The property was well positioned with easy access to shops & public transport. The apt was lovely and very comfortable. All the furnishing was to high standard. Great communication.

The overly long list of how much each item would cost if it was damaged. There were a lot of add ons and disclaimers and whole raft of things that frankly was hard to keep up. In that respect I’d probably would opt for a hotel where it’s a bit more straightforward.

It is a great place to stay with a lovely balcony, all the staff are helpful, polite, very welcoming and can speak English. The apartment is spotless and neat. The facilities are superb. It has good soundproofing and you can't hear any footsteps or people walking from outside your door. The beds are super comfy. Location-wise, it is close to metro and easy access to all attractions either on foot or by metro. Will definitely stay here again the next time we go to Paris.

Wifi was spotty. As a digital nomad, I had to work from a coworking space as wifi was unreliable.

Friendly and helpful staff, cozy atmosphere, and the room size was good for Paris. The room was clean and beds super comfortable even the sofa bed. The location was ideal—just a short walk to restaurants and tourist attractions.

It’s a a small hotel so the reception area is just a desk and two chairs which felt a little bit limited but they have a luggage room.

The property was central location , spotless and lovely staff. It was a beautiful apartment with everything you need. Supermarket across the road.

Noise from main road and i noticed there was a cost for extra towels bedding if you did not want to wash yourself , considering the price if you require clean towels you would have hoped they would supply and not at a cost.

We wanted to stay in the Le Marais area of Paris and this hotel was well located. To places like Musee d'Orsay and Notre Dame we took an Uber -- but the more adventurous could walk or figure out the Metro. We stayed 2 nights, walked the Marais area with its delightful nooks and crannies, enjoyed dinners in bistros. Breakfasts were fine and to our taste; there is an elevator; A/C works, bed studio concept was excellent for making coffee in the morning and refrigerating water and wine. We liked the concept of having a code to access the building and our room -- there is also a concierge on duty but we liked not having to check in/out with a front desk.

Apartment was lovely, good location. Everything looked brand new. Great having a lift.

When I booked Deluxe Queen studio, information said there was a sofa. There was none. 3 high stools and although comfy, for someone who struggles with bad back and had been touring for nearly a month... stool or sitting on bed...so asked for chair with back. Booking said there was washing machine, should say laundry. Took me 3 days to find safe and unless you are 6 feet or they provided you with step ladder, no way I could access. All that being said, I did enjoy my stay. Just need to be aware.

Location is great; metro is very near; also walking distance to nice attractions View of the room is very nice Bathroom is very good Equipments in the room are new and classy Room is well decorated Nice supermarkets, bars & restaurants around; a live neighborhood Having someone at reception is good Entrance to the room with a code is nice ease

We are 2+1 with a kid, Studio is really small for 3! After making the 3rd bed, nearly no place to move. Hotel is on a main street, there is noise, which can be acceptable; however when a car with a siren sound passes; it is disturbing.

I would not hesitate to book this property again. Excellent location in the Marais, 10 minute walk to Rambuteau, 10 minutes to Les Halles. Rue de Rivoli is maybe 15 minutes away. The air conditioning was outstanding and the internet was 10/10. Note, you have to re-enter the code (super easy) to keep the Wi-Fi going. Book it!

Next time, I would book the three bedroom for more room, but the two bedroom was plenty.

Property was in a great location. Very nice and easy to get checked in. Staff were very helpful.

Only have one complaint and that relates to breakfast on our first morning. We were told that breakfast would be from 7.30 and scheduled the day around that. We arrived at 7.40 and were told it wouldn’t be until 8, which meant we couldn’t stay as we’d miss our train. It caused us a bit of a problem as we couldn’t get any food before a long journey. Everything else was great so this is just a small comment. Don’t like to complain.
