Overall exceeded our expectations! Great location; close to multiple metro stations, plenty of restaurants, shops and convenience stores. Walking distance to many popular landmarks and tourist destinations. We booked the Superior Double Room (specfically the Réaumur orange room) and had plenty of space for two people. Room was very clean as well as the lobby area. Floor to ceilings windows were really nice as having good lighting is important to us (noted there are blackout & sheer curtains for privacy and light control). The toilet and sink+showers where in a different room which was interesting to us but not necessarily bad. Room also had a nespresso and small cookies that were refilled daily which was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and plenty of space for two people. Checking in and out was super easy.

The WiFi connection was quite poor and unsecured. Area was a little bit noisy but not unexpectedly considering it's in central Paris. We had a minor issue with the outside gate opening when checking out but thankfully where able to get help from individuals in the building.

I really liked this hotel! We were met by a very friendly lady from the staff. We were checked in earlier. We are very grateful for that. The room was clean, everything we needed was provided to us. After check-out we were allowed to leave our things until the evening, since we were leaving late. The metro is nearby. Very convenient location. We were delighted with our stay at this hotel! I had a wonderful stay in this perfectly located hotel. The atmosphere was both cozy and chic, with impeccable cleanliness. The warm welcome made all the difference, and Elenita was truly amazing—so kind, always in a good mood, and incredibly helpful. She gave us excellent advice for our visit and made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Loved the location, and room looked exactly like images.

It is a very lively location so can be noisy in the night during weekends but nothing that can’t be fixed with earplugs. A bit weird you could not adjust heating higher but ok.

It is a great spacious room for Paris! It isn't a hotel as there is no 24 hour service, and I was nervous about this but using the code was fine and there is also a lovely cleaning lady who was able to assist. Loved the street it was across from, heaps of restaurants, bars, and cafes within walking distance. And the breakfast was so good and great value!

A few issues with not cleaning our room and towels but overall it was a good stay.

We had a great stay at Casao, the communication was excellent even before our stay. Our room was ready ahead of the 3pm check in as they knew we were arriving early. The room was small but prefcetly form and all you would need for 2 people, the shower was great. The location is fantastic and nothing really is further than a 30 minute walk away. The customer service is really what sets this place apart though, on an early departure I accidentally left my purse in our room, on contacting them, it had been found and they have returned it to me in the UK at no extra charge! Would definitely come back and stay again!

The only thing I would say is that at times the lighting in the main bedroom was a little dark when getting ready, I didn't mind it but I can imagine it would annoy some!

Location was fantastic! Walkable to Île de la Cité, the Louvre, La Concorde, etc. The beds were harder than I’m used to, but Canadian/American beds usually are a bit more plush. The staff we did see were friendly, as were the other visitors. Use of the luggage room was fantastic.

Would have been great to have a mini fridge in the room.

The location was great! Many cafes and restaurants within a 5-10 min wak and most key sights were easily accessible by a metro (5 min walk). The rooms are of a good size and very clean.

The room doesn’t have its own mini fridge but there’s one in the common kitchenette all the rooms can access. Wasn’t sure if there was an iron on the property.

Lovely room, very comfortable, nice common areas, clear instructions to find the hotel and enter rooms, and the lovely ,friendly lady in the reception area !

A little fridge in the room would have been nice, some road noise but you’re in the centre of Paris so not a surprise or too disturbing

The room was great, I booked the small room and it was actually bigger than I expected. Very friendly staff and you are paying for what you get. I think very good value for money. The location was fantastic! Very central and walking distance to main sites.
