In the beginning to be honest it looked a bit strange, but after meeting the staff at the welcome deck got more relaxed, he was very welcoming and spoke English very well, we went with the elevator till the 4th floor where our room was, the elevator was a bit small but I understand, that is how the building was made, the room was small but very cozy, there is enough space for two, I can tell you that, the designs in the room was very colorful and the golden lamps make the deco, the bathroom whaz as well very nice, blue tails on the walls, centered sink and a transparent shower door, just lovely, we had a busy day but we hat time to watch a bit tv, the funniest think whaz that they add my name as a welcome greeting 😂 that is really unique, I never see it before and most probably I will never see it again( if I come back I will see it again😊). Till we didn't take the stairs we didn't see the beauty of it, THE STAIRS, ohh, I loved them, wooden stairs, green leaves carpet on the landings and the picture with different plants flowers and fishes, that is indeed very very beautiful, short story long, it whaz incredible!! Excellent service. Very kind and attentive staff who made sure that we felt welcomed and they were very eager to help with any questions. Emanuela went above and beyond by leaving surprise balloons and a handwritten card in our room for my mother’s birthday. Such an incredible gesture which made all the difference! The hotelbed was super comfy and although the room was on the groundfloor, it was very quiet. The hotel restaurant does great quality dishes, only the service was a bit slow.

The bathroom facility in the room was a bit run-down.

Perfect location, pleasant atmosphere, comfortable room.

Lovely room, the air con worked but we didn’t really need to use it, even though the weather was hot. Location was great for us, just a few metro stops from Gare du Nord. We had breakfast one day in the cafe across the square in the other part of the hotel.

As other people have commented, it would be great to have a kettle in the room. We are British and like hot drinks at all times of day! Also, the room we were in didn’t have a door on the shower room, I guess this was intentional to make it feel bigger, but it was just annoying really and we would have preferred a door. Would have given this hotel a 10 for a kettle and a bathroom door!

Breakfast excellent and served nicely We also ate twice in the restaurant which we found very good. Small but delicious menu, very well served and good jolly atmosphere both times as well as at breakfast. Bed large and very comfortable. Bedroom quite small but adequate with double aspect windows. Staff helpful. Loved the location -perfectly quiet and attractive small piazza with café tables and two nice restaurants to choose from.

Size aside, which you can't alter, we were very happy staying here and would be happy to return

Adorable. Charming boutique hotel, walking distance (20-30) minutes)to main Paris attractions. Some ver busy streets some quaint streets but never boring. The hotelnis located on a small quiet square filled with trees and the restaurant is across the street.

The elevator is super tiny fits two people and luggage but there is no way to fix that. The wooden staircase is a beautifully restored and decorated.

When I first arrived I was greeted by two very friendly receptionists who made me feel immediately comfortable and welcomed. The room I was given was perfect! Clean, modern and had everything I needed for my stay. Rooms and the whole hotel are exactly like the pictures. The location was great and convenient. Everything went smoothly because of the people working there setting a very chill but yet professional vibe. Thank you!

I wouldn't change a thing!

Stayed with our 13 year old daughter . Room was compact but clean and in a great location to access the main attractions in Paris . Our breakfast was included and the quality was excellent. I liked the fact that it wasn’t a buffet and it was cooked fresh to order . The staff were casual and relaxed , very pleasant . We have zero French and they were so lovely about this with us and our daughter . We wanted a relaxing trip this hotel suited us . If you prefer instant service might not be the place for you but if you are happy to have a chill out break highly recommend

For 3 the room was a little tight . We were only there for 3 nights so it worked fine with 2 adults and 1 teen . Couldn’t imagine it for 3 adults in the room .

Great included breakfast that kept you going in the streets of Paris, a good choice of options and with good ambition of level. Super service minded staff, e.g. opened the breakfast early for me on my way home.

As many hotels, thin walls and door allowing for sound from other rooms and the stairwell to disturb nights sleep. Cleaning of the room could have been better.

The room was wonderfully calm (i was on an upper floor) and you barely hear anything from the street or the hotel itself. The bed was comfortable and the room clean with a quiet and well functioning A/C. The staff was very pleasant and friendly and there are metro stations very close to the hotel.

The check in experience was poor. I was left waiting in the lobby beyond check in time of 3 PM while 2 staff members were having a heated conversation. When i got to the room, staff was still cleaning it. So I had to go down again and when i finally was assigned another room it was already around 3.20 PM. The hotel encourages you to check in online before arriving so that you "only have to pick up your key upon arrival". Yet, i still had to go through a full check in procedure on arrival.
