Highly recommend! This stay was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. Our 3 sons (11, 13, 16) had 3 single beds to themselves in their own space and there was a thoughtful privacy curtain that separated our bed from the table/sink/bathroom area. The place was immaculately clean, thoughtfully decorated, and bright from windows on both sides. The shower had great water pressure. The location for us was ideal. Two min walk to the metro (which we loved taking into centre of Paris). We also really enjoyed exploring Belleville area itself. Was nice to come back to a quieter, smaller area with great bakeries, restaurants and a lovely park nearby. It really fit the bill for what we were hoping for location and accommodation wise but what really made it special was the incredible hosts. Not only did they provide a fabulous breakfast every morning in their artsy and cozy dining room but they also were wonderful to talk to. They know lots about art, history, Paris and our little morning conversations were delightful. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were fantastic, very friendly and welcoming. Full of helpful advice about visiting Paris, and gave us a wonderful breakfast each morning at whatever time we needed it.

Beds are very firm, which I quite like but would be harder if you wanted a very soft mattress.

Very kind hosts. We got a lot of help, good talks during breakfast and a very delicious breafast as well. If we will travel to Paris next time, we will stay here again. Both the rooms and the neighbourhood has their own very good vibes.

We stayed here with three children, and it was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The hosts really made it a nice touch with the time they took to provide what we asked for. 

It would have been nice to have two bathrooms. But then again, we knew it only had one going into it. It was a little bit farther away from where we intended to go. But then again, It did not change how we felt very comfortable there. 

We were so well taken care of, including long late breakfasts with nice chats. The car was parked safely in the garage, so comfortable in the center of Paris. Thank you for the hospitality!!

Large rooms, Adequate bathroom, very clean and environment, private garage, relaxing garden, enjoyable breakfast. The most important, super welcoming and accommodating hosts.

The host was amazing! Lovely people! The breakfast was delicious, homemade jams, banana bread! Make the visit to Paris even more special!

If I had to pick something it will be maybe a better pillow…but I did not ask them so I am sure if I did , they would have help me.

Location is very good, private parking spot and very nice owners. Great breakfast and got lots of extra tips of what to visit in Paris.

upstairs, it was very scared towards having an authentic Peregian room from 100 years ago. Downstairs when you have breakfast it was this really cool, stylish 1970s.? millionaire apartment.
