Daily housekeeping , although it was basic cleaning daily -post check In , but felt good to come back to a tidy apartment .. and the housekeeping washed the utensils daily,it was a so nice of them. And daily towel change if required. And daily a new kitchen towel was kept . Oil salt pepper balsamic vinegar was stocked in the kitchen along with tea and coffee. Good heating system. The apartment had everything u needed . Incase of early check in the luggage locker can store only 1 check in bag , which is sad. Because most people coming from far country’s have 2 bags each . 1 cabin and 1 check in bag . Although they were kind to give us an early check in by 1pm as soon as the apartment was clean. Great location of the area . Rich with cafés restaurants and supermarkets. And great wifi .. very responsive host and accommodating. Accommodated my needs and innumerable queries .

The tiny size of the bathroom in apartment 42 , very tiny ..and not all apartments had a refrigerator. Elevator was extremely tiny . Fit 1 person at 1 time or 2 thin people. But this is Paris , I guess having an elevator was a luxury. Beds were small .. windows had no view in the backside apartments .

I loved my stay here! It’s not a big room but I was by myself so I didn’t need anything more! Was in the most perfect location in Marais, I cycled and walked the whole holiday - no need to take the metro at all. As a solo female traveller, I felt so safe and comfortable. Will absolutely be coming back!

The only thing was how loud the doors were. Every time my neighbour came in and out it was very loud. It didn’t bother me but I can imagine it being too loud for some!

The hotel is in the 3rd arr., 3 min walk to Arts et Metiers metro. Great neighborhood, lots of activity, restaurants and bars open late, so very safe for walking. We arrived early from the airport, prepared to put our luggage in the lockers until 3pm checkin. and though the hotel is mostly self-service, there is a staff member checking on things in the a.m. She confirmed our room was ready and allowed us to go directly to the room for a nap. So great. The free luggage lockers are great for early arrival and late departures. We used them on our last day. The room (32) was nicely set up with outlets and tables on both sides of the bed, reading lights, ample hangers, comfy mini sofa, two chairs for dining, lovely toiletries. Shower has great pressure, but the stall is very small, and a bit tricky to operate. Kitchen is well supplied with olive oil, balsamic, salt, pepper, sugar, tea, Nespresso. Loved having the kitchen to make breakfast. Very happy to have the elevator. We didn't make use of laundry in the basement, but there were several machines. We would stay there again.

The A/C wasn't working properly, but they did fix it (there is a 24/7 chat) and also provided an extra sheet as an alternative to the heavy duvet at night. The elevator holds only one person and luggage or two thin people, no luggage.

The apartment is well located in a cute and safe area surrounded by cafes. You will receive instructions with the address (it is not the same that first appears when you look for it on google maps, and you'll save some time wondering around, like I did). It is small, but I was expecting that. The bed is super comfortable and that was, for me, the best part. The shower is good and it comes with some amenities (coffee, tea, shampoo, shower gel, towers and hair dryer). The rest I did not use.

I think for the price I had higher expectations. The room was just in front of a school and the bathroom had no curtains (when I explained it to the staff, they promptly fixed it, but still I felt it was not opaque enough for nighttime privacy). But most of all what I really dislike was the noise. The house is clearly a house that was transformed to have multiple bedrooms and I felt I was sleeping the whole week with the people from the room near mine, as I could CLEARLY hear everything they said in regular tone. I woke up everytime they arrived late and I felt that we were all sleeping in the same division, which can be annoying and you need to be lucky with the neighbours. I loved the decor and the localization, but the price is just very high for the lack of rest.

Check in was easy once we found our room number. Great quiet location, very central. We were pleased our room wasn't on the street near the school. Room was small but comfortable and well designed. We liked the rustic beams and floor. Appliances great and bed comfortable. The block out curtains perfect.

No mention of our room number on recent correspondence so it was difficult to remember or locate it in older correspondence. A toaster would be great. We used the frypan to make our toast.

I recently stayed at the Beauquartier in Le Marais, Paris, and it was absolutely perfect. While the room was small by general standards, it felt spacious for Parisian apartments. The location was unbeatable—close to numerous metro stations and surrounded by charming cafes, boutique shops, and historic sites. Despite being in a vibrant area, the apartment effectively blocked out street noise, ensuring a peaceful stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the communication with the accommodation was prompt and efficient. Overall, this apartment provided a wonderful blend of comfort, convenience, and charm. Highly recommended!

Nice area, has a lot of cafes nearby. Also a few metro stations to choose from so made travelling very easy as I could use a variety of different route options. Had AC which was a lifesaver when i went as it was during a heatwave in Paris so this was really appreciated. Room was also very clean

The room is a little small and so is the bathroom. The elevator to reach the room is TINY but was no issue. Also the rooms aren't very soundproofed as i could hear my neighbour coming in at 5am and them speaking on the phone in their room.

This is my second time in Paris and I decided to pay slightly more so that I could stay nearer to the centre of the city. This location was a superb location! With plenty of good food, drinks, and grocery all around. It is a short walk to several metro stations and is quite accessible from anywhere. Le Marais is known for the gay nightlife and super lively bars at night, but thankfully there weren't much street noise when we were there. Access was provided via an online website which makes everything very very convenient. Beds and sofa was comfortable. It is a great location for a couple. There is daily housekeeping but we didn't need it.

The washing machines in the basement were a bit hard to understand how it works (and the guide online referred us to the machine) and the lift was tiny, it can only fit one person with one luggage, or two person max. But this is beyond the property's control.

Great location in the haut Marais. Close to a mini Chinatown (rue au Maire), bistros, and lots of hip restos. Transport is Metro Arts et Métier (lines 3/11) and plenty of buses. The apartment is perfect for 2, very confortable bed, and well-equipped little kitchen (nespresso maker, kettle, stove, and even a little dishwasher!). Even had an elevator. Minimal deco but tastefully done. Helpful since we were on the 3ème étage (4th floor for Americans). Also convenient are the big lockers you can use the day of your arrival and departure. We ran into staff that were also very friendly.

Small panic because we arrived to the property and I still did not receive the codes to enter the building nor the apartment. After several calls and luckily another traveler staying there, we were able to get inside and sort out the codes. It’s all self check in.

It was my first time in Paris and I am happy I stayed here. The location was superb, Le Marais is indeed a beautiful and vibrant district - close to metro stations, cafes and shops but safe and calm despite the busyness. The accommodation itself is a gem! We stayed in Apartment 1. It was by the entrance and same level as the street but it wasn’t noisy at all. The tub, the toiletries, the cooking facilities, daily towel and linen change… wish I could’ve stayed longer. Definitely worth a stay.
