The service is fast and good , and the employees were very friendly and helpful , the location was good we can reach every spot in Paris easily

The room is quiet small , and the colors chosen were a bit dark for our taste , and there was privet party which disturb our sleep , and not forgetting the fire alarm .

We had a wonderful stay at Les Bains! The housekeeping team was incredibly attentive. Our room was always spotless, refreshed both in the morning and evening. Even if we used the room in the afternoon, they made sure it was perfectly reset by the time we returned. The bed was so comfortable, the interior design in general is soo cool, and we had a nice balcony/terrace. Thoughtful touches like these truly reflect 5-star service. The attention to detail was exceptional (even the stationery had my name printed on it!). We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Only thing is the room service menu supposedly has an all night menu, and when we tried to order they said they were all out and couldn’t make us anything. They kindly suggested we could order uber eats and they would bring it up to our room though so that was great!

The rooms were very large for Paris, and overall decor of the hotel was super cool. The staff was friendly and very helpful. To top it off, the location couldn’t have been better! Heaps of food and drinks within a few minutes walking, Les Halles less than 10 mins away and a bike rental across the street that got us everywhere we needed to go. Would absolutely stay at Les Bains again.

Although the room was very clean, comfortable and well decorated; some of the furniture in the room (headboard, couch, bathroom wall) was a bit worn down for a 5 star hotel. Not an huge deal, but that’s the only negative- everything else was absolutely wonderful.

The breakfast was good. The decor of the hotel is very chic and fun. It is in a great location. We loved the balcony off our room with its own table and chairs and lovely vine growing over the fence. And very quiet.😊 The staff were lovely and welcoming and keen to help in any way they could. The cafe and restaurant recommendations made from the reception were very authentic French and not touristy. They were great.

Excellent room in any location, made better given Europe's smaller sizes. This was a deluxe room. Also, a nice balcony and great air conditioning.

Despite having emailed earlier, we could not get the room even a minute earlier than 3PM. We wanted it at 1:30, arrived at that time and even tried to get it for 2:15. They didn't seem interested in really executing on that.

The staff of the hotel is amazing. Florence and Rania are sweethearts and made their outmost to make my stay comfortable despite some initial problems with my room and booking. The rooms have nice design details and a personalised welcome pack. The bed is super comfortable. It felt like sleeping on a cloud. And the bed linen is beautiful. Take the time to read the story of the hotel and building which you will find in a printed book in the room - it will enhance the experience. The hotel also has a boutique where you can buy their candles, perfumes and other fashion items. I will return for sure!

The concept style of the hotel is dark and mysterious. So take note of that if you are only a fan of light and bright colours. However, the staff provided additional lighting in my room so I can work which was very appreciated.

We were in Paris to celebrate my 50th birthday- the hotel made every effort to make this memorable for me with a warm welcome and celebratory champagne! The staff are extremely caring and ensure you have a good time. The hotel also has a happening restaurant and club. The location is not far from Central Paris and is a nice sanctuary in the big city.

Beautiful, spacious room. Comfortable bed and bedding. Attentive and friendly service. Our room was ready early which was unexpected. Complimentary bottle of wine, macarons, and stationery with my name on it were a nice touch upon arriving. Location was convenient to the metro and local restaurants and shopping.

The picture of the balcony upon reservation showed a table and chairs. We ended up with a Juliet balcony that was too small to enjoy and had no furniture. Street noise from people leaving the club in the middle of the night made it hard to sleep. I wish we were given a room that wasn’t facing the street, particularly given the rate we paid.

Les Bains is a very cool place in the heart of the Marais. Great for a single traveler with a lively bar scene and nightclub in the basement. The basement pool is small but fun an actually has one of those strong currents you can swim against. I wish I'd have brought my goggles. The room was a nice size and comfortable and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

No complaints. (OK will offer one - the light switches were very hard to figure out (it seems to be a theme for French hotels to favor style over practicality for switches).

Loved loved loved this place. Right in the heart Le Marais, reasonable walking distance to some of the main attractions in Paris. The staff were really helpful. The rooms were really chic and clean, a very cool vibe.
