This property is actually in an old people’s home. About 50 percent of the rooms have permanent old people staying in there and the other 50 percent are visitors. There is a lounge and terrace available for everyone’s use. The rooms have a balcony with some great views over the neighbourhood of Puteaux. Quiet, residential area. It’s great for sleeping as there are blackout shutters and you can’t make any noise after 9pm which is great after a busy day in Paris. The staff were friendly. They accommodated some requests we had. It’s very clean. The whole building is sturdy. The location is about 20 mins walk from La Defense but there is a bus nearby or Puteaux station where the L train stops. Liked the area a lot as it was away from the business of the La Defense metropolis but easily accessible. Right opposite a supermarket which was very well stocked. There is a frozen food place nearby too and an organic shop. The market is on Saturdays just next door to the residence.

They don’t clean the rooms for stays less than a week. Therefore you have to make your own beds, ensure the towels are dry after using them as they don’t refresh them and put out the rubbish. Our air conditioning was not working and it was 38 degrees outside. We were offered some compensation for this. In addition the receptionist accidentally walked into the room when we were in there thinking it was the storage room so that was strange and slightly concerning. She did apologise but that doesn’t seem right. Beds not comfortable but manageable.

The location is fantastic: in a quiet neighbourhood, opposite a supermarket and next to a park and a marketplace. There are plenty of public transport options to get to the city centre. Fair warning concerning tickets: Puteaux is outside of the municipality of Paris city centre, so buy the correct tickets. The concept of the hotel is great: it’s inside a retirement home, with very friendy residents and staff. The beds are quite hard (exactly how I like them) and thanks to the airconditioning and electric blinds you can sleep in your own favorite temperature in near darkness. The kitchen has enough silverware and pots and pans, though we couldn’t find the lids, strangely enough. We managed to cook without them though. The sound isolation is quite good: we couldn’t hear our neighbours or the hallway.

There were some very minor setbacks: we didn’t seem to have any scissors in the kitchen, and the shower doesn’t have a treshold so it’s suprisingly easy to accidentally flood the bathroom a bit. There was also an exhaust pipe somewhere nearby, but I didn’t find the sound of it disruptive.

Very nice building and area. Balcony with a view on the garden. Clean and comfortable. Very welcoming staff. Supermarket in front of the building. Good value for money.

Some smell due probably to insuficient ventilation of the bathroom.

Actually, I cannot really complain about anything. The place was modern, climatized, had WIFI connection, and was in a good reach from the city center. The room was quiet, the staff was nice, however we were there for sightseeing, so we mostly just slept in the room. But for that purpose, for that price, it was quite good. I would recommend it for those who visit Paris but don't want to spend a lot on the accommodation, but still want a nice and comfortable place to sleep. The city center can be reached in about 40-50 minutes with Subway line 1, without any change between the lines. There is also a huge shopping center near to the Hotel, and a groceries store right next to it. If you come by car, there is an underground garage to park.

The only thing that was a bit uncomfortable is that the Subway line 1 station is 15-20 minutes walk away. Not very far, but after a long tiring walking day in Paris city, it can be tiring. Of course, there are bus lines and other opportunities to get there, so there is no need of walking, if one cannot.

Everything was up to much: friendly staff, clean room, great location. We was able to drop our luggage off before check-in time for several hours in the hotel's storage room while we were sightseeing, it was very convenient. It took us about 15 minutes to walk to the nearest subway-station through the clean streets. There is a Franprix-shop next to the hotel where you can buy everything you need while you are traveling: food, bathroom accessories etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful: we needed to fix one small thing in the room and everything was done on the same day. We easily extended our booking for an extra-night right at the hotel. If you travel with child, new fully equipped playground is situated across the street from the hotel.

The room was very quiet and conveniently located, as the facility is not a typical hotel, but a retirement home inhabited by elderly Frenchp people. This was a great asset, as it ensured a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, with no noise at night. The location is also very good, with a 40-minute commute to the main tourist places in Paris (via train, tram, or bus). The facility is also nicely adorned, and there is some classy furniture in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they responded to almost all of our requests and spoke good English.

The stay was very pleasant; the only shortcoming might be a slight difficulty in obtaining toilet paper, as only the third request was successful for us.

The property feels like a real residence, with people actually living there, surrounded by a beautiful garden and a river. It is both picturesque and peaceful. I was pleasantly surprised by the park, with proper loungers and rose bushes that filled the air with a divine scent. The staff was also very welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

The only small downside was that we were three people staying in a family room, but there was only one garden chair on the balcony. Additionally, my daughter left behind some beauty products, and despite multiple calls, I could not get a clear answer about whether the lost property was found, as agency staff had been working that day.

Spacious and clean apartment plenty of room. There was a double bed annd a sofa bed which allowed us to sleep in 2 rooms to avoid the snoring problem!! Small kitchen with what you needed for a few days stay. Small supermarket 30secs from the front door one way, which had everything we needed and a market hall 30secs the other way on a Wednesday at least. Bus(258 every 5 mins) stop a minute away(via market hall to the right) within 10mins from La Defense Metro/ train station.

Had a problem linking wifi to the laptop but was OK on the phone.

Lovely apartment in a nice neighbourhood only 3 bus stops away from La Défense, from where you have an easy access to the center of Paris by RER and metro. Great location by all means! We stayed in an apartment of a good size, comprising a room with a bathroom, and a leaving area with a kitchen box. We travelled by car and the availability of a parking for a reasonable price was a great advantage. Last, but not least, the staff at the reception desk was great and very helpful. Thank you! We will come again!!!

Nothing really. We liked everything!

Lovely antique building, quiet and clean. Ample spaces and confortable beds. In a residential area, close to a handy supermarket which Is just on the other side of the road. 15 mins walking from the metro station and even less if you want to catch the bus. Nice stay overall.

If you arrive or leave during late evening or night time or during weekends from Beauvais airport, it might be challenging to reach that area by public transport, as there is a bus stop close there but is not always active. That's of course not depending on them.
