Location is perfect. Close to 4 metro lines making access to all Paris attractions very easy and comfortable. Also very easy access to good restaurants for a nice dinner at the end of the day, walking distance. The breakfast was a bonus and very well served too. The room was very nice and clean everyday. Caroline is a top host 👍Always there to help us on every detail of our stay. She really is a nice person and you feel the love she puts in the rooms.

I wish I had find this place before on my last holiday in Paris.

Where to even begin? Firstly, traveling as a person of colour can be nerve wracking. One never really knows how they will be received. Yet, within seconds of arriving at the property I felt ease! The host was incredibly welcoming and warm. What a lovely spirit! The property itself could not be located any better. There’s a metro in every direction. Meaning that exploring the great city of Paris is but a mere metro line away. The property is clean (very VERY clean) and comfortable and the bed? You will not want to get out of bed it’s so comfortable. I absolutely loved the Parisian style breakfast. Caroline is SO attentive. She truly makes sure that her guests are comfortable at all times. I could not have asked for a better stay! If you’re thinking of staying here for your Parisian trip this is your sign to go ahead and book! What an awesome place!

Excellent location in a beautiful part of Paris, with easy aces to public transport. The room was small but very cozy and well thought out — everything we needed was there. The space was used efficiently. Everything was spotless, and the room was cleaned daily. Breakfasts were tasty and satisfying. A special thanks to our host, Caroline, for her warm welcome and for allowing us to check in early! We’d be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Paris.

I had a lovely stay at this B&B. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the lively Le Marais neighborhood, with lots of great cafes, shops. The room was spacious by Parisian standards, very clean, and beautifully kept. The owner is a truly kind and welcoming lady. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was fresh and good, though a bit limited in variety—it would’ve been nice to have a few more options

Caroline was an excellent hostess! At the time we arrived, she was there to welcome us and suggest to us the most important things to see. The breakfast was more than satisfying and I loved the fact that she noticed we loved the "pain au chocolat" so she replaced the croissants with it. We had the smallest room, however, it was comfortable enough and good for two people. The location is great and you can reach every part of the city quite easily. We will come back to Paris and for sure "Maison de Lea" will be our choice again. :) (Bonus points: We were allowed to leave our luggage there after the checkout since our flight was late in the evening, and we could enjoy Paris for a little bit more)

Everything was great!

An amazing, modern place to stay. Caroline the host was superb and really welcoming. She did everything to help with dropping our bags early, providing an iron of her own for us to use, and early check out. Caroline is also very helpful with any queries about Paris you have. The room was well decorated and modern with great facilities. The breakfast was great! There is a metro station just a few minutes away from the property.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like.

Caroline was an exceptional host. Room very clean, cleaned every day. Quiet place, close to Opera Bastille (walking distance). Excellent coffee, All our questiones were answered very helpfull and friendly. Breakfast with always fresh baquettes, crossaints, fresh, excelent , mild arabica. I fully recommend this place. Caroline thank you very much for your support and help. I wish you enjoy your Christmas and New Year holidays.

For longer stay (especially in winter) little bit more space for clothes could be helpfull, but we managed.

Perfect location in the heart of Paris. Close to the metro for easy access to visit all the major tourist locations. Great neighborhood for restaurants and bakeries. Caroline was awesome, breakfast was delicious and accommodations were very clean. Highly recommended and will stay here again when we return to Paris.

We liked everything about our room and Caroline, the owner was very hospitable. The bathroom was very clean and modern. Breakfast was a typical French style breakfast and was tasty. Caroline gave information on several good restaurants in the area.

The stairs were a bit of a problem bringing up our heavy luggage- I knew about them ahead of time, but did not realize they were the circular type, so being senior citizens with several bags, coming up was a slight issue. Upon departure, Caroline was kind enough to help us down the stairs with some of our luggage.

Breakfast was delicious and ready every morning at the time we requested it. The room was very clean and spacious. The host was very nice and made sure we had anything we needed. The location is safe and quiet and is near many restaurants and is a short walk to metro stops for several lines. We really enjoyed our stay there!
