Location was great, 5 minute walk to the metro and bus station right infront of the property. Room was more spacious than most in Paris. Staff was more than helpful always.

No AC, only heater. It was a bit hot for the first 2 days we stayed there. Windows had no nets, so if you open the window for some fresh air, you'll have bugs inside. I killed 4 spiders during my stay :).

Everything! It was beautiful from the moment we walked in - the decor was so visually appealing and the perfume theme and aroma smelt wonderful. The receptionists the whole time were so helpful and polite and their English was fantastic (as my French is so rusty it helped a lot). We were told that our room had been upgraded which was a lovely touch! The room was fabulous, beautifully decorated, very clean and the beds were so comfortable! The bathroom was very spacious and had a bath with shower and a separate shower cubicle too! They had shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion in pump dispensers on the walls to use so this was very handy. In the room there was a kettle with a choice of 2 tea bags and 2 instant coffees but no milk, and a coffee machine with 2 pods to use which was lovely but a limited choice. There was a little desk area/wall shelf that wasn't big enough to do any work at (if that is what you need whilst there) but it didn't affect our stay or needs. The TV is huge and of great quality but we couldn't get Netflix to work and the TV Internet link to cast to the TV from our mobiles also didn't link up but these didn't bother us but it's worth mentioning. There was a small wardrobe with a mini fridge/bar with a small selection of soft drinks, a small safe and a hairdryer inside to use. The breakfast area downstairs looked beautiful too but we didn't eat there. There were tea, coffee and water available to all guests even if you didn't have the breakfast. Overall a totally wonderful stay and I would 100% recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the Suresnes or Longchamp area and I would definitely stay again 😊

Only negative we found was that there was no breakfast tea in the rooms but there were 2 fruit tea bags, 2 instant coffee sachets and 2 coffee pods but no milk.

Lovely little hotel in quiet and relaxed Paris neighbourhood. Easy to get bus or train anywhere. Comfortable stay and room was a nice temperature given it was very hot when we stayed. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was a little small but is to be expected staying in the city.

Nice and cosy little hotel just west of Paris. I had a very nice room on the fifth floor and that made all the difference... I loved the Suresnes market on Saturday mornings... If you have business in Suresnes, I recommend it.

Nice room good shower. Room and bathroom were good size. Nice window let light in. Excellent breakfast. Reception area is lovely and perfume bottles and ingredients are on display. There is a beautiful scent in this area which is very tastefully decorated. Chandeliers and lights are gorgeous. We left hubbys suitt there and lovely Cecile on reception is arranging for thd return of these to our home address in uk. We are already looking to book for next year when we go for races at Hippodrome Longchamp. Highly recommend this hotel and location is fab. Lots of bars and restaurants

The property was clean and cozy.

What I didn’t like about the property was how the beds were uncomfortable and creaking every time we moved☹️.

Its a beautiful small boutique hotel away from the busy city. A train station close to the property, with easy access to the city. A lot of restaurants and beautiful water side walkway. Beautifully decorated cozy rooms with comfortable beds. Super good staff with a very positive attitude. If you like to stay in a rather quieter Paris, this is the place. Definitely recommend.

Its a little far from main areas.

The room was comfortable and quiet, clean, warm, perfect for a short stay. The staff were exceptional, allowing us to hold a meeting in the breakfast area so we could prepare for an important meeting with a customer. From reception through to the catering and housekeeping team, all were welcoming and helpful. Exceptional. Will visit again.

Nothing to not like

Very nicely air-conditioned Quite well located. About 30-40 minutes by bus/train/tram to get to the centre of Paris, and plenty of useful local shops. Felt very safe

Lack of complementary items (e.g. shampoo and conditioner) Loud lift banging sounds (not unbearable, but still noticeable)

Convenient to Longchamps racecourse

Only 1 bathrobe and slippers for 2 people! Only 1 cup and no ‘normal’ tea in refreshment spot in room
