Huge room! I was shocked 😅 Not sure why people leave bad reviews on this hotel. Stayed in April 2025 and my room was excellent. Had a coffee machine and tea making facilities. No problem with Reception on arrival. Check in took no time. Had breakfast in the morning and it was decent. Didn't have time to use the pool, sauna or gym so can't comment on that. I sleep very well, no bad back and didn't get too hot during the night, the duvet was perfect! Location was perfect for my onward journey but might not be great for people wanting to get into Paris. And you get free parking too! In summary, it was perfect albeit super short (1 night). This will be my go to place when I need to travel south again.

The rooms are big, especially the family ones. I do not know the rest ones.

Our experience wasn't that good at the restaurant. We asked for one of the kids to have fish and chips. The fish came, but the chips exactly on the end and was full of oil. You do not have too much to choose from the manu, especially for kids. Food, not that much to choose from, but wines and others drinks, plenty. At the man's changing room, you won't find any chars or bench where to sit and isn't easy sometimes to change without sitting, plus wasn't that clean, unfortunately. I know people who used before us probably didn't like to live the premises clean, but someone from the staff could pass the area and send someone to clean. Overall, it isn't that bad as a new hotel, but not what you expect from a 4 stars hotel in France.

Brand new hotel north of Paris; Room was large and clean, separate toilet, good shower, good bed and good working air conditioning. Window could be opened and as the hotel is in a quiet place, you can sleep with the window open. Wifi was excellent. Breakfast was good with eggs which you can boil yourself to your wishes. the hotel is situated a couple of minutes by car from the train station of Taverny which brings you within half an hour to Gare du Nord (Paris)

Nothing really

1. This is a brand new hotel, we were their 2nd reservation and first guests to sleep in the family room. 2. Personnel is really great, they are very nice and enthusiastic. We stayed for 1 night during our trip, but we enjoyed it very much.

1. We would have liked to have the pool working (as the hotel is new they had to get several authorisations) 2. In their own parking there is no electric charger for cars. Outside there is a charger but not working. 3. The location is quite isolated (we knew when we booked), having a car is a must.

It's a new or newly renovated hotel, so everything is still in good shape and working. The bed was comfortable, shower was not clogged, the safe box batteries were still charged.

It's not close to Paris, no public transport nearby, a car is a must. Breakfast too expensive, since usually we only have a coffee and a croissant. Maybe it was worth it, don't know. The lift cabin should look more than a servant's lift in the Kings Palace, at least some posters or announcements could do.

The hotel is nice, we were able to drive here. Free parking and nice swimming pool. The room is comfortable and bed is very comfy. The staff were helpful and free water on the floors are is nice and really nice hotel option if you have car. Free parking in the local station and trains regular to Paris.

The rooms were a bit tight when sofa bed open. The shower was odd as it was walk in but very small so flooded the bathroom every time.

Very impressed with balcony, room layout, aircon

The restaurant had very limited choices - especially for children - which meant we had to leave and find somewhere else to have our dinners. This wasn’t ideal when we had spent all day travelling. The buffet breakfast also didn’t have many choices - no bacon and no sausages

150 euro deposit and the staff refused to give me any paperwork also at checkout I asked for the room to be inspected and was refused. I am still waiting for my refund. Will not use this Hotel or any in the chain ever again. Even though you are well outside Paris the city tax is still charged at over €7 per night be warned

It was lovely clean, tidy a very new facility enjoyed a swim and sauna. The staff worked hard to ensure we had what we needed the pool was needed after some very hot sightseeing days🥵

We picked badly, enticed by the great reviews, the location was a bit isolated and away from the areas we wanted to visit, probably best if you have a vehicle and parking is free 🚗

The service for this price is excellent. The first room had an air conditioner issue, they changed the room when I contacted reception. In the parking lot Tesla chargers seem mounted(but not functional) on Dec 2024, soon this place will be a supercharger hub I guess.
