We have stayed here since several years. Place is clean and in great shape. Location is safe and calm. There are two good places to eat next door. We used their umbrella bed for our baby which worked well and was clean. The personel was very helpful and friendly.

Suggest to indicate in the instruction guide: where to drop the trash, which guests need to take out themselves. There could have been a few more plates / bowls, and a bit more cutlery. Minor things really.

This apartment was the absolute best idea for our stay in Paris. While a bit further from city center than we thought we'd stay, it's in the quiet neighborhood of Suresnes. The apartment itself is so cute. We were on the 1st floor with a large balcony. The room was so clean and well-equipped, and our hostess was phenomenal. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, even offering to do our laundry instead of us having to go to a laundromat. We took Ubers to get to the touristy stuff, but everything else (bakery, groceries, restaurants) was in comfortable walking distance. The room has an AC unit that works well even in the serious heat, the kitchen has everything you'd need except an oven, and there's plenty of space even with the fold-out sofa for our kiddo. I really cannot say enough good things about this apartment and our hostess. She even brought us everything we needed, like extra trash bags and toilet paper. I also loved we didn't need to worry about keeping track of room keys. A simple access code allowed us to come and go freely without worry. It was truly an awesome 7 nights, and I hope that we will be able to stay here again on our next Paris adventure.

2 tiny complaints that are in no way big issues. First, the wifi doesn't have the best speed or connection (it didn't stay connected well and was pretty slow). We were not relying on it so if was just a minor frustration. Second, the room could use a rug or at least a doormat to catch some of the dirt from being on the hard floor (again, not a huge problem, but would have increased comfort a bit- they did come in and clean half way through our stay so it was okay!)

small stairs , no keys in case the code does not work or if you forgot the code . I had to type the code 5 times and when I called nobody contacted me. luckily the 5th time it worked ,
