We had a king room on the first floor in a quiet hall off the lobby. Liked not having to deal with the elevator. Close to the restaurant and workout room in lower level. Breakfast each day was included which was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful for the most part. Location was very close to many restaurants and a pharmacy was located at the end of the street.

Water pressure in the Shower was underwhelming. The shower also had a very annoying high pitched whistle when the water was running. I also priced upon taking my first shower that there was quite a bid of black mold in the corners of the shower and in many grout lines. I notified front desk and ask them to clean. They apologized and said that they would ask housekeeping to address immediately but it never happened. The restaurant was very small and at breakfast you were pretty crammed together sitting very close to people at the next table. The breakfast buffet was included in my room and quite good however.

The photo of the room type booked ,displayed a small balcony with a small sit out.However when we checked in, we were given a room with no balcony and we were told that the rooms with balcony were full and to check the next day.Although not a big deal for us, this may not sit well with some guests.

The staff were amazing, nice and professional. Very clean room, nice treats from the hotel on the first day. Locations is very good to walk to many major attractions like the louvre or notre dame cathedral. There many big shopping malls next to it. Very convenient location

The breakfast buffet has the same items every day. The street was very noisy until 2am almost every day.

The staff, especially Concierge Nicolas was extremely helpful and attentive. The location was beyond perfect, walking distance to almost anything you want to experience in Paris. We were with our 5 year old daughter and she had a blast staying at the hotel. Everything was very well thought, to the details of amazing welcome and parting gifts for our daughter.

The shampoo, conditioner, shower gel that are offered by the hotel were the only things we didn't like. Everything was so good, these essentials felt like they didn't belong there. In our next stay we hope to have a bit better quality in the bath products. Also the water pressure in the shower can be more, it was a bit low.

Good position. The room is quiet and clean. The staff at the reception is always ready and happy to help. I had a toothache during my stay there, and I needed to buy some medicine badly. But it’s Easter Monday, I tried two pharmacies nearby, and they are all closed. Then I told my problem to the receptionist, they are very kind to let me know the nearest pharmacy that is still open. Every time I enter the hotel, the receptionist would politely say bonjour or bonsoir to me.

The room is quite small though.

We had the most wonderful 2 night stay. The hotel is beautiful, immaculate and stunning. The staff were attentive and polite and the spa was heavenly. Without doubt the most relaxing hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Looking to return as soon as I can.

The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. After a very long drive from CDG airport, staff ran out to our taxi to take baggage off our hands and sat us in their beautiful lounge, providing a beverage and check us in. Every request was fulfilled within minutes and the team was incredible. The facilities are stunning, the spa, steam room & pool area is so relaxing and beautiful. Could not recommend this hotel enough!!

Excellent location: easy to walk around the 1st arr, visit the Notre Dame, or across the river to the 6th. Easy train access to/from the Gare du Nord. Not a bad room size for a Parisienne hotel.

It seemed odd that the toiletteries werent more upscale for the sort of hotel they are trying to be. Room service also forgot to replenish our coffee capsules which was irritating when we were in a rush the following morning for our train.

From the moment we saw the street the hotel was located on and how beautiful the hotel looked we knew we had made the right choice. We were instantly welcomed by an amazing team, offering us coffee and made us so welcome in such a friendly, warm manner. The staff were outstanding and atmosphere was that of a family, nothing too much trouble and even organised tickets for events and delivered them to the room. Would come back to this wonderful hotel in an instant and also stay in their other hotels. Please thank the team for a special stay.
