Lovely place! Great location! Good working kitchen. We ate every breakfast there and a few dinners too. Loved the induction cooktop and the dishwasher. Great grocery stores nearby and everything needed to warm up left overs. Also excellent bathroom and shower. And loved the washer dryer too. The person who met us when we arrived and showed us around was wonderful and very helpful. She made it clear that she was available throughout are stay and was very responsive to questions.

A few suggestions to make it even more comfortable: - A coat rack of some sort near the front entrance would be very useful. - Better cooking utensils and maybe a non-stick pan would be nice. - They need lamps in the living room, the lights are too bright and can’t be turned down. It makes night time sitting unpleasant as it is impossible to turn on a gentle light for a relaxed, calm experience in that room. Even dimmers might help. - Black rugs show every single piece of dust or crumb. They might consider a color that is more forgiving. - More glasses - 4 little glasses are not enough for two people living there and actually using the kitchen. Wine glasses are not useful for other kinds of drinks. Otherwise, it was a very comfy apartment to live

Having lived in Paris twice, the Les Halles area was never my favorite but, this apartment may have changed my mind! Firstly, it is very easy to get to as it is only a few stops on the Metro from Gare du Nord (the apartment is steps from the St Etienne Marcel station). Then it is a nice walk through the Les Halles area down to the Seine and the Pont Neuf. The young man who met us was charming and made sure we felt comfortable with all the information. The apartment was comfortable, clean and wonderfully quiet. We have friends in Paris and had invited them to have a meal with us. But upon arrival, I saw that there were only two dining chairs. I asked if two additional chairs could be provided, and they were! Thank you. And we were so happy to find a complimentary bottle of champagne in the fridge: we were celebrating our 40th anniversary and so began with that. Again, another thank you.

The apartment was very comfortable and beautifully appointed, and the owner was very quick to communicate when we contacted him, and also very helpful. We very much appreciated the bottle of delicious champagne and drinks in the fridge, along with a chocolate bar to welcome us. Justher who met us and showed us around the apartment was amazing, even staying with us when our pick up for the airport did not arrive, and ensuring we got another car.

We very much appreciated the clothes washer/dryer. What would have been handy would have been a dishwasher.

The apartment was beautiful & clean. Great kitchen with pots/pans/dishes/etc. Fridge was stocked with drinks and sweets. Great location next to a metro station. Very quiet. There is a lift. We were met in person to get the keys, wifi info, and ask any questions. Very friendly and helpful. Very quick responses to communications.

Washer/dryer combo was a bit hard to understand.

The apartment was modern, beautifully decorated with modern appliances. Central location. Building was a French style with beautiful details. Easy access to apartment after meeting with admin person. Left alone during stay which was appreciated. Comfortable bed and pillows. Room well designed to incorporate furnishings. Close to convenience stores for food supplies. Hot water in shower, good water pressure.

The shower door stuck at little, so once you were in the shower someone had to open the door from outside the shower.

It was large by Paris standards, with a nice bathroom. It also had very secure entry and was in a nice central location with lovely food strips nearby.

There was nothing to think about. Even had things in the fridge for us. Great location with loads of restaurants and easy walking access. Thrilled there was an elevator for luggage. EXCELLENT bed and towels.

The coffee maker itself was…ok, the coffee was not good…but there are coffee shops nearby.

A great feature was the property manager. She met us, showed us how everything worked and was available during our stay to answer questions. She had access to services and was able to arrange an early morning taxi pickup to the airport. The facilities were modern, quiet and comfortable. The location was convenient to shopping, the museums and restaurants we selected. It was easy to get an uber or the metro from the apartment.

We had the “blue” apartment and it was very nicely furnished, very quiet, very comfortable for a couple and fantastic location close to Le Marais and other amazing sites!

Great location. Lots of restaurants, cafes, shops, all easy walking distance. Apartment was spacious and very comfortable.

Entering the apartment, no lights in stairwell at night, was very dark so we had to use the elevator instead. Late at night if we had the window open was noisy from restaurant below.
