Loved the location. We did a lot of walking because everything was so accessible. The place was nice and quaint. It had everything we needed, but it was just a bit cramped. The bathroom was surprisingly roomy, then the tiny kitchen and sitting area on the main level with the beds sitting on the floor in the attic.

The place was perfect for us, I just wouldn’t recommend it to people with mobility challenges. It would have been an absolute disaster if we had traveled with our parents this time.

Noise from upstairs moving chairs around and toilet flushing. on the photos it shows a garden with seats. It was really just a smoking area with no seats.

My recent stay at this apartment in Paris was absolutely delightful. The location was superb, offering the perfect balance of being central yet tucked away in a quiet and private setting. I was able to easily explore the city's main attractions, and then retreat to a peaceful haven. The apartment itself was immaculate, clean, and very well-equipped. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. I also appreciated having a full range of amenities, which made me feel right at home. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located base for their Paris adventure.

The location is great and the building is lovely. The area felt safe, yet vibrant. The apartment was a cozy place to settle in for a few days in Paris, with lots of amenities close by, it was a great site to either take a trip downtown for a dinner out or bring a few things home from the shops for a nice night in. Check in was easy, but there was a process of checking in & out through a Patios du Marais website in addition to the booking dot com reservation that was unexpected. The hosts communicated well, though, and everything went through promptly.

We didn't dislike anything about the apartment, but I can confirm what others have written: that the walls are thin and you can hear everyone next door when the building is busy in the morning. Guests seem very responsible in the building, though, so there were no disturbances at night. We slept well.

Beautiful, tucked away, hidden gem with lots of character. This compact apartment makes great use of space and is spread across multiple levels with an adventurous quality to climbing up between sleeping areas which excited the children. Direct access from the main stairs into the top bedroom makes this climbing through access not a necessity.

The only things that caused issues for us were that the skylight/velux window above the bed was missing it’s blind or any form of curtain making it extra bright and hard to sleep past sunrise. The larger apartment is also up many flights of stairs so some may struggle.

location is amazing, and the hidden courtyards provide relief and shade. The studio is well appointed and check in was very easy

the entire set of building along the courtyard is short-term rentals. It is a touristy microcosm and it can get loud. Cigarette smokes wafts from below, music from above, children noises etc. It also would be nice to have a person on place that helps with questions and potential issues

It’s location and cosmopolitan vibe, in a less busy, while stimulating area of Paris, within walking distance of the Seine river, and the Latin quarter. The layout and facilities of the apartment was well thought-out, with everything we needed for a single night, or equally as a base for a longer stay in the centre of Paris. This was my husband’s favourite property out of the great selection of places we booked, so we could discover different parts of the city. It really stood out for me, when I was placing the booking, as an apartment with traditional French character. Just as described on the advertising. Bravo! The shared outdoor space was an extra bonus, too.

Everything was to our taste. We booked the larger of the two options, so we could have a separate sleeping area. I charged up my mobile phone at the end of the bed, which wasn’t a hardship, as this meant I could sleep without scrolling on my phone, which is what a bed is for. My husband had to climb across the bed to get into it, but he didn’t mind at all.

I was a bit worried about this place after reading some of the reviews but we had a great experience. Loved our little apartment, F1G Niagara. No bedbugs! Was a little quirky with too much unnecessary furniture but was a welcome retreat after a busy day sightseeing. Double bed in loft not too comfortable for 2, but sofa bed downstairs was great and large enough for 2 comfortably. Also had a proper rollaway bed which was great. Kitchen was good and handy having a washing machine/ dryer. Great location, good wifi and felt safe. Code entry worked great.

Luckily we didn't need to contact anyone but was a bit strange not having anyone on site if there were any problems.

Lovely place, perfect for a 2 night stay. Had everything we needed.

Be prepared for the stairs, didn’t affect us but may to some.
