The location of Hotel Jeanne D'Arc La Marais was fantastic! Breakfast and snacks were superb! A quick walk to the metro as well as restaurants made it VERY nice! We took a walking food tour of the La Marais neighborhood and LOVED the food! We felt very safe and, when it was time to go to the airport our driver had no problem finding us! Would stay here AGAIN!!!

The construction inside the hotel felt a bit unsafe - there was plastic covering on the stairs. We worry quite a bit about falling and that was a bit unnerving, but all its attributes made up for it.

We recently stayed at Hôtel Jeanne in the heart of Le Marais, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is perfectly situated—just a 4-minute walk from the metro—making it incredibly convenient to explore Paris. Major landmarks like the Louvre, Notre-Dame, and other key sights are all within easy reach, offering a seamless blend of culture and charm right at your doorstep. What really elevated our stay was the impeccable service. A huge thank you to Stephan and Icham at reception, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Stephan, who worked the night shift, was an absolute star. No matter how late we returned, he welcomed us back with a warm smile and always went out of his way to make us comfortable—whether it was offering drinks or sharing a friendly chat. His attentiveness and kindness made us feel truly valued, and his dedication to guest satisfaction was exceptional. Icham was equally wonderful, always on hand to help with anything we needed, from recommendations to ensuring every detail of our stay was seamless. His professionalism, warmth, and helpful nature set the tone for a fantastic experience. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean—a reflection of its high standards—and every corner was beautifully maintained. A delightful bonus was the excellent coffee, which became a much-anticipated treat every morning. Loved it all

The location was amazing - so close to sites, restaurants & shopping. The room was well cared for and staff was so accommodating. Additionally, the light breakfast served each day was well prepared, delicious, and expertly cared for by a smiling staff member who was so gracious. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Our room was pretty small for 2 people especially for a longer visit. I definitely suggest getting one of the larger rooms if you are staying several days. Also, we were surprised that washcloths were not supplied and we would have appreciated them.

This property is in an excellent location with lots of boulangeries and restaurants near by. We used the local metro every day. The rooms are cosy and warm, we didn’t need heating even though it was 2 degrees outside. The staff were helpful and friendly. Room was quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Bathroom was very small, but it was fine.

The location is perfect. Very cosy area, cool restaurants all around, nice shops, but still quiet at night and feels safe. Metro no 1 is very close. The breakfast was simple, but very good. Friendly staff. Clean and charming.

Our room was a bit warm and stuffy, so had to have open windows 24/7. Steep stairs and slow lift, so best to be relatively mobile.

Hotel Jeanne D’Arc is a very comfortable hotel, conveniently located to Métro, bars & restaurants. The room was complete with all necessary facilities. Bathroom spacious and not directly off bedroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lift a necessity

There was no seating area in the room except for desk and chair. Lighting in room inadequate but very good in bathroom. English channels or casting facilities would have been good

The location in the marais is great. You can walk by foot everywhere and there are restaurants, shops and people everywhere. Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast also great, the hotel has typical parisian charme.

The room was very small (i was alone but i could imagine two people in the room could get quite coazy) as is the elevator and the stairs, but as somebody who is often in paris i know that nearly all beautiful charmful hotels in paris have small rooms and elevators, it is normal in this city and in my opinion it also adds to the typical parisian style of hotels.

The location of the hotel suited us perfectly, we could walk to the metro easily and there were eateries close by. The exterior of the hotel is very pretty and appealing. The bathroom was nice, and the room sufficiently large for our needs. There was an elevator suitable for one or 2 persons. The breakfast room was pleasant. A fan was provided in the room, which we needed as it was hot. There was good storage in the room and a small fridge for us to keep our drinks cold. Staff were very helpful and ordered taxis when we needed them. There was a sitting area with books you could borrow.

We had wanted 3 beds (as confirmed in our booking) but our room had only been set up for 2. We were able to separate the beds in order to achieve comfort, and the hotel also offered the next day to move us to another room that was suitable for our family. However, as we had already unpacked everything, moving to another room was quite a significant task, so we declined this option. We were also very tired that morning (that the move to another room was suggested) having been out very late at Moulin Rouge. The toilet was a very small space. Some handle or railing to assist getting out of the bath/shower would have been appreciated. The breakfast options were limited, but convenient.

Nice little hotel in a great location. We walked to most places. Lots of places to eat nearby in luring some great vegan options.

Room was very small. Also the lift opens out partway up the staircase which was difficult with a pram. Room was quite warm even in October and hotel has no air conditioning so bear in mind of booking for summer.

The location is superb, options for eating are plentiful in the area. The metro station is 5 mins away so you can get anywhere easily. The family room was perfect for us. Liked that there was a partition between the single beds and the double bed for a bit of privacy and that they were so comfortable. The bathroom was a decent size and there were enough mirrors in the room and bathroom, (as find most hotels forget about the importance of these) Just a shower which suited us but perhaps a family with young children would prefer a bathtub. We enjoyed the fresh bread and croissants in the morning in the bright breakfast room. All the staff were friendly and helpful too.

Our room was on the ground floor and the back of the building and therfore rather dark. But not really an issue as we were out most of the day. However, I imagine it would get uncomfortably hot in the summer. The room itself was a little bit warm for us so we had to put the fan on, even in February! Whilst breakfast itself was great, the breakfast area could be better laid out, as limited space meant only one person at a time could serve themselves.
