GREAT location! It can't be beat -- central to everything you need in Paris. Surprisingly quiet and dark at night. Bed was comfy. Host provided more toilet paper after asking for it twice.

The smell of mould was everywhere -- the bathroom and kitchen reeked of it and it was very uncomfortable to breath in all the time. The door didn't go all the way to the floor so everything could be heard and seen while you were in the bed from the hallway. Host never responded to requests for extra pillows and the pillows provided were not enough.

The property was exactly as shown and the rooms were clean. The bathroom was small but facilities worked well. Plenty of equipment was provided within the kitchenette area and when the breakfast was delivered there were even some pods for the coffee machine and some nice touches. The location was fabulous with transport links within easy walking distance, tourist attractions also very nearby as well as nimbus shops, bars and restaurants.

Unfortunately the weather was extremely hot (32 degrees) and we struggled without air conditioning.

The communication prior to arriving was excellent. The instructions on how to access your room are worth reading carefully and having to hand when you arrive - other reviews mention issues with this but the instructions do work, just follow them and don't assume. It was a bit like an escape room to get in! Our two girls loved the adventure!! The location is tremendous, we loved it. The room was clean and comfortable, the table and small kitchen was very welcome.

The bathroom is tired and only clean enough. It needs some attention.

The place is wonderfully located.. very well connected to all parts of Paris if you walk or take travel passes.. it was clean and comfortable.. in the center of the city.. it is worth booking for the location alone.. the bath is the only complaint I have and I expanded blow..

The bath stall entrance was very odd sized.. even a regular sized person has to slide into it sideways and it's slippery and high.. so falling is a real possibility.. and if your heavy set then you simply might not fit at all..

Comfy apartment in the center of Paris, close to Louvre museum, central metro station with direct line to the airports and Le Marais neighborhood with lots of places for food/drinks/coffee around. The apartment was equipped with all the necessities to prepare a meal. The host response was excellent and accommodated all of our requests. I would definitely stay again!

Everything was fine or quickly resolved

Location is key. Close to cafes, grocery store and public transit. It had all the necessary items for a short stay

No way to cool the place down in a 40 degrees heat. The additional room seemed a bit small, but it fit our family of 4. The fact that the hallway doubles as a storage facility feels like a fire hazard and is an unwelcoming sight

We have read all the negative comments, and we had doubts about our stay. However, everything was good. The location is indeed perfect, the room was clean and warm and in the middle of our stay they asked us if we need new towels, bedsheets and more toiler paper.

This is an old building, so you can not expect to be without the smell of mold in the staircases. You have to use many codes but it's okey. If the studio had a street view it would be a really great value of money.

Great location, above average in terms of room size for Paris. Easy to reach, close to Metro station and a short walk from Louvre, Notre Dame, etc, clear instructions to access the apartment. The room has a kitchenette and the host send us a bag full of groceries for "breakfast" the croissants were superb.

No complaints or downsides for me, but I can understand that for many people, especially those traveling with families or with sleep issues, the apartment can be too noisy at night as it is situated near a very active quarter at night with bars and restaurants at night.

We were skeptical about living in a Apartment Hotel in Paris. But this place was miles better than the matchbox "Hotels" we lived in. The room is spacious and comfortable for 2. The place has a great location, tucked away from the main street. It's close to all the restaurants and activities with just blocks away from the Seine River. The room is easy to access and with multiple coded doors. Bonus tip: There's a huge Zara store right opposite the apartment.

The windows open to a common balcony, and the smell of someone smoking can creep into the room sometimes.

Location, Location, Location - small, compact apartment but in an amazing location right in the centre of Paris. It was ideal for a short stay for 2 adults and 2 children. Very safe and secure with 4 coded access points, set in a lovely old building. Certainly better value than a city centre hotel
