The location was absolutely amazing—convenient, safe, and perfect for exploring the area. As a solo traveller, I found the accommodation to be very comfortable and well-suited to my needs. It offered a good level of privacy and security, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

the shower had a mouldy smell, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, the shower curtain appeared old and in need of replacement, which impacted the overall cleanliness of the bathroom. Addressing these issues would greatly improve the experience for future guests.

The men that worked at the front desk were very nice and helpful. There was a small fridge which was a great surprise. The location is amazing, right across the street from the Chatelet metro station, right next door to a grocery store and an easy walk to Notre Dame, the Seine, and the Louvre. You can drink the tap water. The shower has lots of hot water and good water pressure.

Cleaning was inconsistent. Sometimes. they would forget to leave a bathmat, sometimes a towel and 90% of the time they wouldn't leave toilet paper and we would have to go downstairs to the front desk and request it. We stayed there for 12 nights and had to request 10 times! The rooms are very small but that is to be expected in old buildings.

The property is literally metres away from entrance/ exit 12 to Chatelet metro station making it an ideal place from which to access the entire city. Because it is set in a side street back from the Rue de Rivoli it is relatively quiet. Next door is a very good supermarket selling almost everything the tourist might need. The hotel is surrounded by numerous food outlets catering for every taste and budget as well as some nice pavement front bars. The room was clean, bright, comfortable and modern and accessed by an elevator making it simple to come and go at will.

Wonderful staff – kind, helpful, and smiling. The staff makes a great effort to ensure a balanced and bearable stay. Everything is tidy and clean, and the towels are changed daily. There is always a kind and helpful person at the reception. Polite and respectful. The breakfast is simple but tasty, and served with a smile. We are grateful to the people working at the hotel — we stayed only because of your kind attitude! Excellent location – in the center of Paris, close to public transport stops.

Fantastic location with an exit from Chatelet Metro station just 20m from the front door and the Seine being just a block away. Basic, but adequate, and cheaper than other hotels in the area.

A bit noisy, with deliveries and nearby building works starting from 6h30am. Other guests' locking and unlocking their doors was also noisy. The breakfast is basic and limited, but was sufficient for me. (If a big breakfast is a deal-breaker, there are plenty of nearby cafes where something more substantial can be obtained, but for me, convenience was more important.) My room was small, but as a solo traveller it was fine.

The location of the hotel is perfect! The metro station is right across the street and there is a bus stop as well. Louvre and Notr Dam are in walking distance (5mins). Clean rooms, really nice staff and they even let us leave our backpacks before check in and after check out.

Only one socket in the room.

The location is right in the centre of Paris and a step away from all public transport. Shops and resto are everywhere. The hotel is a bit old but with complete facilities, clean and with a comfortable bed. Check in/out is easy. Staff are helpful and with a ready smile.

When you take a shower, some of the water splash out on the floor. The elevator is small and could hardly accomodate 2 people with their luggages.

The staff were extremely kind and very helpful. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and it was very quiet at night. We slept very well each night. The bathroom had a bath as well as a shower which was great and we were well supplied with shower gel/shampoo and Lor coffee and Earl Grey tea. The location was ideal, close to the river, lots of restaurants nearby and a short walk to both Notre Dame and the Louvre. The metro (line 4 from Gare du Nord to Châtelet) was only a few steps away from the hotel so it was very easy to get to. All in all an ideal hotel for exploring Paris. Would definitely recommend!

Nothing not to like - good value for money.

Great little hotel in an absolutely amazing location. Supermarket next door, train stations close by, a stones throw from the Louvre and a 5 minute walk to Notre Dame... Staff were friendly, beds were super comfortable and it was great for a short stay.

The shower was absolutely tiny, almost dangerously so when getting out.. Also breakfast was a bit of a letfdown, one croisant, a mini baguette, one glass of jouce and a coffee. So dont expect to full yourseslf up for the day.
