Staff very friendly . Room very tiny . Was booked for only 2 people even though it was a triple room . There wasn't enough room to swing a cat. Only room for 1 person to unpack. Bathroom VERY small . No hairdryer. No bar / restraunt, city view . Only 2 hand towels in room and TV the size of a small . Room was very clean tho and staff friendly . Good location for our visit .

the Guy from reception was too slow, firstly he was counting money,instead of checking-in me, I asked him to try make it all faster cause it was evening and I was tired , but then came some guy , they started speaking French instead of registrate me in the hotel and then he started stamping some papers for this guy. I asked him twice to switch attention on me, cause I really wanted to get to bed.

Size of the room is enough for one person, a pair could also manage for few days. The bathroom is very tiny but I didn't mind that. I didn't expect they will change towels and make bed since I was staying only for 2 nights, so that was a nice suprice. Staff was very polite. You can get to Louvre in 35 minutes from here and I didn't feel scared on the way from the transport to the hotel.

The floor in the room could be a bit cleaner. Younger people rent these rooms so hall can be a bit noisy if you stay inside on the weekend night, but what would you expect for that money.

Location : About 30 minutes by bus 1B from the old town and the apartment is only a stone throw away from the bus stop so it's really convenient even with suitcases. The bus service is frequent making it a great place to stay if you have a Dubrovnik Pass with free bus rides. There is also free parking spaces right outside the building block. Rooms and Faciliites : Air conditioners, which are essential in Dubrovnik summer, are available in all 3 bedrooms as well as the big living room, which contains an enclosed balcony with a fantastic view. The apartment is really spacious and there are space for everyone even for our big group of 6 adults. Cleaniness : Spotlessly clean. Bathroom : Two fully equipped bathrooms with good shower. Excellent service : A couple of days before the visit, the owner / management have sent full details of how to auto check-in the apartment along with all the necessary information including bus services and facilities available in / around the apartment. We were also impressive with the instant responses of the owner / management to our request for early check-in, and they did all replies within a couple of minutes.

Nothing, as long as you can spare 30 minutes for transport to and from the old town.

Location is safe, suburban and better than it looks on a map as there is a cheap city centre bus right outside and a train station a short walk away. Exactly as advertised - Don't expect 5 star hotel luxury facilities, it's perfect if you're travelling on a budget and just want a good bed, bathroom and decent location. It delivers on the basics.

The room was very clean and the reception was always very helpful. The location is a bit far from city center but its ok. The breakfast was bare minimum but it was included in the room fee so that's good.

One of the ladies serving breakfast was always grumpy for some reason and treated all guests like an inconvenience. The other breakfast lady was nice to everyone.

The staff was friendly and attentive all the time. There were few issues we had with the booking (one of the rooms we got was already occupied by someone and they gave a different room when asked. Bathroom door lock was lose, they repaired it the very next morning) So, they will probably sort out any issues with the rooms and booking

The shower area is a bit small and the bathroom is a bit crampy. Also it takes some time to adjust the temperature of the shower water as there are two knobs for hot and cold water. However in the sink tap, one knob to control the water temperature, so that's good.

the beds were so comfortable and public transport to the city was close by too (bus literally in front of the hotel and the T2 a 5minute walk away). We had breakfast included and i really liked the coffee and the pain au chocolate there. the staff was really nice too. we were there for lollapalooza to see stray kids and the festival grounds were a 15minute walk away, so it was perfect.

we weren't able to close the window fully, as in when u closed it u could still hear the outside as if didnt close the window idk how else to explain it. the lift didnt open the doors at one point so we had to open the doors manually. and the automat didnt accept my friends cards idk why. but nothing major that I would say that it wasnt worth staying there, i really liked the hotel overall!

Hotel was very clean, staff were also very helpful. The view from the room (6th floor) was breathtaking. Location was good supermarkets in walking distance Will definitely be booking to stay again.

The breakfast was a waste of money €7.99 for a croissant, pan au chocolate, coffee, juice and cereal. Busses only accept euros no card payment! There is a cash machine 7min minute walk away. (unfortunately we disnt find this till after we returned from the eiffel tower having walked the 90mim. The room and hotel is very hot. The bedroom windows open wide however still not enough air. Take a fan with you if your able.

Good location, clean and friendly staff, good sound isolation despite being located on a busy boulevard - restaurants nearby and accros the bridge from Bois de Boulogne

The toilet facilities were a bit run down but overall it was a simple good room
