We stayed at this lovely boutique hotel in Le Marais for a few nights as a couple, and overall, it was a great experience. The location is absolutely perfect - right in the heart of Le Marais, surrounded by amazing restaurants, cafés, and boutique shops. Everything is within walking distance. The staff were super friendly and helpful, offering us great local recommendations. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade to a larger room than we originally booked. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in that room wasn’t working, but the staff quickly provided us with a fan for the first night and gave us a 50% refund for that night, which we really appreciated. The next day, while we were out, they moved all of our belongings to another room with working AC. It was a bit strange to find out they had packed everything for us, including items from the safe, but in the end, it saved us the hassle of moving ourselves. The new room had a king-size bed – one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in at a hotel! The air conditioning in this room worked, though I have to mention that as someone who’s quite sensitive to heat, it wasn’t as strong as what I'm used to at home. It wasn’t a deal-breaker at all. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel. The location is unbeatable, the service is thoughtful, and we’ll definitely come back next time we’re in Paris!

Friendly staff who were service oriented - they would help you with anything and everything. Bathrooms excellent and great towels and tub. Air conditioning worked very well and made the room very comfortable. Good location and lots of great cafes and food stores right around the corner.

No safety bars in our very tall tub which made it difficult to get out of. I saw that many of the hotel guests were over 60 so safety bars would be most helpful in all tubs. Closet in the room got very warm and it almost melted chocolate foods. Small rooms but that’s Europe style - just hard to manage luggage.

It's all about the service. The hosts and staff were amazing. The location was convenient. The breakfast (not included) was great. We had French toast. The bed was comfortable with nice pillows (I'm fussy). Very clean and the robes and slippers were a nice touch. I had an ankle injury which needed a cooling pack and they purchased and delivered one to my room.

From the moment we arrived, we knew this was a special hotel. The warm greeting we received made us feel so welcome. Because we arrived early, we were not expecting to be able to get into our room and the staff let us know that they would complete the check in process and we could store our bags until the room was ready. While we waited, we were offered coffee/tea in the cozy lobby area. It turned out that we didn't have to wait long and we got to check in early after all. The rooms are small, but very well appointed and they supply beautiful Clarins bath products. The bed was extremely comfortable and each day we stayed our room was immaculately and thoughtfully serviced by the house keeping staff. We loved the cute box of nougat supplied as a treat along with a nice personalized note. We were also offered 2 free glasses of champagne any time we'd like. Unfortunately, because we had a packed itinerary of restaurants, bars and shopping, we weren't able to take them up on it! They use bamboo for the key cards--a very eco-friendly choice over the typical plastic room key most hotels use. The location is excellent in the heart of the Marais. We've now stayed at 4 hotels in the Marais--all with 4 or 5 starts and this hotel actually lives up to the rating. We will definitely be back!

The perfect combination of intimacy, friendliness and charm, this boutique hotel ticks all the boxes. The location is excellent, the staff are exceptionally helpful, the interior design is inspiring, the flowers are real and the breakfasts are amazing. The Picasso Museum is close by and lots of major attractions are near enough to comfortably reach on foot. It's not cheap but you really do get what you pay for.

Our room was AMAZING. The in-room facilities and bathing products are top notch. The robes and slippers are a nice touch. The bed was comfortable with very nice pillows and I'm picky. The staff are all cheerful and welcoming. The service is impeccable. The breakfast buffet is bar none one of the best we had in Paris. They even make fresh omelettes and French toast.

Superlative in every way. Attentive and proactive staff, beautiful spaces, excellent attention to detail. Unhappy circumstances meant I had to spend a lot of time in my room, and I could not have chosen a more comfortable and lovely space to do so. Decadent and lovely in-room breakfast as well.

We could not have been more pleased with our booking. I appreciate the rooms are smaller but this was in the Marais, amidst all that the area has to offer. Friendly staff and a feel of home away from home, the hotel just felt right. We would return.

Breakfast was great - not a giant buffet - but a nice fresh buffet and eggs of a menu. Also really nice fresh juices and great tea/coffee :) The staff at the hotel were all really nice, so it felt "homely" each time you entered the hotel. The area, Le Marais, is my favorite in Paris and this hotel´s location is superb. A really nice restraurant right next door and a very lively and great are.

Compared to rest of our trip , staff member could not answer any of our questions or give any advice on our plans . Did not seem to know Paris at all to give any advice and had difficulty even reading map of city
