The room was very comfortable. I travelled with my 1 year old baby and her grandmother. The Hotel had a cot available and the room was very comfortable for the three of us. The Staff were excellent. They were very accomodating and friendly. Location is the best! We were surrounded my lots of restaurants, shops, fresh fruit markets and Parisian Cafes and public transport.

The lighting in the room could have been better. There is not much natural light that comes through in the day and with an elderly, she would have like more better lighting in the room. Apart from that the room was very comfortable.

The hotel was super clean and comfortable and the rooms were of a good size which is unusual for Paris. The best thing about the hotel was the location thou, it’s a short walk from Les Halles station which connects you easily with both Airports and the rest of the Paris Metro. There are lots of really good restaurants, bars, brasseries and retail shops right at the front door. All the staff are fantastic and really helpful.

The rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean as was the whole hotel. The staff were so friendly, pleasant and helpful. The location was great. Loads of restaurants, patisseries etc on our street. It had an array of food shops as used to be a market. Walking distance to Louvre, Mussee D'Orsay and Place de la Concorde. Beds were so comfortable and the pillows were excellent quality. Rooms are not huge as some people prefer but plenty of room for us and our luggage. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel

Location walking distant to two Metros line 3 and 4. The restaurants are on this street. I did not take any photos at the hotel but I have some photos that I visited in Paris when I stayed at this hotel. I like this hotel and come to stay here every year. This year I stayed twice.

The position on the quiet street amongst many many cafes and food choices was brilliant. The location close to the Lourve and Notre Dame was also ideal. Staff were also helpful.

The lift did not work for our 3-day stay.

The location couldn’t have been better being on a very lively street with easy access to transport and only 10 mins from the Louvre on foot. The staff were fantastic and really made the effort to make us feel at home. The food was good and the waitresses did a good job of serving promptly and efficiently. The room was serviced daily and was clean and nicely presented. Being on a busy street was not a problem and our room was very quiet and restful, despite being next to the lift!

The only niggle was with the breakfast room. On the last couple of days of our stay three or four sets of guests tried to get breakfast at a similar time and it became very crowded.

The location is excellent. The hotel needs some renovation, rugs are worn, climate control didn’t work and we didn’t have hot water one day. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were very small for two people. I don’t know how this hotel is rated 4 stars!

The location was really good and close to metro. The place was very clean they cleand the room and changed the towels daily. Staff was kind and helpful

As the street was a bit crowded during the nights and the isolation was bad in the rooms there was too much loud but we were to tired to care

This is my second time at the hotel. The location is great, you are a minute walking from Des Halles, metro and train station. You have plenty of options for restaurants, bars and quick foods in the same street. You are walking distance from everywhere. The rooms are big enough for 2 people, bathroom is really good, and super clean, Breakfast is OK. This time I prefer not to have it, but only because I want to taste different breakfast around,

The only thing, is that rooms that overview the street, might be a little bit noisy because of the Street Night life you have there... not a big deal.

amazing location, 5 minutes away from metro and train station. on a lovely street full of cafes, restaurants and really good shops. 10 minutes walk from river/ Louvre/ pont neuf. hotel itself really nice. comfortable rooms, great bathroom with complementary toiletries. staff very friendly and extremely helpful.

our room was on the front of the property and although it was on a very popular street that meant that it was extremely noisy late at night because of all the cafes and restaurants. Saturday was the noisiest obviously, other nights not so bad. Great if you are a night owl but not so good for family trying to get to sleep after a day walking around Paris. Ear plugs helped a lot. we booked a room for 3. it was really just a double room as not very large. the 3rd camp bed was squeezed right up against the double bed leaving very little room for anything else. in all fairness we only slept in the room so it didn’t really matter that much. also there was no duvet for the 3rd bed, just a thin cover
