Lobby is nicely decorated; shower was hot and powerful. Nice to have so many hangers for clothes and 2 pillows each. Bed was comfortable. Reception staff was very helpful - they lent us an adaptor, and Calissy was extremely helpful at amending our booking following unforeseen circumstances. The bar staff is very kind too, they make good espresso.

The main light was flickering quite badly. We reported it but it wasn't fixed. The hotel is located close to a very big road so you can hear traffic a bit despite the double glazing but it's not too bad. On the first night we came back a bit late (11.45pm) and the door was closed, our badge wasn't working. We had to go to the hotel next door for them to let us through a corridor between the 2 tunnels. The person in charge at night just said that the doorbell wasn't working...!

I didn't like it because we were woken up at 6:15 in order to book a taxi for us at 7 to the airport and it was said that we would have a taxi booked. After breakfast at 7, we arrive at the reception, the taxi is not reserved, and the receptionist, who finished his shift and failed to reserve a taxi for us, offers to drive us for 70eur. We immediately left the hotel and found a taxi in 15 seconds, which was 50 euros to the airport.

Very nice hotel, well connected to tram and buses. The room was clean, modern and had everything you could need. It is the second time that I booked this property and probably will come back :)

Maybe the shower window/curtain could cover more, it is easy to splash water outside the bath.

I wanted a “proper” hotel where I could be sure I’d get blackout curtains, 24/7 reception etc rather than go for another option closer to the centre where a lot of reviews say thin walls. Noisy etc. It was ideal from that perspective and it was very well priced.

I actually liked everything about it.

the cleanness of the hotel, and the bed was very comfy. Only 5 min away form the train/metro. Very easy. The neighborhood was great. 2 of the staff members (a tall young male, and a blond young female) was very kind, and helpful.

some of the staff was very unpolite.. walked around as they didn't want to be there, and only waited to get off work.. talked to us only in France, and made us feel stupid, that we couldn't talk France.. <-- Sorry, but we expected a hotel.. international hotel, who could talk English with your guest. The rooms was very small, and they don't have Smart TV... so you can only watch France TV... Could have been nice with netflix, or at least some english tv.. Normally i would post pictures of my hotel room - like a small tour on my SoMe... But this was nothing to show.. the view from the 5th floor, was into a wall - another building :( The Window was leaking, so my husband needed to fix it with paper.. But it was still could in the room :(

Really convenient to stay when you go to events in the Hippodrome:) The room was clean, modern and had coffee and tea. For Paris standards really recommended. Don’t forget to go for a walk in the park next door, which is two times the size of Central Park.

Great location out of the main city and in a great neighborhood. Nice restaurants near and close to public transport. We could see the Eiffel Tower from our window.

Beds weren't very comfortable. The breakfast seemed expensive given how affordable the room was. However, there was a great little bakery just up the street.

The hotel is located very close to the city centre. The staff was very friendly and our room was cleaned every day during our stay We had a kettle and tea in our room, not the best tea, but great to start the day in the morning The size of the rooms is enough for two people, the furniture is prety nice and new

Actually very nice hotel . Open area. Nice staff . Clean rooms . Good size shower are . Very close to bus stop and train through which connect to all attractions This is my 6th visit to Paris . In previous visits I used to book hotel in city centre it was expensive and not good like this time my stay at your hotel . Thanks to everyone

The restaurant downstairs had an amazing food.

Even with great food, the staff of the restaurant was rather rude. Also, the hotel allows pets, but because of the dogs they wouldn't care to clean the room. I have two lovely pugs!
