Belleville was a great neighbourhood to base ourselves for four nights in Paris. Really nice restaurants, bars, supermarkets, cafes, Boulangeries etc. The property was very clean and beautifully presented. Our room was small, as expected, which was absolutely fine. Despite being a lively area, it was nice and quiet at night and we slept well. Plenty of boulangeries in the area to buy pastries for breakfast. Highly recommend buying a baguette, some cheese, and wine and heading to nearby Belleville Park for a picnic. There was also a great Vietnamese place over the road called Petit Raviolis which did a delicious vegetable noodle soup.

Most of the staff working on reception were unfriendly. The girl on reception when we checked out was nice. One day we arrived back at the hotel to discover the door to our room was open, which was a bit alarming. We reported it to reception.

Beautiful room, very clean. Outstanding Housekeep. Very quaint and Very Quiet. All was fine. Staff very helpful.

Tv should be a conduit to unwind after hours on your feet. There should be subtitles so that visitors can really Relax in front of TV for an hour or two

Very good location - metro station nearby, good connection with Republique, you can see the Eiffel Tower from the main street. Very clean, daily housekeeping, comfy bed & sheets. Hotel looking modern and newly renovated. Staff is always nice.

Windows don’t isolate well, you can hear everything in the streets - cars, scooters, people. Also cold gets in, but that can be solved with the heating system and nice blankets. You can also hear neighbors from the other rooms, as walls are thin. Breakfast is basic, could use some real eggs and veggies.

The location was exceptional, really good connections for public transport, we walked to the nearest metro station everyday, which was just a few minutes away. The check-in went super smoothly and the staff was super friendly. Upon arrival in our room everything was super clean. The bathroom is super luxurious and spacious. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

What struck me was that the rain shower used a lot of water and the shower drain could not always rinse it away. This caused a small leak at the door to the shower cabin. There were also little facilities in the room, it could definitely include a kettle to make some tea for example. Although the desk was maybe a bit too small for something like that...

Lovely small hotel with a great staff and a nice continental breakfast included. Air conditioned, which was needed, as Paris was hot in early September. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and we loved the decor.

There wasn’t much room for our luggage, space was tight for two people on an extended trip with multiple bags. But the hotel offered secure storage for my partner’s bicycle, which was great. The neighborhood is less clean than other more expensive parts of Paris, but there are lively pubs, bistros and cafes there and easy access to the Metro.

I could not fault anything about this amazing hotel! The staff are so incredibly kind, helpful and thoughtful. The rooms are beautfully decorated, as are the shared, public areas. Great breakfast with lots of choice for a small hotel. The family room was so comfortable with a great shower and large bathroom. We were staying there for my mums 80th birthday and the staff couldn't have made it any better. They even let us have our takeaway at the table in the main dining room (we cleared it all away afterwards!) as she was a little too tired to go out for dinner. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better hotel for our stay in Paris. Only a few minutes from Belleville Metro station too.

Everything about the hotel was great,super clean,with friendly staff,daily housekeeping,good breakfast,comfy bed and a very quiet room. The location was a little away from the main attractions,but very close to 2 subway stations on central lines ,connecting directly to every attraction in 15-30 min.

It’s our second stay at this hotel. And I’m sure we’ll go back. It’s very cosy and comfortable. Like most hotels in Paris, it’s small. But Scarlett managed to turn the space issue into an advantage. Pets are welcome. Our cat enjoys to have the same room :) staff is very friendly and welcoming. The seating area with coffee machine and pastries is very cute. Location is great. Short metro ride from town. It’s in a more international part of the town with many bars and restaurants around. Parking in the street was not a problem but expensive.

Attention if you have heavy suitcase you still need to carry it half the stairs as the lift stops between 2 floors. It was not a problem for us.

The room is located in the city and there are plenty of restaurants that close super late within walking distance. It appeared to be a good mix of tourist and locals. Our room had a little private outside sitting area that was super cute. Room had a good A/C.

My one complaint is that our room didn't have a full length mirror and the bathroom mirror has horrible lighting. So if you're a female who likes to "get ready" you might feel frustrated with the situation.

The check in process was smooth, the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and we couldn't hear anything from the stairwell overnight. It was in a great location for things to do, and just a few blocks to a metro station. A number of cafes and bars close by, and late night food options. We were four friends travelling together who had two rooms on either side of a landing, so it was easy to move between rooms. One of the rooms had a lovely view of the neighbourhood with afternoon light, the other had nice morning light from the courtyard. We didn't spend much time in the lobby but it was spacious and cozy. The late night security were friendly and prompt when we came in late.

If I remember correctly, there was no fan in the bathroom, so the shower steam lingered. It wasn't a problem for a summer stay but in the winter this may bother someone in the winter.
