Great service at the reception especially from the Front Office. Like to mention his name "Mr. Salim" Also the bartender (Lady) near the reception was very nice she helped me to choose my dinner and my drink .Very polite and very attentive to customer need. Don't know her name but she is from Portugal. Those team members definitely deserved a big recognition from the management . Upon arrival my telephone in the room was not working .It was fixed 10 minutes later from the technician .Great Job. Next day, at 7 am my coffee machine in the room not working .I told Mr. Salim at the front desk about it and without asking he brought me a coffee at the reception while I was waiting for the bus to bring me to the airport. Mr Salim made my day !

The room was big and comfortable. Coffee machine in the room was great if you have to leave super early for a flight and miss breakfast. Shuttle was a little late arriving at airport and had to wait for second round as the vehicle was full but on time to get back the next day for my flight. Staff were great in rectifying the issue.

Perhaps a bigger shuttle and more frequent. Starting earlier than 6pm to pick up guests from the airport would also be helpful especially if you arrive early (my train arrived at 4pm) and have nothing to do but wait. Other hotels had shuttles coming and going more often.

Very beautiful hotel. Easy to acces by bus from CDG Airport. Lovely pool with warm water. Great breakfast with plenty of options. Modern and comfortable room with huge bed! Definitely would choose again.

Hotel shuttle is only provided in the mornings and evenings, if you arrive in afternoon you will need to catch a bus or taxi. In the same time the bus stop is very close and they run frequently.

Calmness of the hotel & staff. Facilities were what I expected. Staff were very helpful on my check-in and check out. Hossim who managed the bar on my 2 days there was very polite, helpful. He diffused a late walk in with a professional manner & they left. I recommend to anyone looking for a CDG Hotel. Stay here.

I only stayed there for 5-6hours before my flight in the morning. It seemed like a nice place, the room was comfortable.

It took me about two hours to get to the hotel due to the shuttle bus - on the website of the hotel it says get on a shuttle from terminal 2F at Charles de Gaulle airport, this information wasn’t correct as the shuttle actually departed from terminal 3. I tried calling the hotel multiple times but no one picked up, so I had to continuously ask staff or drivers at the airport if they knew where the shuttle to Oceania would be. In the end a different shuttle driver told me that in fact I need to go to the terminal 3 stop and managed to get to the hotel ok.

Il liked that they had a fitness room that looked nice and with big windows. Some of the machines were broken and unfortunately there was no Pilates ball or weights. I used the cross country machine that worked and a mat, which worked great for 1 session. I also liked the pool with bubble pool on one side, all very noisy with the 2 different “waterfalls” splashing but the advantage is that they can be used for massage. I spent 20 minutes in the steaming sauna (hamam) first and then it was not too cold to sit in the bubble pool a while. Personnel was very nice and helpful. The steaming room was not warm when I arrived and checked but they turned it on an said it would be 15 mins to warm. They also helped me and called the restaurant nearby to check if I could come a bit late despite near to closing hour. The room- a superior- was very nice with a coffe machine, bathrobe and slippers (not all rooms include robe and slippers).

The spa is actually comprised of the pool and a changing room with access to 1 shower and the steaming room for ladies ( I guess it looks the same on the gents side).Except for the pool and pool area which looks very nice, the rest is in need of renovation. Also, the motor of the ladies steaming room is VERY noisy so I started wondering if correctly built or if motor half broken. Because of this, it was not so relaxing as one would expect. It would have been nice also with a dry sauna and maybe 2 smaller separate showers rather than one big. I was on my own in the spa on a Wed night so it was fine but I cannot see several people in there without having to queue for the shower.

The room was so nice, quiet, and made very dark with the curtains. Room service was lovely, bc I was too tired to go to the restaurant. The pool/hot tub looked great, but again I was too tired to use them. I appreciated the elevators due to my bad ankle.

I prefer a bathtub over a shower, but that was no biggie since I was only there for one night.

The location to airport is about a 10 euro uber ride or they have a shuttle bus for 7 euro. The pool was fantastic. The staff were extremely helpful.

Room service was the only food available with a 10 euro delivery fee. The restaurant next door does t open until 7pm, so not ideal if travelling with children.

Very clean , nice and the shuttle to the airport is a bonus. Service was impeccable. The little breakfast although expensive was perfect with lots to choose from. The pool was great especially before a 7 hour flight. For a quick night before departure this was super.

The bar closes around midnight. So we bought a bottle of champagne for the room, no biggy!

The bed was confortable and the room was quiet. We had an excellent dinner at the restaurant. The staff was friendly and professional. We enjoyed the pool. The hotel is walking distance to a beautiful village.

The coffee machine in our room wasn’t working but we were offered access to another coffee machine.
