The hotel is in a really nice area of Paris, full of restaurants and shops and It is also close to the underground.

Bedroom is quite small, but expected in Paris. Furniture in the toilets and walls were quite ruined. So I believe that the price of the room was overrated.

The location is great, the free espresso coffee, juice and viennoiserie in the lobby was nice. The staff is amazing and very kind. I am a returning guest, and things have improved since my previous stays.

The doors of the rooms are making noise when opening and closing, and the door does not isolate the sounds from the corridor properly (there is a gap between the door and the door frame). The door needs to be locked manually with a key, and the key needs to be delievered at the reception each time you leave the hotel. The ventilation filter in the bathroom was totally dirty and clogged. Despite the heater in the mirror, it was still cold in the bathroom. The bed has no top matress, so there is a gap between the two matresses - also because the bed frame is too wide for the matresses. This can be annoying for couples who want to sleep next to each other. All the rooms are quite small, but that is normal for Paris.

The hotel is located very conveniently close to multiple public transport options. Staff is very friendly and there's always someone available 24/7. Rooms are clean and pretty modern compared to a lot of other places.

Having to hand over my key every time I left the hotel was a bit weird and inconvenient. Nobody ever asked twice when I came back and mentioned my room number to retrieve the key. I could've just mentioned any other number and would've been given the key. I also didn't really feel safe leaving my luggage in the lobby on the last day. There's no system in place to know which luggage belongs to who. It just all lumped together in one publicly reachable room.

The location of the hotel was great. It was walking distance from the Metro. There were a lot of restaurants close by.Also it has a supermarket and pharmacy in the street behind it. The breakfast offered in the hotel was good for the price, but there were also a lot of bakeries in the area. The staff was very nice. Amina helped us a lot getting taxis, directions ,recommendations ,etc. The front desk guy at night gave us a great recommendation for a Japanese restaurant.

I did not like that the a/c is turned on in June 1st. The other thing was that the room had a light musty smell.

This hotel is so well located on the edge of the beautiful Marais district and a short walk to two metro stations which takes you all over Paris. The hotel is on an area with lots of good cafes and restaurants and a supermarket across the road The location could not be better Also there are a number of little extras that make this hotel special they offer free drinks in the minibar when you arrive and they have a nice relation area with free coffee, tea, bottled water, juice and croissants! The staff are so helpful I travelled alone and they made and feel so safe and welcomed the rooms are very efficiently cleaned daily and the breakfast is generous with a number of choices including fresh crepes

THE rooms are small but that is true for all Paris

I loved the warm welcome at the reception desk and the enormous effort put into helping me to get where I wanted to, not by answering a question but by pre-empting it by asking me where I wanted to go. The room was small but very well equipped with mini fridge, kettle, tea and soft drinks which were on the house. The bathroom had proper shower gel and not dispensed gel as some have and the best hair dryer I've had in a hotel. It was centrally placed and I walked to most of my destinations - Notre Dame, Louvre, Pompidou Centre etc.

There was nothing I didn't like. It's a small hotel with a big heart.

The location is perfect. Next to 2 metro stations in a safe area with lots of restaurants and boutiques to enjoy at any time of the day or night. The bed was small but comfortable, good wifi, good housekeeping. Coffee and biscuits available in the lobby. Good breakfast. Friendly efficient staff 24 hours a day. Quiet room.

It’s a bit shabby and could do with a refurbish in general. The floors show years of ingrained wear and tear and the black walls and woodwork of the lobby are outdated and depressing. The hallway has a strange and unpleasant smell. The rooms are tiny.

Paris is very expensive - I've had difficulties in the past locating a hotel which is reasonably central and has a good rating but which isn't too pricey. I found this a very good option - the location is good, the room was small, but modern and airy, with comfortable bed and nice bedding - and free soft drinks in the mini bar. There is a pleasant lobby area. The owners/staff were extremely helpful - I had a problem with an adapter which they tried to assist with themselves before suggesting where I could get a replacement locally. I had to leave early so didn't try breakfast.

Nothing really - or nothing it would be reasonable to expect, in Paris, for price.

I took a room for one person without breakfast, the hotel is comfy, clean and quiet the rooms are a bit tiny but it has everything you could possibly need, i didn’t need more than that but honestly i would’ve love if there was those hotels slippers cause it can get super cold at times, also the location is absolutely great you have a supermarket in the backstreet of the hotel and the metro station is right beside the hotel, also there are plenty of cafes and shops with only walking distance, overall i had a pleasant experience, also the receptionist Amina is such a wonderful woman she helped me a lot whenever i had a question and even recommended me the best place to have breakfast such a sweetheart really, would definitely stay there again ✨

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Nice good value hotel. Lovely view of French Architecture. Enjoyed Breakfast.
