A good hotel, located in a quiet area, reasonably connected to public transport lines. A clean hotel, tastefully arranged, where the staff is very attentive and dedicated, so that you feel comfortable. Good breakfast, varied enough, with what you need to start the day ok. For those who do not have a car and want to visit Paris, I can tell them that if they use any form of public transport to get to the center, the journey time is invariably over an hour and the cost is 3.5 euros per person minimum, but using Uber or Bolt, the cost is 12-13 euros and the lost time is reduced to less than half, i.e. 30-40 min.

Because it is a 4-star hotel, we should find in the room: a refrigerator or a shoe rack and, somewhere, an automatic shoe cleaner so that you can remove the dust from the Tuilleries gardens!

Everything from start to finish…First the decoration of the entrance and reception… Second We were welcome very professionally from the reception Lady ‘ Oceane’ which was really a very good representative of Novotel Paris Suresnes Longchamp….Her colleague Romain was very helpful and thoughtful too as we were hungry. He went to the kitchen to prepare our food and lay the table without a sign of anger! He always smiled during his work , and of course Oceane was very attentive of what we needed. Well done Manger… you got a very good team in place! 👏👏👌…a big thank you to you All!

I like the lobby of this hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast has many choices. Staff were very helpful. Bed and beddings were comfy. I like that there is a water dispenser in the hallway and you can refill the pitcher they provided anytime. It's very close to Seine River. It's a bit outside Paris but taxi doesn't cost that much and it's faster to get to Arc de Triomphe which was the first we visited.

I wish that the toilet is not separated from the shower or at least, it would be better if there's a bidet. The sofa bed was too big for our son and it occupied a lot of space which make it difficult for us to take a peak at the window and move around the room hence we have huge suitcases with us.

Modern and environmentally friendly hotel, lots of reusable or friendlier materials used in hotel items. Love the option to order breakfast in bed.

Breakfast in bed is my highlight every year, since it is practical for a business trip to multitask and be ready faster. But it seems that the items delivered vary depending on the chef of the day. Eggs are also no option, so you have to explicitly say you want them in your breakfast. It would be nice to offer more items to customize it a bit more. But all and all, just tiny details, overall very good.

Hotel is very clean - spotless! Good location - regarding restaurants a lot top Michelin's one. Safe area of Paris - when you go around there is no problem even after late dinner with friends. Nice staff - very friendly, helpful and speaking english! We could leave our bags until our taxi came to pick us out in the storage area Very flexible and promise of quality was kept I reqested extra duve for my 9 year old, and no problem at all.

Food at the restaurant ala carte could be improved In my opinion, breakfast was too simple and after staying nearly a week I was bored. Duve was a bit to thick, and I was very hot all the time.

Being vegetarians the breakfast was the only disappointing thing during our stay. Rest everything was worth appreciating. Special mention and shout out for your effort to keep the balloon and birthday note in the room for my son. Really appreciate.

As mentioned above breakfast was the only thing that we dint like. There were hardly any options for vegetarians.

The hotel was nice and clean and tidy,the shower room and toilet were separate which is better I think ,which was a bonus,the beds were one of the best I've slept on in any hotel.

The air conditioning wasn't working properly and the room was too warm,no locks on the doors to the toilet and shower room,the breakfast was extra and self service,some parts were nice but not as good as Britain's,hotel breakfast,the water machine on our floor was broken

The hotel was amazing, the location is perfect. We were about to visit everywhere we wanted to from the Eiffel Tower, louvre museum and Disneyland, all within reach. Glad we got parking at the hotel, though you couldn’t reserve a spot due to limited space but there is always a space whenever we got back, didn’t have to struggle at all. The staffs were also very friendly.

Can’t fault the hotel at all, we’ve got an EV so maybe an EV charger at the car park and also the car park in my opinion should have been complimentary not 15Euros pay day but I wouldn’t count on that negatively.

It was very clean and the staff were very nice. The executive room is a nice place to stay, the location is ook very good. When you come by car you can park there for €15 euros per day in their private underground parking. I would book here again for sure!

Ordered roomservice one evening, went out the next day with a sign to please tidy up the room, when i came back in the evening it was still there.

The room was very modern, clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The housekeeping cleaned and made the beds daily. The staff was friendly and spoke English. The location is just outside of Paris, plenty of ways to get to the city center (aprox 40 mins) and also a train to Versailles from the Suresnes Mont Valerien train station (20 min). We felt very safe in the neighbourhood, not need to worry about that.
