The staff at the front desk were very sociable, helpful, and warm. The hotel is very clean throughout, and the bathroom and toilet facilites were spotless. In addition, the building is very centrally located, with lots of great traiteurs, cafes, and restaurants nearby. A short walk takes you to Metro line 3; lots of places you'd want to see are on it. The Metro stop is Parmentier. Not too onerous to drag a suitcase there ....

The shower had no lip on its basin. I don't take long showers, but the floor became completely flooded (as far as the bed) requiring mop-up.

The rooms are typical "Paris-small" but very nicely done, with warm decorations and excellent functionality. I particularly appreciated the kettle and the coffee machine in the room. It is very clean, with a large shower. The staff was amazingly kind, smiling and competent.

Aside from a few hangers, there was nowhere to leave any clothes, no drawers or shelves. The mattress was too soft, and a plastic protection cover was underneath the sheets, causing extra sweating. Our safe was broken and not repaired during our stay. The bathroom door does not fully close. Hence - there is no privacy. The sound isolation is poor. You can hear the neighbours talk, laugh, sing...until 1 am.

The staff was great and very helpful. The room was big enough for us (two adults). The bed was great, but I (man) HATED the pillows. They were WAY too big for my taste. I ended up using the decorative pillow instead. The water pressure in the shower was great. The location was close enough for us to walk everywhere, but far enough away to be less busy. The staff was helpful and friendly. They spoke English and offered to hold our bags for us after we checked out, which was very convenient for us.

For the price we paid and coming from the US, I wouldn’t say there was anything I didn’t like about the property. The elevator was very small. We each had a backpack and an extra bag. We had to hold them in the elevator because it was that small.

The hotel location is really central and the staff super helpful and accommodating. The rooms are small, but this is Paris and pretty standard for European standards. While it would be nice to have a luggage stand, there is a large closet which was sufficient for our needs. The twin bed in the Junior Suite is on the small side, so something to keep in mind if travelling with three adults. The room is very quiet thanks to the double glazing on the windows.

The lift and room are small but this is pretty standard in Europe.

Despite the tiny size of the room, it was very modern and fresh and nicely decorated. The bed was big and very comfortable. The bathroom was great - a rain shower. Nice Juliet balconies overlooking the street. Fantastic location in Parmentier, so many cool place. Good for LGBT travellers, I felt very comfortable with my husband.

Tiny room, with nowhere to store my large suitcase. But this is to be expected given that it is Paris! Most hotels in this price range have tiny rooms. The elevator was also small but fully functioning. Also, please can we have more than 1 coffee pod each per day? And perhaps a kettle to make tea if preferred?

The staff were super friendly and offered lots of recommendations. It is a 5 to 10 minute walk from the metro, which was convenient, and there were a range of cafes and restaurants near by.

The room was a lot smaller than expected. There was nowhere to store your suitcase or belongings, and you had to move the bed at times so that you could open the bathroom door. Plus, there was no tea in the room, just coffee. The cleaning staff did not replace the towels either, just the bedding.

Would have been better to supply a non-slip mat for the bath/shower especially as they looked newly refurbished. Also handles to grip onto as the bath was quite high to climb into and awkward. Single beds were quite narrow and there was little space to manoeuvre in the room. Hanging space was restricted by coffee machine and kettle.

The staff were AMAZING especially the two ladies that worked over the weekend. They were extremely helpful. The hotel was very close to three metro stations. The room was tidy and clean although the walls were looking tired. Small room but that didn't bother us as we knew this and we were out all day anyway. Lots of food options nearby.

We absolutely loved our stay! The room was spotless and very well maintained. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit — a special thanks to Emmanuel, who went above and beyond! The hotel is also in a great location in Paris, close to all the main attractions. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Easy to find, location near metro, lots of restaurants nearby, all basic amenities in room. I booked a room with courtyard view but got a nice street view, modernized room, bathroom, decor and facilities. Friendly front desk staff.

The paint on walls needs a bit of tidying, could see old layers of dirty wall on edges of paint near floor. Opening the bathroom door it brushed against the corner of the bed. Although I’ve been in smaller rooms, it’s ok for 1 person (maybe 2).
