Convenient location to both Metro 1/7, several museums Front desk & breakfast room staff are very friendly & helpful

- Property is on a tight side street. There’re homeless sleeping on the street. - 3 out of my 8-night stay, the housekeeping seems to have done an incomplete job…no towels, chunk of hair on the bathroom floor, bottles of lotion/hand wash randomly left on the counter

Always-smiling front desk staff speaks English fluently and is very helpful. Smiling, friendly, always ready to assist. Good toiletries in the room. Very comfortable beds. Walk-in showers. Good toiletries in room. We paid for Breakfast every day and were delighted with the quality & variety. In evenings, cake, water, & coffee, french newspapers are available in the lobby. Front desk gives great recommendations & directions to restaurants, attractions, will gladly call you a taxi, etc. Could not have been more pleased we chose this hotel!

Rooms are small....but that's common in Europe. Walk-in shower has somewhat slippery floor - wish there had been some sort of mat or texture on the shower flooring so I felt a little safer from potential slipping.

The location is fantastic, right next to the Louvre, which made exploring the city super convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The bathroom was spotless and well-maintained, with fresh towels provided daily. I really appreciated the friendly and welcoming staff, who were always ready to help. The breakfast was also a great touch, with a nice selection of options to start the day. Overall, a lovely experience!

This is a typical French-style city hotel, so don't expect much in terms of comfort. The elevator is quite tiny, and both the room and bathroom were super small, which might not be ideal for everyone. But if you don't mind that, it's still a great place with a fantastic location and friendly staff.

The location is perfect. The room very quiet. Small hotel where one feels welcome at all times and people say hello to each other. Good common area with coffee for relaxing with friends.

1. Excellent location. Walkable to many sites and restaurants. Short walk to subway and bus stops. 2. Really friendly and helpful staff. 3. Breakfast was very good.

1. The room was very small. But hey, this is Paris, and for the price, right next to the Louvre, we were expecting small. 2. Sound from outside did interfere with sleep. The owners could improve this by replacing the windows. A relatively small expense to improve their guest experience.

The staff were so lovely and helpful, made us feel very welcome. We were given a free upgrade and a room with a view of the Louvre. It was so beautiful and peaceful, cool with silent aicon. The bed was incredibly comfortable so we slept for hours and hours! It was a struggle to leave the hotel to be honest, we could have just stayed there the whole time we loved it so much. The location is great, easy walking to the Louvre and Latin Quarter, we rented bikes outside the hotel to explore the city - perfect!

Compact room but ample space for one given it's in Paris. Situated right next to the Louvre with several metro lines in walking distance. My room had a view of a mediaval church and the Lourvre. Staff spoke excellent English but were polite enough to let me practice my French. Generous bath and quality toiletries. Decor was mix of modern and 19th C. Loved using it as a base for exploring that part of Paris- very easy to get to major attractions with bus routes and the metro nearby. A few brasseries and restos also close by. Would definitely stay again.

No iron, laundry services very expensive.

This traditional French hotel oozes style and sophistication. The location is exceptional with nearly every major attraction within a short stroll The staff were courteous, attentive and very friendly. Afternoon tea is served everyday and is both delicious and complimentary.

Due to the age of the building, there is little sound proofing and the sirens can be rather annoying.

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful during our stay of 4 days my wife got sick and had to go to hospital in a ambulance when we returned to hotel the staff did everything possible to make sure we had everything we needed front desk housekeeping and breakfast staff couldn’t have been nicer we had a late flight home 630pm was supposed to check out by 12 they allowed us to check out at 2pm we were so lucky to find such compassionate people during our stay next time in Paris we know where we will be staying
