I was in the middle of an airport !

Proximity to CDG airport was the main reason for staying here, as it is within walking distance of terminal 3. Availability of reserved parking was also a plus for this hotel. The room, though tight (see below), is well organized and almost everything was remotely controlled using the provided Ipad. Lighting was very good, as was the shower and WiFi, and there's even a small refrigerator and in-room safe.

The room is very small but has a king-sized bed, which is pushed up against the window which spans the width of the room. As a result, there is no room around three sides of the bed, since it just fits in that space. If there are two of you, then the person sleeping next to the window has to crawl over their partner to exit the bed. This is probably not an issue with younger folks, but for us two senior citizens, this made it very awkward and inconvenient for the person sleeping next to the window to exit the bed during the night.

The modern rooms and amenities were very nice. Small but effective use of space makes the room feel bigger. Lots of charging ports. Mood lighting in shower is really cool.

The walk to CDG terminal 2 was a lot longer than I anticipated. Took us 30 minutes walking and using airport trains to just get to Air France check-in area. The walk to RER station was long and the RER train makes too many stops, so there's no quick trip into Paris city center.

All CitizenMs are very similar so you know what you are getting and what to expect. This is very comforting. This hotel is ideally located if you are flying from Charles de Gaulle airport - just a short walk away from T3 and a free airport shuttle to T2. The rooms are comfy, with few extras e.g no kettle (water, tea and coffee are available from the main bar area). There was a good vibe. Easy self checkin and check out - though lots of friendly staff on hand to help if needed. I didn't eat on this occassion, though they do normally offer a good selection of food til 10pm. For the area, the proce was very competitive.

I like to be able to open windows and make tea in my room. Neither are big deals, but important to me and things CitizenM does not offer. The rooms are comfortable and bijoux, though I do know some of my travelling companions find them a little claustrophobic. Just things to be aware of.
