Location is excellent - in a very good area close to transport and a lot of good shops, cafe's and bakeries. Very easy to check in and good left luggage storage if you are early or need to leave bags on the check out day.

The room wasn't ready when we arrived so had to wait an hour to get in - this is probably due to only having one cleaner on staff who has a lot of rooms to do, not her fault but the management for being cheap and not employing enough staff. Rooms are very small, so not much space to move around in them. Taking bags up top the 5th floor is hard work - so hope you get a room on a lower floor!

A great hotel at very reasonable prices, with easy access to the centre of Paris and within walking distance of some landmarks and museums, as well as metro stations. Access to the hotel and room was all sent to us remotely on booking.com as we were arriving in the evening, this came through quickly once requested and we had no issues finding the hotel or getting inside. I had requested a room on a lower floor due to mobility issues, and we were placed on the second floor which was perfect. The rooms are small but have everything you need for a short stay, both the main bed and sofa bed were comfy (and our four year old was very pleased to have such a large sofa bed to herself) and though we didn't see any staff at all during our stay due to being out all day every day, the hotel was always spotless. A few previous reviews mention the lack of doors on the bathrooms - our room had a sliding door that was hidden, to make the most of the small amount of space, and I didn't spot this at first so definitely wondering if others have done the same. We also didn't hear any other guests during our stay, the room was well soundproofed. There are lockers in the basement where you can leave luggage after checking out, which felt much more safe and secure than the system most hotels use of having one large room for storing luggage that any guest can access. A folder of recommendations was provided in the room, and we found the most perfect breakfast recommendation from this that we used every day on our five day trip (Sain Boulangerie), and there are many food spots, supermarkets and pharmacies only a few minutes walk away. We'd happily stay here again!

It would have been great to have a fan for each room rather than just one fan to share, but this wasn't a dealbreaker!

Property very convenient to local cafe / shops / metro and just off Main Street. Very clean and tidy. Staff so helpful and keep property to a high standard. Tea and coffee available in basement we utilised each day. Lockers available in basement if wish to store bags following checkout - perfect for a few extra hours sightseeing! Would definitely stay again.

Small staircase - could be difficult to navigate if travelling with large luggage or small family. Would be nice to offer some Croissants / pastry options with tea and coffee.

There are lockers in the basement that can be utilized even after checkout! This was my main reason for booking this property. We checked in very late at night with the intention of taking a self guided walking tour the following day. We were able to store 3 suitcases, 3 carry-on bags and a stroller bag in two of the large lockers at check-out and come back for them at the end of the day. This was a huge bonus for us and I would stay here again for this reason. The front desk staff was also very kind and the property is within walking distance of the Louvre. We also walked to the Eiffel Tower from this location and bussed back as it is quite a long walk with small kids.

As other have mentioned, the stairs are steep and plentiful, it was a little tricky getting all of our belongings and children up and down but if you plan in advance, you can store what you won’t use in the basement and out of your way, taking only what you need to the room. We also didn’t love that there was no one on site after hours, for assistance. We would have loved to ask for a fan in the room because it was very hot, but the front desk is not manned overnight. The beds and rooms were a little small for our family but this can be quite standard for Paris.

Amazing location and easy to access even though it’s digital entry and no staff on site. Everything was clean and comfortable. There’s a basement with espresso maker and hot water for tea, as well as washing machine and microwave. This makes up for there being no coffee maker in the room!

No hot water kettle in the room, you need to go to the basement common room for coffee. No parking. There’s also no lift, and the stairs are very steep!

Great stay. Quiet neighbourhood and 2 minutes walk away from Metro. 10-minute walk of Les Halles train Station and 10 minute walk to a main street (Place de la République) full of restaurants and shops. Beds were comfortable, even the couch/bed was good enough for 2 people. Small room, but was perfect for our 2 night stay. Very easy to get in the building and room through keypad. Coffee in the basement. Will definitely be back when visiting Paris.

Really great location, close to the train and lots of restaurants. There is a little carre four supermarket down the street. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Excellent accommodation overall and would absolutely stay here again.

The small spiral stairs are well advertised so this was not surprise but they are tricky if you have heavy suitcases. But again, this isn’t a negative for most, just something to really be aware of if you travel with lots of things.

Great quiet location for weekend break with sister and friend. Walked everywhere from it. Clean new interior well designed. Only challenge was steep, narrow spiral staircase up to our 4th floor apartment. Good for fitness! No provision to make a hot drink. Bottle of water provided daily.

Great location in the chinatown area of Les Marais. Lot of great food locations at walking distance. Clean 'apartment' style rooms in an quiet side street. Decent seize room for a family of four (our childeren are 8 and 11 years old and the sleepingcoach is good just up to this age for 2 childeren) and the parentroom has an seperate door. Not a lot of storage space but for this price/location in Paris more than enough.

For us not a problem at all but a small winding stairs goes up to the Fifth floor. So if you are not great with climbing stairs ask for one of the ground floor rooms.

The hotel is exactly what we’re were looking for in Paris = a comfortable clean place to just sleep at in a great location and that’s exactly what this had. The lockers to leave stuff was also super useful. It doesn’t have a breakfast or an elevator but for us, two couples for a weekend trip, the suite was perfect and comfortable.
