Location is excellent. Close to all the tourist facilities, close to 3 train stations, few steps from cafes and restaurants, and laundromat that we used. Owner himself is available during the day most of the time, and takes care of any of your needs and goes above an beyond to help you in any way that he can

Small rooms, but for 2 star hotel, it is extremely good value for the money. Some renovation noises were there which I m sure is a temporary problem.

This hotel is a gem set in an old district of Paris. Victorian decor but obviously modern facilities, making a pleasant change from the ubiquitous chain decor. There is a lift, and our bathroom was brand new, with a wet room effect shower area and special fittings for disabled or elderly people. The reception area is welcoming with nice sofas to lounge or have a cool drink. The breakfast room has period decoration and is well laid out and serves a nice variety of typical French breakfast fare, including hard-boiled eggs, yoghurt, cheese, various toasts, baguettes, croissants.It was good value indeed.

There is nothing to criticise apart from the lack of view, but this meant it was very quiet with no traffic noise. Some visitors from other countries, eg, the USA, might prefer a different style of hotel.

bathroom was excellent, beds and pillows extremely comfortable! location is absolutely amazing, it feels like a safe neighborhood close to many attractions and with many things in the vicinity of the hotel. reception staff was super friendly and helpful, fluent english, we were even able to check in earlier. will be returning to this hotel!

it was a relatively noisy street so overnight there was a lot of outside noise which can disturb sleep. besides that, when we left our luggage in the hotel for a few hours after checking out, it didn't seem it was stored safely - it was just placed into an unlocked room next to the entrance.

It is in a very good location. Not far, and an interesting walk to the Pompidou Centre and Notre Dame. An easy walk from Chatelet Les Halles which is on a direct line from Charles de Gaulle Airport. Other transport links were easy to access. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the hotel and our room was very clean and well looked after. Breakfast was very French. Wonderful baguettes and croissants and there was cereal as well. You could access tea and coffee at any time. We did buy some mugs as the paper cups, for drinking after breakfast were quite small, but that was just personal preference. We would have no hesitation in going back to the Hotel Bellevue. A selection of interesting restaurants in the area was also a bonus.

The location is close to Ille de la Cite, which was great for us, reaching many landmarks just by walking. The room & bathroom were tidy, the bed very confortable. The personnel was very kind to help with advices and pleasent to talk with. We could let the luggage for free at the hotel fore some extra hours over the check-out time, to have a walk in the area before our flight. The restaurant at the hotel was a really nice surprise, we took breakfast every morning of our accomodation, it has a Parisian vibe.

Hotel location amazing, like amazing! Hotel room spacious. Spotlessly clean room and towel and bedding changes daily. Two out of our three rooms were perfect (room 202 was delightful) third room outdated and really needed a revamp (room 206) but the amount of time we spent in the room, basically to sleep the eyes were closed so didn’t overly bother me. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for the location and from a safety aspect (La Maria’s 10 minute walk, Notre Dame 18 minutes) Only one criticism my room (206) had a shower curtain! Awful, awful, awful! Shower curtains should not exist in 2025!

The location is excellent. It's an ideal place to stay for exploring Paris, close to different metro stations, and it's possible to reach everywhere with a single metro line. You never need to transfer, and on a day when you're very tired, being able to return to your room with just one metro line is a great comfort. On your way back to the hotel in the Le Marais area, there are plenty of pleasant and reasonably priced places to eat or have a drink.

Friendly and accommodating staff, perfect location near to many of the main tourist spots in central Paris and very near to several metro stations. Clean room and shower/bath room. Very comfortable beds. Spacious enough for three women to get ready and changed and had enough plug sockets and mirrors for us all. We did not use the safe or the room phone. Good WIFI. Nice balcony window that we could leave open at night. We walked 10 to 14 miles a day as well as using the metro regularly - being in this locality meant we could cover a lot of sites and ground.

We would have appreciated a kettle and tea/coffee facilities in the room - a minor thing - lots of cafe's, boulangeries, coffee shops nearby..

There was a lot of public transport or just you have near some attraction to go by foot. the hotel is designed as old elegant building, so this is very nice, but I think the rooms need some renovation or investing (especially in the bathroom). The bed was really comfortable, so after intensive day we can sleep comfy very long. Additionaly with advantages there is a possibility to leave the luggage at reception before check in and after check out.

As I mentioned I think the bathroom's could be refreshed if the budget allowed it. New sink's, showers or replacement for existing hair dryers. There wasn't hook for towels.

Merci! Staff were accommodating, and the view outside from our room was delightful on the 4th floor. I appreciated the noise soundproofing during the night. We were able to leave our luggage in a room after checkout while we toured Paris. Merci! We didn't have breakfast, but I would have eaten here if we weren't trying to squeeze so many activities in. We had a bathtub with an extendable shower head, and this worked well.

While the room and bed were clean...Thankfully! There was some mildew in difficult places in the bathroom, but keep in mind you'll need a toothbrush to clean this.
