Very small but cozy and comfortable room. The bed is quite comfy, the room is quiet and has blackout blinds. The shower power is awesome as are the wonderful smelling AM and PM shower gels/shampoos. I love the iPad controlled features for everything from the blinds to mood lighting and music. The onsite restaurant is staffed with only happy/friendly servers who couldn’t be more helpful. The food was actually good, too!

It was marketed as “inside CDG airport” when in fact you have to walk shuttle to a Bus station outside of Terminal 3. It wasn’t a problem for us but from the time I got off the TGV and took the shuttle it was a 40 minute commute. It was the same amount of time in the morning to catch the flight in Terminal 2. I think this should be made clear to customers.

This is better than the similarly located Ibis and especially Ibis styles at CDG so when it's the same price or cheaper I always book it and it feels like a little treat. The rooms are clean, well designed, comfortable and even quite stylish, which is more than I ask of an airport hotel. The lobby/restaurant area is pleasant and the food is very decent. The staff are friendly and helpful.

A 5-minute walk outside and a road to cross from the Terminal 3/Roissypole building and tram stop, not too bad but worth bearing in mind if you have tons of luggage. The ”quirky millenial” vibe of the hotel (I'm thinking of the chatty marketing copy on everything) is a bit overdone but it's fairly unobtrusive and doesn't go into full ”Reddit” territory.

After a stressful trip with many flight cancellations and delays, I had to overnight at CDG and I booked citizenM and it was one of the best hotels I’ve been to. At checkin, I met Brian from Canada who was so kind, human and empathetic and his customer service skills went above and beyond, please recognize what a stellar employee he is. The rooms were amazing, with an iPad to change the mood, with lights and music. The beds were so comfy and they have blackout blinds and curtains so the room turned pitch black for sleeping. I really recommend this hotel and without any hesitation, I would go back.

Walking distance from the free shuttle to all terminals. The staff are very nice and helpful though the check-in system seems complicated, and it took some time for the staff to help me checking-in. We booked 2 rooms for three people and hoped to get rooms next to each other, the staff tried hard, but couldn’t do it successfully due to the system errors. The bed is big and comfortable. Room controlling system is fancy and entertaining. The bath room is small, but the shower is good. We stayed one night and feel not enough. We want to enjoy more and take more pictures of the fancy lobby and bar.

Check-in process takes time. The food in the bar can be improved.

Property and rooms are designed really well and fully met my travel needs. With a flight delay and early international flight the next morning, the easy check in, breakfast ready at 6 and super comfortable bed with a great shower was perfect. Had I arrived when scheduled would have taken advantage of the onsite dining too. Being so close to the airport but not hearing any airplane noise was also wonderful!

As a solo traveler the entrance to the hotel is down a number of steps and so not super easy to transport heavier luggage given where taxis and Uber drop and pick you up.

Great location, very convenient for airport departure. Price is acceptable for where it is. The room was very clean and well organized for the small space. The food and bar were very nice - good food, not unreasonably priced. Drinks were also good and serving staff were friendly. Self-Checkin was ok, required a little staff help.

The bed itself was comfortable but we are not crazy about the down duvet - just too warm. We took it out and just used the cover. Also don't really like the shower/toilet combo, but recognize the space saving - it's ok for one night.

If you're looking for a convenient and hassle-free stay near the airport, this place fits the bill! It’s a great option for a one-night stop, making travel smooth and stress-free. Quick, easy, and just what you need before or after a flight!

This place works well for a quick stopover, but if you're planning a longer stay in Paris, it might be worth splurging a bit for a more central location. Traveling back and forth from the airport to the city center can add up in both time and cost, so staying closer to the heart of Paris could make exploring much easier and more enjoyable

CitizenM Paris Charles de Gaulle was great because you could reach it by taking the free airport tram and getting off at Terminal 3, then walking a short distance. It was easy to find the hotel thanks to clear signage. All hotel staff were friendly and enthusiastic. I was a bit confused at first because guests check in themselves using kiosks rather than having staff do it, but I was able to proceed without much difficulty. I guess France is also trying to reduce labor costs this way. Breakfast was excellent. I particularly liked the sautéed mushrooms and fresh yogurt. Although the room was somewhat small, it had all the necessary amenities, making it very convenient for airport use. I thought it might offer better value compared to the nearby Hilton.

I absolutely love that place. I wound up staying at the hotel twice within one week. It’s so upbeat, inviting, and charming. I don’t know when I’ve liked a staff so much at a hotel! Absolutely everyone I encountered went over and beyond to make sure that my stay was great. And the food was unexpectedly good. I highly recommend the fiery ginger mule, and the tofu curry over rice. Absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t be better. I had a very early morning flight out of DeGaulle. It really is maybe a five minute walk into terminal three.

It’s a little bit old.

Hip and modern airport hotel, a must do for comfort, amenities, and access to the terminal at CDG. Lovely common areas, great bar, interesting food options. A room with spacious, comfortable, and all of the necessary amenities, except a desk and a sitting chair, would be where I would stay again as an overnight when catching an early flight.

Room needed a place to put the suitcases other than the bed. Access for Taxi was at curbside which required going down a steep ramp or series of steps with suitcases, which was not ideal but workable.
