The location was fantastic—full of energy outside, with plenty of cafés and restaurants just a short walk away. Inside, the hotel was quiet and cozy, offering a peaceful retreat from the bustling streets. We booked two rooms for our family of four, and it was the perfect amount of space for a comfortable stay. For those staying longer, there is a laundromat about 2 blocks away, which was super convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely kind—you can tell they take pride in their customer service. I truly wish we had stayed even longer. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

This hotel is in an excellent location not far from the Gare du Nord if you are coming by train or taking the RER from the airport. It is also close to two metro stops which each have several lines. There are many restaurants and shops nearby as it is close to the Place de la Republique. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great with a small buffet and excellent bread and pastries.

The tiny elevator is very slow and only holds four people, or two with luggage. We had partly chosen this hotel because if had air conditioning but it was very hot the last two days we were there and although it seemed to be working well during the day, it was warm and uncomfortable at night. It seemed to be running but barely and I called reception and they said they would adjust, but nothing happened. I also did not care for the big shower head on the ceiling of the shower with the hook for the sprayer at chest level. Please raise the hook higher for those of us who don't like water constantly running down our face while we take a shower.

The hotel is in a beautiful area of Paris, within walking distance to nearby attractions, shops, and public transport. The street it is in is stunning. The hotel is beautiful. We loved our room. So clean and spacious. The decor is tasteful. The shower is big. The little mini bar was small but had enough space to store some food (just moved the drinks to one side). The room was clean.

We arrived earlier and left our bags at reception. When we came back at 2pm to check in, our room was not ready. So we had to sit and wait in the lobby. We were given a free coffee on the house, which was kind. You can hear the people on the floor above walking around, which is annoying. The street noise is a lot, so if you like to sleep with your windows open it might be too noisy..But if you close the windows and wear ear plugs, you'll be okay. Would be nice to have complimentary coffee or a nespresso machine in the room. Our room was also not serviced even though we had the sign for service on the door and were out the whole day after coming back at 4 pm.

Welcoming and really friendly staff throughout the hotel. Very clean room, relaxing decoration and lighting. Good continental breakfast with delicious pastries. Lively neighbourhood with a choice of restaurants and bars, which I didn’t try but were always busy. The hotel is located super close to the metro, but also easy to walk to central Paris ie only 20min (fast pace) from Notre Dame. Most importantly, I had a much needed break in my favourite city. And the hotel staff even gave me a lovely box of fudge as a present. Final note - don’t leave Paris without a Flan Vanille from BO&MIE around the corner for the return journey!

Excellent location and neighborhood! The accommodation is situated in a lively area with many nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Additionally, two metro stations are easily accessible, providing great connections to the airport and the rest of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and there are grocery stores and a bakery close by, which is a nice bonus. The room was cleaned every day, and the bed was very comfortable. The city center is just a pleasant 25-minute walk away. Overall, the accommodation exceeded our expectations, and I would definitely recommend it.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful- perfect location to walk to explore beautiful Paris- super friendly staff- good sized room with a great shower and black out curtains which made it easy to sleep- air con- situated on a quiet street but a block away a huge amount of restaurants and bars- metro station so close by. Can’t wait to stay here again when we’re next in Paris ❤️

This hotel was more than we could have imagined! The hotel lobby is quaint and decorated thoughtfully. Abdel greeted our group warmly and was able to get us up to our rooms quickly. The rooms are immaculate and modern. The beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms are big and provided everything we could need. The windows opened to give us a beautiful breeze as the weather was fantastic during our stay. Abdel made us all feel welcome and put our family all on the same floor which was great! The rest of the staff was just as great as Abdel (I don’t know their names 🙈) but all were lovely and so helpful when we needed anything at all. The location of the hotel was great as well. Located in the 10th, it has shoppes, bars and restaurants within walking distance and it was really easy to get to the train station. We would definitely book here again. We loved it!

We have no complaints. It was a wonderful stay!

Furniture and fittings of good quality, in excellent condition and super clean; very comfy, large bed (real king size and not small-ish French double, one big mattress instead of two singles as it often happens); good sound isolation (we are light sleepers and didn't get woken up by the noise despite the room being next to the lift; some noise from teenagers outside late in the evening but limited and never at night); wooden (or maybe vinyl?..) flooring - no old filthy carpeting like in so many other hotels; a couple of minutes' walk to several metro lines and multiple bus routes, walking distance to Opera, Louvre, Marais, etc.

Came to Paris on our honeymoon and we stayed at the Moris Grand Boulevards when we landed and again before we flew back home. The room is on the smaller side, however that is typical since you’re so close to the city center. It’s really close to the metro stop and the staff were amazing. We had forgotten a pair of shoes in the room and they held on to them for 2 weeks until we came back to Paris! The only real drawback is that the walls are thin and it can get quite noisy between doors slamming shut and people talking in the halls or in their rooms.

This is my third time staying at this hotel, the first after the pandemic and the remodel. I've always loved it, but now the rooms are even more beautiful. The hotel is clean, comfortable. Staff are friendly, and the hotel's location is perfect. Walking distance to many sites. Thank you for a lovely stay, and until next time.
