The property was very nice and clean facilities every thing was nice to look at

there was nothing I could really fault about this property other than the corridors beinging a little bit too small but as I had a really big suitcase and no YouTube being on the tv but they have live tv which added up to the loss of some YouTube

Location, comfortable, plenty of space. Friendly staff.

The room carpet was very dirty. I wore shoes as it was not up to standards. Everything else was exceptionally clean. The front desk “first impressions” was not good. It not appealingly. They have taken pride to have the lounge area looking great, however the front desk looks cheap and missing appealing welcome. Also, desk staff should stand to welcome guests. Their sitting and slouching does not make guests feel welcome. They are very friendly, but lack the personal touch to make this establishment stand out.

Location was good close to restaurants and the Louvre where we visited.

The rooms were lovely but no view …but the lobby floor needs work. Cleaning staff left vacuums and supplies stored there. Not very professional or welcoming atmosphere. We were not welcomed at the reception upon arrival as she was busy with another guest trying to sort out payment. Not even recognition that we were there. We had told them on a form they requested us to complete earlier in the week that we would arrive at 11:30-12:00 but our room was not ready upon arrival and we waited for two hours for the room to be ready.

Very central Room big and comfortable

I'm a big person and ordered a double room. They gave me 2 singles joint. The ledge in the middle was very uncomfortable. The Cofee machine was working than it stopped. It had moods. The bathroom light switch was playing up. In the lobby you cannot talk at night because guest rooms around. Sat night opposite building had a party. Kept me up till over midnight. No iron in room. I would rate it a 3 star hotel not a 4 star. I have stayed in hotels 3 stars much better.

Love the location of the hotel, the metro station was very close, the location has a lot of beautiful cafes, eateries, and restaurants around which made it really convenient. There's also a pharmacy nearby if you need anything. Staffs were all very friendly and lovely. Rooms are small but cosy and comfortable. The hotel is very clean as well.

The only thing we didin't like was the bed. Ours was a twin bed but put together to make up a queen size bed. However, the mattress was very light and soft but the bottom part to hold the mattress was smaller than the mattress itself, hence the mattress kept falling or shifting position and my mum nearly fell off a couple times while sleeping at night >< I suggest the best way is to request a full queen size bed instead of separating into twin beds.

The customer service was top notch. The room was surprisingly large and we didn't feel cramped at all! The bed was incredibly soft - so much so, that we didn't get up until later into the day several days of our trip! The bathroom was also a large size. Everything was incredibly roomy and comfortable. We were in a great location, which made it very easy to get to the metro station and get to wherever we needed to go very easily. Highly recommend this hotel.

I didn't mind these things, but I would like to make sure people know that the elevator is smaller (not used to this in US) and breakfast is NOT included in the price, but there is a light breakfast available in the lower level of the hotel.

Comfortable accommodation in a perfect location close to the Lourve and public transport. Supermarkets were nearby as were lots of nice restaurants. Friendly staff who made our stay very enjoyable. The complimentary hot chocolate was just what we needed after a day of exploring Paris.

Breakfast was good with many options but we found that the food would run out if we were a little bit late coming to breakfast.
