Like most travellers’ first step in planning their trips to Paris, I spent days and nights on the internet looking for decent and reasonably priced accommodation at a convenient location. Luckily, I found this hotel, which, in the end, made an exceptional impression on us. The apartment we lived in was superb. It was clean and tidy in every corner and quiet during the day and night. The bed was large and comfortable, and the pillows and blankets were also fine. The restaurant for breakfast was on the first floor, which was neat and cosy and offered delicious breakfast buffets. The hotel’s staff members were friendly and helpful, making us feel heartily welcomed during our stay. The hotel is located in Suresnes, which I had never been to before in my last four trips to Paris. It sits by the side of the Seine. When you walk 5 minutes and cross the bridge Pont de Suresnes towards the city, you will be in the large and beautiful city garden Bois de Boulogne, where Monet drew his waterlilies. The bus station Les Moulins is nearby, and you can take a bus to reach one of the metro stations in 10 to 15 minutes. Besides, there are two tram stations near the hotel: the Mont Valérien (lines L and U) and the Suresnes Longchamp (line T2). You can take trams from those two stations either to the city centre or Versailles in half an hour (a one-way ticket costs 2.2 Euro). No worries about buying food since 20 meters from the hotel’s entrance is a middle-size shopping mall with a supermarket, Monoprix. Moreover, a Subway, a Chinese restaurant, a bakery and so on are also close by. In case you need to buy medicines, there are also two pharmacies in 150 meters. And if you want to get some cash, there are two banks: one is BNP, and the other is HSBC. Basically, you can find almost all the necessary things near the hotel. Overall, I am delighted that I chose this wonderful hotel for us.

The apartment was amazingly spacious and clean. The location fantastic with great choice of shops and restaurants and close to Longchamp. Would definitely stay again.

The lack of utensils in the kitchen. No spatula or facility to cook anything. 2 knives to eat . Why provide a stove if we can't flip an egg. Why provide 2 wine glasses if there is no corkscrew to open a bottle of wine?? No bin in bathroom which is just a bit irritating. Little things could make the stay perfect.

The place is clean, VIP service 20 minutes drive to the city center, and the Eiffel Tower. The studio is large, there is a kitchen, a huge shower. Very comfortable bed. You can cook in the room. There is also breakfast but minimal. There is not much in the breakfast but it is tasty and satisfying. Highly recommended with a good price. We were there for 4 days and it was perfect. No need to pay expensive for hotels. Save money on your trip to Paris and pay a good price for accommodation. This is the right place to do it.

The hotel was clean and quiet, and the location was great—about 30 to 40 minutes from the city center. We stayed on the 5th floor, which had a perfect view. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

The internet connection was very slow, so we mostly used our mobile data. The breakfast could have included more variety, and the apartment was cleaned only once per week. There were two elevators side by side, each with its own call button. Most people pressed both buttons, which wastes energy and is not efficient or sustainable. It would be better to replace them with a single shared button, as many hotels do.

The apartment was really spacious. The beds were comfortable and it is useful to have a separate toilet to the bathroom. The rooftop has an amazing view. The check-in was easy and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The location for us was excellent as our main purpose was to go to the Louis Vuitton Foundation. Great bus/tram location and very easy to get from Gard Du Nord. We were also pleasantly surprised with the bars and restaurants that were very nearby. Also an excellent bakery and delicatessen opposite the bars.

There wasn’t much to dislike. It is an unusual situation being in, what appears to be apartments for older people, so this is not the destination for you if do not want any noise restrictions. This was fine for us! My only criticism is that the smoke from people standing outside came into our apartment which was unpleasant. There was some loud talking outside but this only occurred one night and was over by midnight.

The warmth and friendliness of the staff and residents is wonderful. The location is in a charming village where classic and modern truly meet. When asked, a member of the staff provided a fan (as it was a hot week in August) and a set of brand new pots and pans were brought to us for use in the kitchenette.

The apartments were way too warm. The air temperature in the apartments were practically hot. The property would really benefit from the installation of air conditioning in the apartments. Sweating indoors is not pleasant. We needed to request a fan because there is no AC in the apartments. There is AC in the hallways throughout the building, however, the temperature is far too warm once you enter the apartments and there is no AC to remedy this. Fans are really needed in the apartments during the summer and any warm days if air conditioning is not going to be provided.

I don’t know what I expected but a senior home doubling as a hotel wasn’t it. This is actually great because it is very peaceful. I think the reviews are being taken into account because I did not encounter most of the issues mentioned in other reviews - the kitchen was well equipped with everything, including a small box containing a sponge, detergents and a couple of dishwasher tablets. The apartment was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The neighbourhood is nice and calm with everything needed within walking distance.

I was okay with it but if you like a toasty room and visit the hotel before the central heating is on, you can’t make it any warmer. The only actual issue I had was with the WiFi. It was barely there the whole time - very slow and unstable.

The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process even when I arrived late. The kitchenette allowed me to prepare simple meals, which was a nice convenience. While the kitchen was generally well-equipped, I did notice a few missing utensils, but it didn’t significantly impact my stay. Overall, I would recommend Zenao Appart’hôtels Suresnes to travelers seeking a comfortable and affordable accommodation option outside the bustling city center. I would consider staying here again on future visits to Paris.

I like the friendly staff & the spacious Appartment’s & the place was amazing , the suresnes is so quiet .

I didn’t like that the room didn’t have any complimentary water , no signs for the Appartment, no guidance to reach the Appartment , You need to go to la defense station then take train 2 & go to suresnes long champs .. the room also has not enough towels & toilet paper.. also cleaning is not done for the short stays like 3-4 days . Breakfast has small items ( juice , coffee, plenty of cheese , ham , croissants , pain au chocolate, bread , jam , honey & some packed Madelines , brownies ) yet , it was quiet good
