The room was very clean, very modern and the building was very quiet. The bed was comfortable, the view from our window was lovely and the Internet was very good.

It was initially very confusing to get into the building and get our key. The first code we were given didn't work, and then the reception was closed and it took a few rings to get through to someone for help. They gave us a key with someone else's name on it, that didn't work in the room they told us to go to. We had to go back down, call back, and get a master key for the night to get us into the room, then the next day we went to the open reception to get our actual room key card. This was the only issue we had.

Was good for the price. Basically it's another city, not Paris. We went there knowingly so it wasn't a disappointment for us. The room was good. Transportation was good and the stops were literally right outside of the building so it was ok. There's a market in the other corner of the building, if you need anything it's easy to find from there.

It's either old or not well maintained but there was a constant noise coming from the flush in the bathroom so we had to manually open and close it's tap to avoid it's scream.

They are accommodating and friendly. The price is good for the location and service. I'd book it again if I'd go to Paris.

They said they provide a baby cot without a bed and a blanket. It's weird. The floor of the cot is like a stone. It's cold and hard. How can a baby sleep on it? They said they provided it in the past, but they had problems with customers. In the end, the receptionist lady was very helpful. She shared a few mattresses and pilows with us, and we could prepare a soft and warm bed in the cot with her help. This is a friendly comment. Please stop this application. It in meaningless. At least notify your customers who require a baby cot-in in advance.

Great price. Good location, bus stop right next to the accommodation. Spacious room, quiet at night. Cheap parking in the underground garage. Shop right below the accommodation.

Sanitary facilities in worse condition. Shower good, but the toilet seat did not stick and could not be fixed.

Everything was great, I liked the staff and the services, the apartments were very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Great location, with everything we needed around, like a supermarket, bus.

I have no complaints, everything was better than expected.

I was entirely satisfied with stay in this Hotel. We've been provided with all necessities and facilities. We arrived after midnight and to get inside we rang to call center that provided us all essential instructions.

The location was in a very good neighborhood, there is a convenience store next door to the building that sells almost everything we needed. The bus stop is also a few feet away from the hotel. Not too far from La Defense, where the main bus/metro/train station and a big Westfield mall are located.

The language barrier was a bit of a challenge but most of the staff spoke enough English to understand our needs.

Very clean! Clean walls, clean toilets, clean sheets… etc! Amazing lighting and great kitchen utensils. Clean and quiet environment with access to many buses within 2 mins walk. I’ll return surely.
