The location is great! The hotel is 15 to 25 min distance by underground or walking to all the key points of Paris. The hotel is really nice, not very large neither small. The size of the room is really good for Paris’ standards and staff was very nice and always helpful. Marshmallows and croissants are always available which is very welcoming!

I wouldn’t say it’s that we didn’t like but the room cleaning hours were a bit strange and variable. There is always water available in the ground floor and a jar in the room, but we had to fill it every night, which made us come up and down and up again every evening when arriving.

A very quaint, yet cosy 'family owned' hotel a minute's walk to the Metro station Reaumur Sebastopol line. The lobby and 'living room' is beautiful- wished we could've enjoyed it more but with only 2 full days, it was jam packed sight seeing ( have been to Paris twice previously, but 1st time for my partner)

Our bathroom flooded twice- the pipe from the sink was not properly connected to the mains. It took 2 times reporting it before it was fixed!

Beautiful hotel, newly renovated, had all amenities in the room, excellent breakfast, courteous staff, Top location in 3 ARR right by METRO station line 3,4 & 9, along with multiple bus stops within walking distance, many restaurants and quick bites accessible within walking distance, and open till 2 AM for a late bite. Would highly recommend this hotel

We booked the premium room facing the park to avoid noise, which was my primary concern. Other than this, nothing much, based on how the city is built and the amenities available across good hotels, this pretty much tops the list. I would recommend booking this carefree, and yes, book it well in advance to avoid seasonal high rates.

The hotel has just been completely renovated (mid-2023), at this stage everything is brand new and beautifully designed. If you can get a room on one the top floors (7th or 8th) facing the park, the view is exceptional as the hotel stands taller than most Parisian buildings, with many of the top central attractions visible from there. And if you can't, it is in any case very well located, in a central yet quiet area (walking distance to top neighbourhoods, and just next to a metro station).

The flip side of getting a room on the top floor was that the water pressure was extremely low. Not a major issue as this was a short stay, but it could become really annoying after a couple of days.

We had a room with a veranda overlooking the park across the street. It was remarkable and gave us a real Parisian feeling. Bed was very comfortable, there was air conditioning, water pressure was more than satisfactory and the staff were great, polite and accommodating. The breakfast was fabulous. Would easily like to stay there again. 2 blocks from two different metro stations and within walking distance of numerous sites. Restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores and cafes were all around.

We had minor issues with the air conditioning but staff took care of it immediately and remotely.

The hotel is new, nicely decorated, in a quiet street. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was well presented. the breakfast room and lobby are both esthetically appealing.

Serious lack of organization. The shower gel bottle was empty upon arrival, it never got filled during our whole stay. Ended up asking for a new bottle every day. Towels were removed but not replaced etc... Overall details due to the fact that the hotel or the management are new.

Our stay at Solly Hôtel was excellent. The property was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with well-maintained facilities and soft towels. The staff were polite, attentive, and always helpful. The hotel’s convenient location near the metro, trendy shops, restaurants, and cafés made exploring the area easy. We had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning!

While we appreciated having a bathtub, its height made stepping out a bit challenging, and water tended to leak onto the floor due to the partial door. We had to use a towel to keep the area dry, which was slightly inconvenient. Additionally, the lift is quite small, but it’s still a helpful feature.

Very pleasant hotel looking onto a city square, close to the metro and walking distance to the Marrais. The room was beautifully decorated, the breakfast room had a stunning glass ceiling, an original feature from early 1910s. The quality of the breakfast offerings was high, including something new and home-made to taste each morning. Even the choice of pastries, bread, jams, and savoury condiments was luxurious! The hotel staff was really helpful and friendly at all times. We would certainly stay here again!

The hotel prides itself with being environmentally responsible, which is great, but where it could improve this effort is in dimming lights in the lobby and lounge area. These are are much too bright until late in the evening. How is that necessary? To experience such bright lights when returning to the hotel at night was not very pleasant. Also lighting the façade of the hotel during the entire night is not environmentally friendly. Our balcony was lit all night and we experienced it as a disturbance, as did the birds, for sure.

The location is excellent, a lovely area and very near the metro. The room was quite compact (as to be expected in Paris) extremely clean and comfortable - and our balcony has an incredible view, we could even see the top of the Eiffel Tower! Would really recommend staying here, it was a really special birthday trip.

As much as our stay was excellent, there are a couple of things to mention. When we arrived, we weren’t very warmly greeted, the man on reception was quite offhand - although the other staff there were all friendly. We also thought it strange that no water was provided in the room, instead we were asked to fill up the bottles ourselves. Our room was on the 6th floor, so was quite a long way down! We would’ve appreciated some water being there on arrival.

Comfy bed, really spacious bathroom with a bath and a shower. Staff really friendly, would stay here again if ever in Paris. Really close to a metro station too which was handy. They stored our luggage for us as we had a late flight and that was great too 👍🏻

Lift very very small so if you have lots of luggage that might be an issue. No water bottles in the room and you’re given a refillable bottle but when you’re on the top floor and you forget to bring the bottle when you’re down that can be a bit annoying.
