The staff are welcoming, and informative! Easy to get to your room and location is great 20mins walk to La Défense. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and decent. Internet connection was good, no loud noises in hallways or in the area. Park nearby for walks or just to enjoy the sight. They also have a pub looking restaurant available offering breakfast and dinner, didn’t get to eat from there but maybe next time I’ll try it out.

As much as I liked everything it would be nice to have smart TV especially in this day and age, not everyone staying speak French and would like to watch my own shows. And no toilet brush but regardless of this was a nice stay.

Cleanliness was perfect, the cleaning lady responded very happily to my request for some extra coffee bags around the kettle with which the room was equipped, and the fountain of water in the restaurant helped a lot. The food at the restaurant was delicious, although a little expensive.Just outside the hotel there are bus stops. The bus 159 to la Defence is very regular, and in a few minutes one can reach the metro.

Although the neighborhood of the hotel is very calm and beautiful, restaurants and mini-markets are at quite a distance from the hotel. This is not very convenient in my opinion.

We came to the concert in the stadium and stayed at the hotel for three nights. We had a great experience. The service was very friendly and even though some of the staff didn't know much English, we felt that they were doing everything to help us. The breakfast is fine although a bit expensive for the value. The room was spacious, with air conditioning and a large shower. Ideal to get to the show, walk about 20 minutes on a level walk that passes through a bright and safe park. You can get back to the city center with the RER train, which is about a ten minute walk from the hotel, relatively easily and quickly.

There was no safe in the room to lock things in. During the day the neighborhood felt less safe, but it was fine for the show. After 9pm there aren't many places to get food around.

Rooms had individual A/C, Plug is close to beds, table and chair in each room. Complementary liquid soap in bathroom, and hot water kettle and tea/coffee in room. 24 hour reception. Elevator Location: About 15-20 minute walk to the nearest metro (through a park) and then a short trip into Paris Centre (although you need to pay a slightly more expensive fare as Nanterre is outside Paris Centre ~€2.80 vs €1.90). 10 minute walk to a Lidl, 10 minutes in different direction to an Aldi and about 7 minute to a Carrefour - lots of options but take note that they close early (~8pm) and close very early on Sunday.

Room service was a little early (for me) ~10am. Lighting was fairly dim in room - might not be suitable if you had work to do. Location: Shops and restaurants close fairly early in Nanterre - to note if arriving late. You might have limited options to eat out if not travelling to the city.

Me and my girlfriend had a great stay at the property, staff was very welcoming and helpful, assisting us on many occasions. The facilties was really good and the we had a comfortable stay, we would recommend this hotel if your in the area as it is very affordable and comfortable. Everything was lovely but there were some things that could be improved like the selection of food in the buffet as there were not enough variety of food as we hoped for and it left us wanting more. In conclusion, we had a great time staying at this property and we could consider staying here again.

The buffet selection of food was utterly disappointing and we felt for the price we paid there needed a better selection of food, drinks and deserts

The hotel was nice and fulfilled my expectations. The staff was nice and helpful. Rooms were small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast had good choices.

We were unlucky that there was a party in the building opposite our windows that continued well after 2 am. The windows muffled it only a bit but it was impossible to get a good night's sleep.

A friendly welcome on my arrival, with clear explanations of hotel policy etc. The room was very clean and the bed comfy, The staff were most helpful and obliging especially when I asked for something that friends I was meeting needed so we could share a celebration together. The staff went "above and beyond". The hotel bar was vibrant, and the bar staff very friendly... I particularly enjoyed their wide range of cocktails. The evenings I was there, there was a super talented cocktail maker working behind the bar, she was very skilled and the cocktails delicious! Breakfasts - wide choice to suit all tastes!

Good location, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were really comfy, had a really good nights sleep. You can walk through the park to get the station which is about 20 mins. Breakfast had a good selection of items, including a water bath for your eggs which I’ve not seen before (I would recommend 6 mins for a perfect runny egg!). It’s no 5 star hotel but it was comfortable and a short walk from places to eat, supermarket and other amenities including the arena which is the reason for our stay. Also me and sister were put on the same floor as our family who booked separately, I hadn’t asked so it was a nice touch.

Maybe having vending machines for drinks and things so that the staff don’t always have to get up but that’s no big thing really. Hallways and carpet looked a bit tired.

Friendly and helpful staff; room large and comfortable enough for two people. Comfy bed, nice shower, wifi, tea and coffee, and an inexpensive bar downstairs. Location wise it's within walking distance of the metro, definitely a pluspoint.

The first evening we had made reservations for 8 people for eating at the buffet, and it took an awful long time for food to be ready (quite a few customers were left wondering whether food was already served and eaten). Then it took even longer for a second serving. Drink orders were not correct (order one cocktail, get two different ones). Quality wise the food was definitely ok; quantity wise was not as expected for this price. The burger was tiny, especially compared to the buffet for 2 euro cheaper.

The hotel was super clean and the staff were friendly. There was a great little supermarket down the road & there was a stunning park directly across the road. I liked that you walked through the park to reach the tune station.

The fan in our room was broken and it was hot and stuffy. Other than that, I have no complaints.
