Great location, as soon as you look at the location on Google Maps - you'll see there is alot around the hotel, as well as incredible restaurants, bars and shopping (its a short walk to the massive department Samaritaine store near the Seine). The room is great, we had room 3 which had a view of the flats across the road but it was totally fine, the windows are sound proof and the room had a air con unit!!! IT was so warm, so the unit was welcomed! The bed is large and comfortable, along with a nice sized bathroom with shower (no bath). Just a rail to hang clothes but maybe bring some hangers to help this work out better, as there aren't drawers just a few shelves. It's a cosy room but works for 2 people, just about :) however you will be out of the room exploring Paris. There is a lift make sure you look for it on the left as you walk into the building, as its small but works! Pleasant stay at this accommodation - the cleaning team come in daily around 10am so you can speak to them with any issues. Very secure floor and rooms with codes for entry, as well as a code for the main entry door from the street. Look out for Jovani clothing and its the doorway next to that store (137) and then the keypad to enter is the one on the far right (well that is what we used). It's up and coming area but really is on its way to becoming a hot spot - definately a great location and accommodation to save money for food, wine and socialising!

The location keypad needed to be more prominent on arrival to the building. Shame breakfast wasn't included when we had booked that but thanks for the refund.

Very new so everything is still in good order and the towels still fluffy. Very clean.

Probably my oversight but I didn’t realize that this would be a sort of self-service room-to-let arrangement, meaning there is no one on the property. There is a code at the main building entrance and then another for the “hotel” which consists of a few room on the third floor. it was all a bit disconcerting upon arrival with only a tiny “Tinah” sign by the front door which ushered us down a dark corridor of metal shuddered showrooms. we passed several office spaces and workrooms before hitting Tinah’s on the third floor. It was a weird first impression. other negatives are the really noisy common spaces with sounds that reverberate through the room. Adding some soft surface would help absorb the sound. Also, the smart door lock is ridiculously and unnecessarily loud.

Very well located place, no more than 15-20 minutes walking distance, to both Nord Station (trains) and the city center. Live area full of cute restaurants and cafes. Rooms with all amenities and nice decoration. Decent breakfast. Cleaning lady very kind and helpful, she served our breakfast and tried to satisfy all our requests.

Hotel space hidden in a building that serves various other communities, took us some minutes to locate the entrance and and the right codes to get in. Very compact environment, not suggested for those prefering hotels with view, open spaces and social life. Price per night could be lower taking into account the limited space and staff involved (no reception, no breakfast staff)

The hotel is just round the corner from a metro station and if you don't mind walking, there is plenty to see in the area and you are close to very good restaurants such as Bouillon Julien, local markets and shops, plus just a short 10-15-minute walk from Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. We really enjoyed exploring a different part of Paris. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. We were served breakfast by a friendly member of staff. The reception area has free tea and coffee available - but please note it is not manned and you require a pin code to access the area. Although we could not access our room until 3pm, we were able to leave our bags in the reception. Overall, the price is very reasonable for the centre of Paris and if you don't need to stay in the very centre or just need a base to explore the city then would recommend.

Not a complaint - but just to mention that you need a pin code to access the hotel, which is a floor of an apartment block. If you want to be greeted by a receptionist, you might prefer to go somewhere else. Also, there are several TINAH hotels in Paris, so much sure you put in the full address as our map took us to the wrong one! Fortunately, someone called back and helped us out. Otherwise, a good place to stay.

I like the location we could walk almost everywhere. It was quiet, the host extremely cooperative, let me check in earlier and leave my luggage for the rest of the day on check out day. Nice breakfast, although after a few days it is becoming boring because the selection is very limited. But everything is very fresh and good quality. For parisian standards, the room was very spacious, and the bathroom was huge.

Generally, it was clean, room service every day, bedshits, and towels were changed after 3 days. The only thing is humidity (mould started to grow under the window in the bedroom and bathroom). It is very small but time to act. The bed was a bit too doft gor my liking.

I had a fabulous stay. It 100% exceeded my expectations. From the first second i booked until the check out everything went very smoothly no issue at all. You receive all the information you need by email no hussle at all. Very clean, beautiful room with all the necessary facilities. Location is very good. The staff was amazing very helpful and smiley face all the time. You feel like you are home comfy and safe. The breakfast was really good too. This place is my where to stay in Paris place now. I will definetely be back to stay there again.

Good size room very clean excellent shower. Good breakfast, lovely young man ( Brazilian student) looked after us in the morning. Appreciated tea coffee being available beyond breakfast. A few minutes walk to metro was ideal, walking up the hill away from property a lovely selection of bars restaurants lie in waiting.

Took a bit getting used to keying in numbers, also on second day we noticed an odour from the drain in the shower room. Also the loo was separate which is great but please leave enough room to get in, the room was big enough for partition wall to be moved over a bit, thankful we’re slim but in the night have asleep it took a bit of fancy footwork.

The room was quiet and clean, check-in and check-out went smoothly and the location is great!

You get a ton of emails for check-in, arriving, check-out, etc. - most of them multiple times. That's a bit confusing and should be reduced to the necessary. Also, all the messages they send you via booking.com are stripped of all links and therefore completely useless. (I know this is a booking.com issue, but it's bad when they rely on web services for check-in and check-out.)

Once you get around, you understand hotel provides all you need - breakfast and cosy bed. Rest of day you spend in Paris and does not matter what you see from hotel window. Place actually is very good, somewhere in between all sightseeing locations.

May be a little more food options at breakfast. 3 days bread, chease, croissants i enjoyed. If staying longer - option of some ham or meat and fresh vegies sounds appealing😃

I really like the concept, it is super uncomplicated! I had trouble finding Tinah at first but I called the hotline and they were super friendly and helpful. I also had to add another night because my train got cancelled. As I couldn’t get the same room so spontaneously, they took care of my luggage and brought it to the new room while I was out. In total it was a really great experience!
