Easy, pleasant check-in. Nice size room. Perfect location for us. We were in the 4th and very central for Le Marais. Short ten minute walk to the islands for Notre Dame, and then another 20 minutes or so into the 5th Latin Quarter Luxembourg Gardens. We continued then on through into the 7th for the Orsay museum and across the bridge again for the Place de Concorde. A final walk through to the Eiffel Tower and a metro back. A few miles walking in the end (maybe six or seven) but spread through the day it didn't feel over the top. Lots of restaraunt options near the hotel as well. Visited the Louvre on the second day and that's about a 30 minute walk.

Everything was above expectations, the room is really big by French standards, the bathroom is big by any standards, the matresses are excellent, they have been tidying it up every day. The people are friendly and the location is excellent (about 4 minutes away from St. Paul metro station, 28 minutes walking distance from the Louvre), also pretty quiet (much better than most central locations in any destination). It is definitely not cheap, but having tried cheaper places in Paris, I would definitely choose Hotel De Neuve over them anytime.

The floor was sticky and a bit dirty especially for thd first couple of days.

Excellent location in the Marais. Short walk to many restaurants and shops and sights. Comfy bed, but TINY room, excellent for one person but really cramped for two people (there were two twin beds pushed together). Breakfast was sparce, bare minimum and breakfast room is super tiny, with 4 tiny two person tables very close. Do not buy the breakfast here- there is a Pauls around the corner. Very nice front desk employees all speak good English.

TERRIFYING steps and elevator exit. The tiny elevator opens on your floor to about a foot of carpet then an angled drop off down the steps, which is HARD TO SEE - how many guests fall down these stairs? Getting into and out of the elevator was a nerve wracking experience and there is NO WAY this can be suitable for anyone with mobility issues or who is not sure footed with excellent vision. Young fleet footed people with good vision- no problem.

Staff were outstanding! It really emulated Happy culture. The lady working the desk, who i believe her name was Celia, was amazing! She helped us with all the questions we had and even helped us when we accidentally left some things behind. The hotel and the rooms were so cute and the beds were comfy. There was a free bottle of champagne in the room that was wrapped in the same pattern as the room wallpaper. The attention to detail was outstanding. The shower was a little low for a tall guy like me (6ft,4) but that's nothing out the ordinary in most hotels. Location was great! Just off the main street and had loads of shops a day resturants close by, a 5 min walk to the Metro and a 2 min walk to the river. A fantastic affordable option in Paris!

The hotel was situated close to Bastille metro station. A good supermarket and fruit shop almost next door. Cafe’s, bistros, restaurants and boulangerie very close by, so a good location. The reception staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. It was nice to enjoy free hot drinks and madeleines in the tiny reception or on the small terrace outside the hotel after returning from our trips out. We stayed for 3 nights. It was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel was very small, it’s hard to tell from the gallery photos with wide angled lens. Maybe this is typical of hotels in Paris, it’s the only one we’ve stayed in. The shower head kept sliding down and the shower door in room 202 was difficult to close fully and to open again when closed.

A charming and quirky little hotel in the perfect location for exploring the sights, bakeries, restaurants, and shops. The area felt very safe and relaxed. Our room was beautifully decorated, with a super comfortable bed and an amazing view from the top-floor balcony (highly recommend booking this room!). We had a clear view of the Eiffel Tower day and night, along with those classic Parisian rooftops. We’d recommend having breakfast out and about, as there are so many great eateries nearby, and the hotel’s breakfast area is quite small - though we did appreciate the free drinks and snacks! The staff were kind and attentive, and even stored our bags after checkout so we could enjoy our final hours in the city luggage-free. We’d definitely stay again!

As with many city hotels, it might be worth bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper, just in case of street noise or other guests, and we couldn’t quite figure out the aircon - so that may be something to keep in mind for spring/summer bookings. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

Great neighbourhood close to plenty of sights in walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. The free coffee in the morning was a great bonus.

It could be a little bit cleaner in some places. The stairs seem very dusty and in some corners of the room it could be cleaner. Also there were some light stains on the covers and especially pillow cases. While I understand that it is not always easy to see the cleaning staff should make sure when making the beds that there are not some stains that didn’t come out in the laundry.

Check in a breeze. Cannot beat the location for the Marais. Staff cordial and helpful. Some even enthusiastic. Very clean. Rooms are small but this is Paris and I value for what you are paying. View from our windows lovrly.

I probably would have skipped the breakfast option as there are many cafes plus a Monoprix right nextvdoir

Clean and in a great area!

One night We were stuck in the elevator and except somebody saying they called the technician (we already did inside the elevator) they didn’t come anymore to check if we were fine or if we needed something. At the end We were able to get out by ourselves. The hairdryer turn off itself every minute (it Gets too hot?) and had to wait 1-2 minute to it working again so it requires much more time to dry.
