This is a very small (perhaps family owned) hotel in a very convenient location. Because the 3 sides face the back of the Louvre, a small church and the backside of an indoor shopping center, there is not a lot of street pedestrian traffic compared to the other 3 places we have stayed in Paris before. We chose this location primarily due to the 1-2 block proximity to 3 metro stops in different directions. Since we have seen many of the most frequented Paris sites on prior trips, we wanted to explore some new areas via the metro on this trip, and this location was perfect for that. I think we only needed a connection one time from these 3 stops; the rest were direct, which was nice. The staff was nice and the breakfast, while more continental than cooked, was larger with plenty of food (cereal, yogurt, limited fruit, plentiful breads and jams, coffee, juice) than one might expect for a continental breakfast. Since this hotel is small and does not have a dining area, its delivered to your room, which was actually a nice change for us.

The elevator (and the "lobbies" on each floor) is extremely small (2, maybe 3 people tightly). This is not an issue if you are only venturing out once or twice each day, but if you are coming and going frequently, it can be a small hassle. There is seating for a few people in the lobby, but if you are waiting for others along with another family, there is not much room. Our double room 52 had plenty of space for Paris hotels, although our kids triple room 22 was a bit tight for 3 people. Despite the very minor comments above, the location worked so well for us (walkable or quick metro to many sights) that we would stay here again.

The location is excellent. Right by the Louvre and the Seine. There are also some excellent shops nearby. The staff were very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and anything else you might need. The breakfast was also good. It was brought to your room every morning at your requested time and was good value for money, especially given the area, which was understandably expensive and aimed at tourists.

Unfortunately the room was very small. The bathroom could not have been any smaller! Room to stand up and that's it. It was clean and the cleaning each day was good but could not make up for the fact that there was just enough room for a double bed. Fine if you are on your own but a bit of a squeeze for two. Also for those who are either claustrophobic or slightly more generously proportioned the bathroom size would be a problem.

Location is the best! Close to everything! I stay at this hotel each time I visit Paris, and it never disappoints! The property is well maintained, and the staff are friendly and considerate!

I am not a fan of the newer shower heads installed to conserve water. I am all for conservation, but the heads make it difficult to reach a comfortable water temperature. I won’t change plans to stay here in the future because of this, but I believe in complete feedback.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Great location. I could walk to most tourist sites on both the right and left bank. The single room although small in sq m. was bigger than I expected and adequate for one person. The room was quiet at night and I had a good sleep.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism that made me feel like a valued guest. Their responsiveness to any requests was impressive, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. One of the standout features of this hotel is the incredible breakfast they offer. Each morning, I was treated to a delicious spread with a variety of fresh, high-quality options that catered to all tastes. It was the perfect way to start my day, fueling me for all my adventures. The hotel's location is another major plus. Nestled in a vibrant area, I was within walking distance of local attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the best of what the neighborhood has to offer. Plus, I never once felt unsafe, which is always a priority when traveling. In summary, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. With a perfect blend of outstanding service, delicious food, and a prime location, it truly is a hidden gem. I can't wait to return!

Room was very clean, staff were super friendly/helpful, location of hotel was very good, heating worked very well so rooms were warm (we were there in February).

Room was on the small size. There was nowhere to open our suitcase without blocking the entrance or bathroom door, and nowhere to store the suitcase after that. If the bed had been higher with nothing underneath we could have stored it there. There is no dining room - breakfast has to be ordered the night before and is delivered to your room. We discovered this the hard way when we went down for breakfast to find there wasn't any, but there are plenty of cafeterias around, so it wasn't too big a deal. The biggest issue for me was the noise, both from the street as well as from inside the hotel. We jumped in bed a couple of times believing someone was coming into our room when they were opening the room next door. The rooms certainly are not sound-proof.

Expensive but a real treat! Staff so helpful that I wished I had utilised them more- Breakfast to room was something not to miss.

Nothing gorgeous stay

Great little hotel in an amazing location! The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was cute and comfortable. Lovely design. The breakfast in the room was delicious with a lot of variety. The church next to the hotel is beautiful, and the entrance to the Louvre is right across the street.

It is paris, so the room was a little small. But it is to be expected. In an effort to save water (which is important) the water pressure in the shower is not so good. But this is nitpicking- the hotel is great.

The location is unbeatable, close to Samaritane and Pont Neuf, cafes and public transportation. It's very convenient for 2-3 day short trip to Paris. The hotel has a charming boutique feel (love the pink-themed), while room is small, it is very well equipped. I am impressed with the facilities - toilette seat is automatic (SO RARE in Europe); the shower setup has a more sustainable solution but it still offers good water volume; charging station is international and there are multiple outlets in the room. I do appreciate these thoughtful efforts by a hotel that can simply do nothing and charge for the prime location. Not to mention the breakfast in bed (only 15 EUR), typical European continental breakfast with almost everything - pain au chocolat, ham, yogurt, muesli, fruits, jams, etc. Must try! It is too much I was still full until dinner.

The location is perfect! Highly recommend. Rooms are typical size for European inner city and very clean. Personnel are very friendly and very helpful for those with no idea about Paris and their surroundings. They do a great job, are very polite and were very helpful. A perfect stay in Paris!! Cafes, restaurants, Louvre, Notre Dame, Rue de Rivoli, Samaritane shopping mall, and so many others at your finger tips. Eiffel tour easy to reach with public transport, we took Bus 69 and then walked around 6-7 minutes. To eat, just around the corner I recommend Le Fumoir and they have a great cocktail bar as well. The bakery next door is also very good. I will return to this hotel if an available.

The bathtub is built up a bit high and has a high wall to enter. Making it for someone with mobility problems difficult to shower. This of course only affects a portion of visitors. Otherwise there are no problems at all, great place!
