The location is excellent. The staff are all very friendly, professional, and efficient. The problems I had with the safe in my room were resolved very quickly, on both occasions. Breakfast was very good, and the staff on the terrasse were delightful, especially the young man called Prince.

My room on the top floor had a sloping ceiling which is very awkward when you're 186cm tall. Also, I noticed some differences between my room and my friend's room. His room was a higher (better) spec than mine, even though we both paid the same price. I mentioned this to the manager and she gave me a free breakfast on the last morning 😀

Really lovely staff and in a great location. Bed was super comfortable and it was nice and clean.

The main reason for the reduced rating is the noise: there’s quite a big gap under the door and you can hear all the noise in the hallway (people talking, luggage wheels, doors closing etc) + a few small things would improve the experience including more hooks around as the room is quite small (i.e. only one in the bathroom), plugs besides both sides of bed, a kettle, chrome cast on the TV, and just double checking there’s no stains on the bedding (unfortunately I had some black marks on mine). For context: It was the most expensive place we stayed at during our 5 weeks in Europe so only noticed the above things as we got used to a ‘baseline’.

We haven't stayed in this area and wanted to give it a try. We enjoyed the hotel and would come back. The room was as advertising and as expected. Small but with adequate storage space for carry on size luggage. Anyone with larger than a carryon will be pressed for space. The bathroom was a respectable size. Although we didn't visit the cafe on the ground floor, it looked popular and the menu looked good.

The shower head was in need of descaling as it sprayed all over, in all directions. As the shower head was a rain shower design, it should go straight down.

We loved the location in the Marais. I loved the outdoor cafe and late night drinks, morning cafe crème. We did not eat at the cafe, so cannot speak to that. We also loved every single staff person. Friendly, warm, gracious, helpful in every way. One evening the night staff person got up and gave me a big hug when I returned from a long , tiring day of touring. Day staff facilitated our every travel need, talked to us in French and English about all kinds of topics. We loved them all.

Location is awesome. Staff very kind - reception, restaurant, cleaning staff - all so welcoming and kind. Clean room. Had lunch when I arrived as I waited for the room (I was early) and it was one of the best salads I had. Kudos to the chef! I would stay there again in spite of the few niggles.

The sink was blocked, but they did fix it once reported so I can’t complain too much. If your room is on the side of the street view it is noisy, so if you’re sensitive to sounds it might be an issue so maybe a room on the other side is better. Also, the smoke from the smokers downstairs waft into the room.

Everything !!!!!! The hotel is very modern they have an elevator it’s in a very nice area with lots of things happening around and you can pretty much walk everywhere to get to the main attractions. The staff omg I don’t even know what to say from the owner to the people working in the cafe / restaurant under the hotel which is stunning btw lots of people stop to take photos of the place. We had an incredible experience and they helped us so much with everything really one of the nicest and the sweetest owner of a boutique hotel I’ve ever met.

Well I don’t travel light so the rooms are a bit small for all my luggage which is my fault really lol but otherwise incredible everything the rooms are so modern and clean

I was seduced by the picture in the listing at booking.com For some reason I thought the room would look like the picture It was a bit too small with no real dedicated area to put your luggage for easy access I never found the nearest Metro until third day (our last day) that was mildly annoying

Very good location with 7 minutes walk to the closest station where can you can catch the train to the airport / metro of various other tourists attractions in the city. The deluxe room was very spacious, the bed extremely comfortable and cleaned every day. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful making our stay very comfortable. Will definitely recommend this property and stay here again, should I ever get the opportunity to visit Paris again.

The property met my expectations. There is nothing I can think off.

Location was great. We walked mostly everywhere and there were several metro station near the hotel. There was also a supermarket right across the street which was very convenient. The staff was also very polite and helpful.

The bathroom had a large window facing the street without any blackouts, so after sunset, if we had the bathroom lights on, everyone on the street and the building across the street, would see us on the bathroom, in particular the toilet and the shower...

Location was great. I like the food in the restaurant. Check in was easy and friendly.

I asked for help with taxis and was refused help on reception. Reception didnt charge me city tax when i checked in and i had to pay when leaving. (very annoying as i was in a rush and usually they pay the 2 at the same time for ease.) And the restaurant were difficult when trying to order my breakfast (what i asked for they said would be extra and then only served me half of what i requested)
